- 松本 (5/5): - すべてセルフサービスで構われないところが気楽でいいのかと思いますが… フロントの方が１人でお忙しいからなのか、チェックイン、チェックアウト時や朝食を受け取りに行った時の「おはようございます」のひと言や挨拶などが何もなく、最後ホテルを出る時は少し寂しい気持ちでした 最後はお互い笑顔で「ありがとうございました」が言えたらよかったと思います お世話になりました

- ROBIN (8/5): - Très bon hôtel, bien plus occidental notamment les chambres sont très spacieuses, la salle de bain aussi. Situé à 3 min du quartier historique et moins de 10min à pied de la gare et demu centre commercial Aion juste à côté. Rapport qualité prix vraiment imbattable Les toilettes chauffantes dont on ne peut pas désactivé l option, mais c'est vraiment un détail.
- KIKI (10/5): CP值超高 - 離倉敷美觀超近，住宿費用超便宜，房間寬敞也很新，床很舒服好睡，服務人員很親切。配合的停車場一晚2000日圓，但我們是平日晚上才抵達，所以反而是附近約160公尺距離的times較為划算，平日最大料金早上08～晚上20 ¥440、晚上20～早上08¥440，可自行斟酌。 沒有供早餐的選項，有點可惜
- Lawrence of Arabia (8/5): 快適な歴史散歩ができるホテル - ロケーションは美観地区にも近く、ホテルの目の前に「大橋家宅」も見学できますし、並びに、美味しい日本料理屋「ゆうなぎ本店」もあってとても便利だったので、２泊連泊した夕飯は２回ともここで食事しました。 部屋に電気ポットだけあって、インスタントコーヒーやお茶が置いていなかったことが残念でした。２泊しましたが、朝ごはんはサンドイッチのボックス朝ごはんでちょっとだけ内容が異なりました。連れが生野菜を食べれない体質だったので、事前に生野菜を食べれないことを連絡することができたらよかったと思いました。

- Lynn (9/5): We loved this hotel but don’t expect pampering and over the top comfort. - Brilliant location, very nice Price for five nights. Easy check in QR code plus helpful Staff. ALSO, directly across the lane is the Kurashiki Royal Art Hotel which has fantastic buffet breakfast for ¥2500 per person. Plus the luggage transfer service can be sent from Royal Arts Hotel even if you’re not a guest there. Sorry but the beds gave us (71 year olds) a bit of a backache.

- Hideo (8/5): ロケーションサイコー！ - 立地が最高でした 美観地区の直近で夕方もギリギリまで散策でき、朝も起きて直ぐに町を散歩できて最高 専用駐車場は満車表示でしたが（どこにあるのかさえ分かりませんでした）ホテルのとなりのパーキングにとめられて一度いれると車を動かすこと無く散策や食事、買い出しにいけるのもよかったです 10時のチェックアウトギリギリまで停めてましたが、料金は2300円でせんように停めるのと変わりませんでした、ラッキー！ 部屋にウエルカムドリンク（インスタントコーヒーかお茶）くらいはあるだろうと思っていましたが甘かった 朝食にモーニングを食べに出て、チェックアウトの時間までに荷物を取りに戻ったら、既に部屋がロックされていて入れず慌てました 清掃スタッフの方が廊下におられて直ぐにマスターキーをお持ちのスタッフを呼んでくださったので良かったのですが、チェックアウトもしてないし、時間までに戻っているのに入れないのはひどいです

- アシュリーマーフィ (7/5): Great location, but hot room and uncomfortable beds. - An amazing location, not even 5 minutes from Kurashiki historical streets. A really nice amount of space in the room, and a modern bathroom. Only 10 mins walk from Kurashiki station, and a very local convenience store. Lots of amenities to help yourself to in the lobby. There was no functional air conditioning. There was a sign asking us not to use the air conditioning and to instead open the windows if we were hot. When we tried turning on the air conditioning, even on cooling mode it made the room hotter. It was very warm outside so opening the windows wasn't very helpful and it was noisy outside with loud cars / motorbikes racing past at 2am. We found it difficult to get the room below 25°c even when it was below 20° outside. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was strange, with a single white sheet and a duvet laying on top, there were only 2 pillows on a double bed which were thin and hard. If you want to store your luggage you must pay 1000yen to use a coin locker. Breakfast offered is just a sandwich in a lunchbox.

- C. (9/5): Prima hotel met zeer goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding. - Snelle check in geregeld ook al bij aankomst voor 15 uur. Mooie ruime hoek kamer op 3e verdieping. Ontbijt in papieren tas was leuke gimmick. Niet eerder mee gemaakt. Keuze is dan eten in het lobbydeel of op je kamer.

- Ryan (7/5): I dont feel safe. There is no card swipe to enter the hotel. And the reception left both front and back door open withou - Meanly comfortable hotel, fair price. First day when we got new towel there is one big long hair in it......and the hotel has a securty defect issue, anyone can enter from a back door of the hotel without swipe the card and also getting on the lift going to guest room level without swipe card, most importantly, no one can see you if you doing it, you will not walk pass the reception counter and there is no one working at the reception either. If you care about safty, dont choose this hotel

- Mayumi (6/5): 思った以上でした - 部屋がまぁまぁ広くて備え付けではないテーブルと椅子２脚あり便利だった。 コインランドリーもあり洗剤もついていたのですごくよかったです。洗濯機皆さん使用してる割には掃除行き届いてたと思います。(ドラム式のなかのふちの端のほうにもほこり貯まってませんでした) 駅からもさほど遠くない。バスタブも広い方だと思います。 基本自動チェックインなのでフロントがない(スタッフはすぐにいます)ので手荷物をチェックイン前、チェックアウト後預かってもらえない。 コインロッカーに預けるスタイルだかお金がかかる。そしてロッカーの数が大きいスーツケース入る分が少なすぎ。 駅チカにある商業施設の方が安いです。
