Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con uno dello staff, il quale sapeva parlare Italiano perché ha vissuto in Italia anni fa, ed era molto simpatico. Colazione ottima. Camera da rinnovare (un po' vecchia).

- YUKI (8/5): 素敵なホテルです - 嵐のラストコンサート参加のために利用しました。たぶんその日の利用客のほとんどが嵐ファンだったかと思います。玄関前には嵐ファンを歓迎する装飾があり、とても嬉しく思いました。 選べる枕のサービスがあったのも良かったです。室内着も薄すぎず厚すぎず、ちょうどでした。 モーニングブュッフェも利用しました。とても美味しかったです。スタッフの方もよく声が出てるし、よく目配りもされていて、よかったです。 あとバスタブにお湯を張るのに、すぐにお湯が出たのが素晴らしかった。お湯になるのを待つことなくお湯が出るのはうれしかった(北海道ではふつうなのですか？)シャワーの圧もちょうどでした。 JR琴似駅から、通路で外を通らずにホテルまで行けるのも良かったです。外はちょっと濡れてたり足元悪かったりするので助かりました。 フロントのスタッフの方も、道案内とか詳しくしてくださり、「優しいなぁ」と感じました。 気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。 良くなかった点は特にないです。通常よりお値段が高かったのかな？とは思いますが、一応予算内だったのでOKです。

- Khai Yeong (10/5): A great place to stay for your holiday in Hokkaido - Location is excellent - a 5-6 minute walk from Kotoni Station, which in turn is only 2 stations away from Sapporo Station. The lobby lounge provides free coffee, tea and snacks, and has a very comforting ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful, and are available round the clock. Amenities are available for free at the lobby.

- wano (7/5): 一泊目はそれなりに快適でしたか二日目は最悪でした - 部屋も綺麗だったし朝食もおいしかったしスタッフさん達が活気がありとても良かったです どこのホテルも変わらずかもですが斜め向かいの部屋の海外の客室がかなりの時間異常なくらいうるさく香水も通路にまで充満してめっちゃ不愉快でした
- David (8/5): Would stay again, because it’s close to my house, and the breakfast was great! - The breakfast was very nice. Some hot items were a little cold, but in general it was very good. I didn’t like the fact that you had to take every item that should be in the room, up to the room! Hotel’s used to put all these items in the room, and although it wasn’t too much of a problem, when you have your hands full of bags and luggage, the last thing you want to do is have to hold a sponge, chocolate, toothbrush, shampoo etc.!

- KAORU (8/5): 建物は古いけど、清潔なホテル - JR琴似駅が近いのと、両隣がロピア、トライアルで道路渡って目の前にセブンイレブンと買い物に困らなかった。 近くに居酒屋もたくさんあった。 ２泊したのですが、ユニットバスの段差が凄くて、ひざを痛めてしまった。 部屋入り口付近のクロークの奥に踏み台があったのを帰る頃に気がついたのが残念。 駐車場台が800円かかる。

- Azumi (8/5): とても快適でした - 駅から近くて、アメニティや自由に食べ飲みできるものがありました。 チェックイン時に｢基本的に清掃には入らないので、清掃して欲しい時は12時までにドアに清掃カードを貼ってください｣と言われました。部屋には清掃はいりませんのカードもありましたが、12時までまだ余裕があったので貼らずにいると10時頃に清掃の方が入って来てしまいました。

- 中村 (7/5): ロケーション最高！ - 千歳空港から電車一本で行ける琴似駅から、雪の中を歩かずにホテルに行けるし、スキーバスのバス停が目の前だったので良かったです。 周辺にもたくさん飲食店があり、ロケーションは最高でした。 好きな高さの枕が選べたのも良かったです。 隣の声は聞こえませんでしたが、廊下を歩くと部屋の中の普通の話し声が良く聞こえました。ドアが薄いのかな？
