• Justin (2/5): - Very disappointed! Lots of roaches and room never cleaned over 6 night stay. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have taken pictures of the roaches but I was to busy killing them
• Luther (4/5): - No toilet paper, no towels or wadh cloths, heat was off when the mgr opened the room, remote did not matche the TV. Quiet and clean, but that's it.
• James (2/5): - They were dishonest and tried to steal. My bank card told me I'd called the wrong number and when I told them I was going to come up front he brought it back to me ASAP. It was very dishonest and absolutely thieves try to take my main card. I had to lock it

• Aj (2/5): - If you need somewhere to stay while on the road, I would choose ANY other property. The sheets are stained, crack heads were knocking on the door looking for their friends all night, car doors slamming frequently. The owner started knocking on the door 1 hour before check out for “house keeping” and repeated to do so 3 more times until we checked out early. Stayed in a non-smoking room and you could smell cigarettes from the person in the room next door.

• Robert (4/5): Cheap Motel in Poor Condition - This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation. The price was very cheap (one of the reasons we stayed there) and for a few extra dollars a day, we got the suite with three beds and a ktichen. It was awful. It smelled bad and was not very clean. There were no pots or pans or utensils at all, not even cups or a teapot. We didn't dare try the gas-burning stove. The bathroom was large and clean, but the sink was in the hallway outside and there was only one roll of toilet paper in the place. The beds were uncomfortable and were made up strange - with the top sheet on top of the scratchy old blanket. We had to remake the beds ourselves. There was no service to speak of, and the neighborhood was awful. The first night we were there someone was singing outside at 2:00 am. The regular highway noise was bad enough. But it was pretty cheap!
• Deanna (6/5): - Very friendly and accommodating host as we were hauling a bike/trailer and he moved his car for us to park. Had he not, or if it had been a busy evening, we would not have been able to park our vehicles on property. Cons: Very dated. I kept my sandals or socks on at all times. Several bugs in the tub, no plug ins near the mirror (couldn’t use my own blow dryer). No black out shades.
• Michael (4/5): - This property is in desperate need of some TLC. We booked this motel since we only needed a place to sleep for the night and wouldn't be there longer than 7 hours.

• desiree (2/5): - It was the worst stat out of the 1,000 plus hotels/motels I’ve stayed at. The staff was really rude and started pounding on my door at 5 am and I had another night to stay. Then they kept harassing us till we left. I will never go back to that hotel and I have told everyone around me and my 600,000 thousand subs and followers about the stay and the way we were treated. It is an awful hotel with awful management. They should learn how to run a proper hotel and I know how since I’ve been running one with my fiancé in California for the past 5 years
• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel experiences EVER - Worst hotel experience EVER!! Desk clerk openly asked for S3xual favors, followed outside and begged not to call police. Did not call police. Did not have time. Do have recording of it. Hotels.com unable to reach hotel for reversal of charges. Did not stay bc of safety concerns. 20 yo woman w husband and baby. Not funny. Not a joke.

• Nathaniel (2/5): Beware unless you can sleep with spiders! - We ended up moving to a different hotel after checking in. The moment we got in inside, my daughter found 4 spiders! The sheets were ripped and stained, there were cab webs and the carpet was dirty. The owners were nice and suggested another room of which I checked but it was the same, there were cab webs. My husband booked this motel and didn’t read the reviews. For paying $54 total of $74 including tax, it is not worth it. I haven’t cancelled a hotel since we started traveling, just this. The combination of ripped and stained sheets, cab webs and spider, and dirty carpet just make it not worth $54 plus tax! At 10pm, I looked for hotel nearby and found a good one.
• Tammy (2/5): - Will never go back to that place. Had to have them fix the curtains just so i could close them. Door wouldnt lock no chain on door to compensate. No wash cloths. Definitely reconsider
• James (6/5): Fair place to stay...comfortable bed and HOT water - Bare bones place to get a good night's sleep and a hot shower. No soap/shampoo in my room but the AC, TV & Fridge all worked fine.

• Julia (8/5): Poor place, excellent beds comfortable - It was a poor place to stay, but very comfortable beds. Our room did not look clean. The staff immediately came and did a fast vacuum job. Like that was going to make a difference. We had clean towels that was a bonus!

I showed him my confirmation on ecpedia and he contined to say qe had no reservations and no rooms. Mt Daughter came running into the lobby telling me we needed to leave right away. There were things going on in the parking lot that should not have been. Do not stay or try to stay here. I didn't read any review before I booked. Make sure you read what others have posted also.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - FRADULANT HAGGLER DO NOT GO When we arrived, the owner of the establishment tried to charge us 199 dollars after we had already paid online. When we disputed this, the owner then tried to haggle with an offer of 150. As we were extremely tired from a long road trip, we tried to reason with the owner. After some back and forth, eventually the owner showed us a receipt from another customer that paid 139 and tried to offer 125 dollars as a “special deal” but this was still a double charge. When we decided to leave, the owner ran after our car to say he would be willing to double charge us “only” 100 dollars. I am entirely shocked that an Expedia affiliate would try to fraudulently take advantage of an immigrant family. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If I could give negative stars I would.
• Mark (8/5): Authentic, Old-School Experience + Mexi Food - The couple that owns this hotel (which has a bit of Tarantino/Coen Brothers flair) bought it two years ago and they’ve been trying to get out from under hard times. For what it is, it is clean and cared for. It deserves our respect, though it may not be for everyone. If you’re down with an old-school feel, and looking for an affordable layover, I would say, acknowledge them and support them, because it’s a simple motel owned by a couple that is truly trying harder than many of the equally-priced franchises that I’ve stayed at in the last two years. Sadly, our hotel/motel market seems to be slipping, but when I see a hard-working couple giving it their all, I want to support them because the American dream still matters, and their hard work matters. It’s clean, period. Many chains and franchises have lost my respect, but this location shows me that people are still trying. Give them a chance. Also, it’s a straight shot to an amazing Mexican restaurant called 3 Margaritas. If you’re going to stay in town, it’s a great, authentic combination.

• Lisa (2/5): - If it’s true there’s a bottom for every barrel, we have indeed found it! This is without a doubt, the filthiest place we have ever stayed! The bedspread was stained, there was garbage in the middle of the floor, soap wrappers on the floor in the bathroom, big lipstick mouth print on the bath towel, and the two chairs in the room were beyond disgusting to even think of sitting on. I booked this online and it was late when we got in. The man working did not want to honor the booking price and was not happy when I showed him the confirmation. Every hotel in the area was sold out, it was late when we got in, and we were extremely tired, or we would have left. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheet and did not use the bedspreads at all.

Should have given me my money back. Told us literally, "take it or you're screwed". We sgiukdnt have to pay for something we didnt book. May have to rethink using Hotels.com. in the future.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay - Super friendly staff. Facility older and the age was reflected. We were needing a couple nights for sleeping and this motel worked well. Centrally located.

Sink didn’t work in one of the rooms. Shady drug addict looking people hanging out all over outside. Worst dive motel I’ve ever experienced! If your looking for a motel in North Platte, this is not the one you want to choose!!

• Brandy (6/5): Pricing and late arrival challenges - We called ahead to say we wouldn’t make it in until 2am - and upon arriving at 2:10am, the front desk was closed. I rang the doorbell multiple times and called multiple times. Then the attendant came several minutes after arriving and asked me how much we paid online; $74.24 which I found to be confusing, why didn’t they know? When walking up to the front desk I did notice a sign saying $38 nightly rate” ... felt like a rip off of $30+ ...
