• Samantha (10/5): Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! - The location was brilliant and the process from booking to arrival to departure was so easy and so accomodating. The apartments are lovely and i think the value for money is brilliant. The only thing we discussed was the toilets not flushing properly which we did report and was supported really well with this.

• Marc-Edouard (7/5): - It was clean and could host a lot of guests. Just one bathroom (but we knew), not very good looking. And then a GBP 300 deposit requested on top of booking.com insurance. It is in the conditions but a bit hidden. For European travelers, you lose another 20-30 euros in commission between the transfers. And I had to insist for them to give it back, while it should be given at check-out: but of course nobody comes to do the check out. So in case there is a discrepancy on any potential damage, you are at their mercy. I don't like this type of setup at all.

• Emily (9/5): Great apartment for a hen weekend - We booked for a hen party April bank holiday weekend in Liverpool for 10 of us. Stayed in apartment 4 on the top floor. On arrival the apartment and whole building was very clean. It's in a great location close to the city centre. We were allowed access to the apartment early at 1pm (extra fee)so that we could decorate before the bride came in. The ladies who look after the apartment were very easy to get hold of via WhatsApp with any questions we had. Towels, linen and kitchen basics are supplied by the company. Codes are needed to gain access to the building and they key boxes are supplied for every apartment. This felt very safe to me. There is usual signs of wear and tear in the apartment which you'd expect for somewhere that caters for large parties. Only thing I would suggest is more mirrors in the bedrooms. There was only one bathroom in the apartment, which can be a bit of a problem when there are so many of you but we all managed fine. Overall I would recommend the apartments.

A few cracks in the bath, noise from outside was easily heard and the windows a bit crafty. The pull out beds weren't the most comfortable but ok for a short stay. We didn't have enough storage.

Each guest should have a bath and hand towel. The description on apts should be very clear on the do’s and dont’s and presented prior to booking.

The location was perfect — within walking distance of the shops, bars, and the train station, which made getting around super easy. Check-in was remote but really straightforward, and everything was clearly explained. The staff were also really helpful over message whenever we needed anything, which made the whole stay stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was ideal for a group stay and made the trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

Communication from staff was excellent; they were quick to answer questions and the deposit was easy to get back. Just a small comment that if you're looking to book for a big group of guests, 1 bathroom might not be ideal, but it worked for my friends and I.

Aangezien je in een gat ligt en de veren voelt. Hierdoor kun je niet comfortabel liggen deze klacht breng ik namens 10 personen uit. Verder vraagt de eigenaar het paspoort van alle personen (dus niet alleen de hoofdboeker). Hierover wordt niet gecommuniceerd in het begin en staat ook niet in de beschrijving. De borg kan alleen naar een IBAN overgemaakt worden dus niet met creditcard.
• mandy (8/5): Excellent value for money in a central location - Only a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station. Apartment was spotless and although we didn't cook there, it had plenty of cups and glasses.etc. Black bags, washing up liquid and dishtowels were provided. Only 4 of us stayed in an apartment for 8 and with only one bathroom it might be a squeeze if you all wanted to get ready at the same time. We travelled in November and the heating system was great so flat was always toasty warm. Beds were very comfy. Liverpool is a great city and very easy to get around. The night life around Matthew Street was fantastic and the Albert Dock area is lovely. If travelling with a group I would use this accommodation again. Quite a bit of noise from the street at night and only one medium sized towel each.

• Antonio (1/5): Buena ubicación, servicio pésimo. - La ubicación es genial, pero al llegar tuvimos que investigar de que manera podíamos activar la calefacción ya que no estaba puesta y no te avisan de como se enciende. Ni si quiera habia agua caliente al llegar, todo estaba apagado. Las camas son bastante incomodas pero si no tienes dolores de espalda puedes dormir perfectamente. Lo recomiendo para gente joven. El trato con los responsables de la estancia es pésimo. 3 días antes de viajar te avisan que necesitan una fianza de 300 libras. Y que a las 48 h después de abandonar el piso se devolverán. En mi caso han pasado 7 días y sigo sin recibir el dinero de vuelta. Les pido un justificante de la trasferencia y dicen que no pueden mandarlo, les pido alguna garantía de que ese dinero va a regresar y fui yo el que tuvo que recordarles que me tenían que devolver el dinero. En definitiva no creo que vaya a recibir el dinero y que me están dando largas. En cualquier caso yo no entiendo que una empresa no sea capaz de darte alguna prueba bancaria de que se te ha hecho una devolución de una fianza cuando creo que es lo mas lógico del mundo.

• Carolan (10/5): Perfect - The space was great but the best thing was the location you are less then ten minutes from everything and to be honest everything about the place was spot on There genuinely wasn’t anything to not like about the property as the owners aloud us to late check out and early check in and jus made everything super easy

One of the sofa beds wasn't easiest at being folded down, and there was a slight issue with the showers one morning.

• Helen (6/5): Pleasant stay but avoid the towels. - Central location. Deposit required but only told this before arrival. As the girls in our group use make up and tan the white towels were stained. Money was taken from deposit to clean towels which I actually feel was outrageous. Every hotel and Airbnb get stains on towels and guests are not charged. I know tan washes out so I was annoyed. When I said this to host I was told that the towels wouldn’t go back to sparkling white and that is why I was charged 30 pounds. A bit unfair as the accommodation wasn’t cheap.

In walking distance of restaurants, bars, clubs, activities etc Accommodation is great for groups of friends, stags and hens with all single beds available. One toilet/shower room for accommodation which holds up to 12 people we felt was a little bit under provisions but it was manageable and didn't take away from the stay as a whole.

• Georgina (9/5): Great for a weekend stay with a group - Perfect for a hen do - we had 21 people across 2 flats and were able to use the largest flat for everyone to gather for drinks and breakfast. Cutlery and plates are all included and they have a decorator on hand to set the place up for you. I was planning from outside the UK so it made it really easy to arrive and set up a few hours before the group arrived for the weekend. As an old building the walls are super thick so if anyone stays up longer in the living room, they don’t keep everyone else up with them. A bit dated but to be expected in an older building and as a group accommodation venue - made up for it with comfy beds, clean linen, good space and everything you need

The location was great, lots of lovely little cafes and bars within 5 minutes walk plus only a 10 minute walk in the main centre. Clean, spacious, beds were comfy, the living room was great for a big group as now has four couches facing each other. The hosts were really helpful, responsive and advised us on a few places to go. No issues refunding damage deposit. Would definitely stay again. Nothing :)

One bathroom for 7 people also. The sofa bed was broken, although the host put in a camping bed, this is not what I paid for.

• Caroline (4/5): Not a good host and would not recommend staying g in these apartments - The location The host, we paid a £300 deposit for breakage that is expected. We had no breakages. A few days before we traveled I received a WhatsApp messages saying if we got fake tan in sheets or towels that they could not remove they we would charged. We brought our own towels. Used one towel to dry hands. Home a few days and I looked for deposit back and I got a phone call saying towels snd duvet cover destroyed and they could not get fake tan out and make up. I disputed this Stright away snd asked for photos of the duvet and towels before they were washed and after and they sent me three photos that I have attached and could not provide any photos after they were cleaned. They were looking to keep £120 for this. I said I was going to dispute this and they came back to me and said they will only charge me £50 if I do not give bad review and don’t talk about this. I said ok to get £250 back. This is a scam to take money from people’s deposit. There was mould on the wall in bedroom and curtains and the attic room was freezing heater was not working . Did not report this as only there two days.
