Later when I placed the order of dinner they replied that the cook is drunked and so naturally no food will be available. Horrible experience

The person who was there at the check-in time, he was helpful and he told us they will arrange it and we need to pay 700/- extra since the extended time was only 4hrs however check-out time the person wasn't helpful at all, he asked for more money more than 1400/- since we wasn't agreed on it, he called us numerous times for check-out

• surya (1/5): shittiest, crappiest place and the worst scam-i want my money back with compensation - this hotel fab is a scam and a hoax. It does not exist - the pics are fake and the address is fake - the cab driver could not find the place and when i called the number given - i was told it was the central booking office for Fab hotes and they gave me a different address and we had to spend another 30 mins to find the place and we landed at this crummy area with this awful looking hotel and inside it was even worse - surprisingly the hotel front desk had my reservation - this is a scam - put and end to this scam please - we went into the room and found it to be a terrible dirty den- we left in a few hours - it was the worst experience - this is a scam - do not honor any of these fab hotels in india - they are running a scam his hotel fab is a scam and a hoax. When called and asked the reason, they asked me to pay more/extra which is not feasible as I would only pay what is showing on the app. Also later the team stated that they cannot provide accommodation even when after much discussion and argument I agreed to pay extra, and told me to book another of their hotel named Millions nearby which was too pathetic as the location and facilities were too bad. Booking.com should take strict action against such malafide practices where hotels try to scam and extract more unethical money from the customers. Completely disappointed with this as we were stranded with no option to book and had to visit manual checkin with other hotels at a last minute high price. • Mansi (1/5): - I am writing regarding my booking with FabHotels for the nights of 20th and 21st (Booking ID mentions above) I have two major concerns: Hotel confusion I had assumed that our booking was at FabHotel Prime Avenue, but when we arrived, we were checked into FabHotel Krishna Palace instead. Extremely unsafe and inappropriate environment As soon as we checked into FabHotel Krishna Palace, we noticed that: The room opposite ours had guests smoking inside, and the smoke was coming into our room. There was very loud noise from that room – we could clearly hear girls dancing, loud music, and men cheering and shouting in a drunken state. I was travelling with my 2-year-old child and two senior citizens. Within 10 minutes of check-in, the smoke and the noise became unbearable and we felt completely unsafe. The environment was more like a dance bar than a family hotel. Because of this, we had to leave the hotel immediately for safety reasons. We did not stay at the property. At around 11 pm, with a 2-year-old child, we were forced to roam around Indore city to find another hotel. The whole experience was extremely stressful and traumatic for my family. Given these circumstances, I request you to: Cancel my booking for 20th and 21st, and Process a full refund at the earliest. I hope FabHotels will treat this matter seriously and ensure such situations do not occur with other families in the future. Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.

• Gaurav (4/5): - Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The hotel is new, but the amenities were close to nothing apart from a place to stay. No breakfast included even though its mentioned online. At the restaurant they asked us to buy stuff from outside. Fake mineral water bottles were kept and the hotel didn't even have coffee or tea makers. The entire hotel stank of garbage due to nearby open dumping place. The hotel owner sent the cab for 1800 but it usually costs around 1100 if you book it by yourself which was disappointing.

• Abhinav (1/5): Please avoid this hotel with your family and as a couple. Very dirty beds with no services. - There wasn't anything that I liked about this hotel. Very unprofessional staff, dirty rooms with leaking roofs and wet bedsheets. No parking spot, and no breakfast provided even though it was included in the booking. Due to a booking.com technical glitch, they overcharged. There was no view from the hotel. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, as the staff is not at all helpful and you will be on your own. I won't recommend this hotel to any family or couple who is looking for a decent stay. Staff is very unprofessional and not helpful. Rooms are not clean, and there are leaking roofs in the rainy season. No parking spot and breakfast provided as per booking the executive triple room. The hotel was shifted 3 times because the rooms were leaking and not available in the other hotel too. This all happened with 3- and 9-month-old kids in heavy rain. At the end stayed in deluxe room and paid for executive room. No responsibility taken from staff and manager.
