Mình ở 2 ngày mà kêu ks cho thêm nước ngày thứ 2 thì kêu ks chỉ cho nước ngày đầu, muốn uống thì tự lấy bình xuống rót ở bình 20 lít. Phải giải thích lại là ở 2 ngày thì mới cho thêm mấy chai nước , cảm thấy không đáng nhưng rất không hài lòng. 3. Cách âm không tốt , khó ngủ .

There is no accessible electric outlet near the bed. Not a recommendable one. Sorry for the honest feedback.

- Ray (8/5): Very good - Economical good location, good exercise walk to night market, plenty of restaurants etc nearby. WiFi was strong. Room was in the basement so naturally no window. Slight musty smell but no mould on the walls, ceiling or floor. I would book same room again.
- Alfie (1/5): Bad - Can't think of anything I was a fan of. Probably my worst hotel experience in SE Asia so far. The room is damp, so damp that nothing in there will ever dry and stuff that was dry has a layer of moisture after being in there a while. The bed is uncomfortable as the mattress is hard (and always feels damp), the hotel is loud with people making noise and shouting at 6:30 each of the three mornings we were there. We gave them our laundry, they lost half of it, stained the other half of it and all the whites came back with a yellow hue. All in all, I couldn't wait to leave.

- Ranga (6/5): It's cheap .. but clean - The price was good .. It was clean .. The lean receptionist was always quite rude. The other (slightly shorter) receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I extended the stay by one day, after the initial 5 days. I was told the price was 3.85 Vnd. But when I booked through MMT it was 1/3rd the cost. They said it was the basement room. It looked identical to the 1st floor room, with no windows / except a small opening above the door. But despite the hotel being empty, they made me go down for exactly same size room. On 2nd & 3rd night there were guests who were so loud till late at night and woke up at 5am, and when I mentioned it to the receptionist and why no one are saying anything .. she didn't even apologize. It's quite inside from the main road, and it's steep going down.

The rooms are clean and nice and they have an elevator! It was very easy to get a grab car to and from the hotel. Value for your money! Nothing. As I said, I love this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to Dalat!

- Joe (9/5): Superb - Two big comfortable beds in a good sized room. It had a nice bathroom. Great value in a very good location. We had a basement room, right next to the air-conditioning units outside the building, so it was quite loud at night.

- aislinnb2016 (4/5): Noise noise noise - Perhaps it was down to our room choice or allocation, not sure, but all I would say is noise noise noise! I appreciate that this is due to guests rather than the hotel itself, but the staff did not seem to notice or do anything to limit the noise from guests especially early in the morning or late at night. We booked the cheapest room with no window or built in air conditioning (although there was a fan, not that we needed it) and got a room on the ground floor, not far from reception. To be fair the room was nice, looked fairly new, although the bed was extremely extremely firm (much to my husbands disliking). The bathroom was grand although it took sometime for the water to heat up and with no shower screen everything gets soaked. It's in a good spot about 10 mins walk to the lake and about 15 mins walk to the night market. It's got plenty of eateries near, just a shame about the noise. The receptionist was able to organise a taxi to Dalat airport after ours fell through at very short notice, thank you. If you choose to stay I would suggest requesting a room on the top floor, otherwise look for alternative accommodation as you are unlikely to get a good nights sleep.

- B4982QCdavids (2/5): Do not stay here. - Although the hotel was extremely cheap and we did not expect alot aslong as we could get a decent sleep we did not mind. This was not the case the bed was like sleeping on the floor (rock solid). The walls seemed to be paper thin you could hear every thing and other guests would have loud teles on till late at night. From 6am there was a dog barking non stop for hours. Luckly we only had 2 nights here otherwise would probably would of had to move hotel or gone to the chiropractor.

There is no aircon but they provide a standing fan, which we didn't use bcos the weather was already cold at night. Apart from all, there is a small "hill-like", that you have to pass through if you are mainly walking around Dalat. It is approximately 5-10min walk from the Xuan Hoang Lake.
- Dbkogan (2/5): Worst Hotel in Vietnam! - DON'T GO TO: Nam Xuan Premium hotel in Da Lat!!! Worst hotel ever! 1. They were renovating the entrance floor of the hotel for 2 days and started to work at 7 AM. Woke us up every morning at 7 AM because of the noise. It was so loud and so disrespectful to the guests who paid to sleep in this hotel. 2. We sent 2 separated laundry sacks at 12AM. They told us it's gonna be ready in 24 hours. It wasn't. 24 hours later they told us it's not ready yet and that it's going to be ready at 8PM. Then, at 8PM, First, they told us they lost it. Then, they told us they have found it but all we got is one combined plastic bag (while we sent it in 2 separated laundry sacks, and told them 3 times we want it to be delivered SEPARATELY. So they lost the laundry sacks. Then, we opened the plastic bag and noticed that all the white shirts have some black stains and dots on it. Plenty of them. Some of the shirts are basically ruined and can't be used anymore. All they told us is : "This is not our fault, your shirts were very dirty" - wtf? Then "ok this is the laundry place's fault not ours" Then "ok we are going to refund you for the laundry money". And then " ok we can't do anything, my boss will come tomorrow at 6AM, you need to wake up and come talk to him". The day after, we woke up at 6AM especially to meet this boss, and guess what? There is no boss. Just another guy in the reception who told us "wait until 8AM for the boss" and then he confessed that they didn't even contacted the "boss" and no one is coming and the boss is in Ho Chi Min city and doesn't even know about us. So they gave us 60K dong(2.5$) for 5 ruined T-Shirts which were bought for a lot more. This doesn't even cover the cost of the laundry sacks. So that's it guys, be careful of this hotel. Really, it doesn't even worth a 1$. Worst experience in Vietnam, my first bad experience with any hotel or hostel here , and I'm traveling in Asia for 3 months already and been in plenty of hotels and hostels. We just wanted them to take responsibility for their actions. They also didn't even reply to my mail which I sent 3 days ago. Stay safe guys.

The staff weren't that welcoming (not sure if it was just a language barrier thing) but they just asked us for passports and gave us the key without saying where the room was. All other hotels have at least greeted us with a smile and directed you to the room. It was a basement room which isn't the best and the bed was really uncomfortable. There was also a massive cockroach as soon as we first went in the room which we had to catch. No one really spoke to us for the whole stay but for two nights it was ok. Maybe the upper floor rooms are better but can't really see why this hotel calls itself 'premium'.
- truongthang (8/5): Good for a couple of nights - I've been here for several times. This place is worth for our money. They had very friendly staff, new facilities. But the disadvantage thing is the double room, which is small, and you can hear the noise from outside clearly.

- Justyna (8/5): Dobry wybór w Dalat - Czyste, ladnie urządzone pokoje o niewielkiej powierzchni. Ładna łazienka. W hotelu cisza. Pokoje dwuosobowe typu dbl zlokalizowane są na poziomie -1. Brak okna powoduje nieco nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci.
- Maartje (10/5): Great hotel - We arrived very early in the morning and could check in right away. Service is very good, friendly people. There English is not great but they understand a lot. Location is good, mattress a bit hard, WIFI was ok. They rent motorbikes which are brand new, easy to ride. Perfect value for your money.

Very friendly people who work there, English not very good but fine. Good location and you can rent scooters at the hotel which are brand new. Room was fine, matrass a bit hard.
- kieut2018 (8/5): Nice place to stay - It is a nice hotel in the center of Dalat with friendly staff. The room is quite small and no window but it's beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed. That is worth the money. I definitely recommend staying here and will be back.
- Lilli (6/5): It was ok - I don’t ask for much in a hotel as long as it’s clean,however the sheets had hairs in from the last person and was mucky which I couldn’t stand! The shower wasn’t a proper shower there was no curtain and was hung over the toilet. Also the place next door is having construction work done so they wake you up very early in a morning and run all the way through the day. Staff were lovely on the other hand and very helpful!
- Thu Nguyen (8/5): New hotel. Good price.. - I booked a single room, but my room wasnt available at the time I reached hotel. The staff asked me to stay in a double room which has a big window. It was very comfortable.
- Q70QN_ (10/5): Very Good - I very exciting from the cost compare with Hotel quality. I stayed 2 night with my girlfriend. Cost i pay 10$/Night. Room is big, cleaned, elevator and reception is very good can speak english. But have one thing problem about sound keeping i can hear anyone sound walking outside and talking from another room. Anyhow i give them best because quality compare price. Surely next time i coming Dalat this place is 1st.

- 862thuyf (2/5): The worse hotel - We have had 2 nights family trip here with 2 rooms. This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been in whole life. The room is super small and u obviously can hear every single noise from any room in the same floor. Everyday the noise of bunch people talk, walk and close/open their room at late night and in early morning is construction and water pipe working noise. We completely sleepless for the past 2 nights. Obviously, this hotel has good location to walk around. That's the only advantage and the rest is worst. Wouldnt recommend anyone!
- ShannonS2471 (2/5): Terrible!! - Half of the things listed you don't actually get provided with! The bed was rock solid so ended up leaving with a bad back! No aircon/heating so room was constantly freezing cold to the point I slept in a sleeping bag! The duvet was so itchy. Wifi never worked! Walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything. Room was tiny and absolutely filthy ended up leaving a day early to stay at a different hotel complained to the man on the desk but he really couldn't care less and just said ok!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok if you're not planning to get much sleep - This is a new hotel so the rooms are in good condition, everything looks as pictured. However, we found it very difficult to get any sleep during our 2-night stay. For some reason this place seems to attract large groups of backpackers who leave their doors open while they play loud music in the evening, then come back in the middle of the night banging on doors, laughing, yelling and talking loudly so they WILL wake you up. The rooms at the front of the hotel face the street, where groups of young Vietnamese men also play loud music and talking until late at night. There's NO soundproofing at all here so it feels as if they were playing music right in your room. The rooms at the back (we asked to change rooms) are also noisy because the lift makes a loud and annoying "ding" noise every time someone calls it, every time the doors open or close ANYWHERE in the building. Not sure what the point of that is, but we heard it dozens of times every night and it really got on our nerves. Also, housekeeping started cleaning rooms before 8 am, which is not ideal when you barely can get any sleep at night. And to top it up, WiFi was very unreliable as the signal kept dropping out. Ok if you only need to check your emails occasionally, but not if you work online. You can find quieter rooms at lower prices right around the corner.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Te harde bedden - Mooi hotel en over t algemeen schoon. Prima kamer en faciliteiten, maar het is erg koud op de kamer. Met name de vloer is ijskoud. Het grootste minpunt is het bed: keihard matras en het beddengoed is van een synthetische stof. Niet fijn! Vriendelijke receptie en niet duur. Locatie is ook goed.
