The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Dadar Station, making it easy to get around the city. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, prime location, and outstanding service. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area

- Shahidpavte (10/5): Great safety measures - Hotel location is amazing with a quiet ambience makes you feel relax and calm. The trip was good with all the safety protocols being followed at the time of Covid. Regular room sanitization is being done. Foods are hygienic and staffs are cooperative.
- Waman_Parulekar (6/5): Arrogant Reception staff and tiny rooms - Person who sit on reception is arrogant. he is always busy in watching mobile clips and whenever you asked anything to him he thinks you are disturbing him. Even these people are not ready to change towel. Room are tiny and ends when you enter in the room. only positive thing is room and toilet are clean. location is also good very near to Dadar East railway station.

By the time we reached the airport to fly home my son was itching every where. His body was covered with bites. If the hotel takes care of this this would be a good budget place for 2-3 days. The toilets were clean and the staff very friendly and courteous. There is a restaurant but we chose to eat elsewhere..

The administrator coming in night shift was really co-operative but the administrator in day and noon shift was rude. Overall other staff was really co-operative.

- eva_r_cho (2/5): Far beyond expectations - I have cleanliness issue and bed bugs in the room, mold in the bathroom. problem with check in due my booking was not found and very unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist. The pictures shown are totally deceiving
- 430DaveC (8/5): Relaxing and Convenient - Located within easy walking distance of Dadar train station, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and allowed me to cool some drinks in their fridge. The room was clean, airy and comfortable. thanks also for letting me check out very early in the morning for my onward train. I would stay here again if travelling to Mumbai. As a tourist, I was able to walk the whole of South Mumbai from this hotel (although I do like walking!) It's easy to get the local trains to places and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
- Md Marwan (2/5): My Worst Hotel Experience Thus Far! - The hotel initially didn't want to honor my booking for no discernible reason whatsoever. I had to fight with them for half an hour to get my booked dormitory bed. The hotel reception and service staff are the worst they can be, utterly CRAP. They will insult you to your face and not have the decency of looking at you when talking to them. When they finally agreed to give me my booking I was handed off to three different people. Please know the booking had promised WiFi and showering facilities as I booked a dormitory bed. I didn't expect internet as I have stayed in upscale hotels that had problems with WiFi but how can you not have a showering facility and LIE about it. My booking was for 5 days and I guess they didn't want me to shower for that period. I declined to stay for this reason and then they started arguing about me having to pay a penalty for cancelling my stay. I was literally flabbergasted. I know this is a cheap stay option and I didn't have high expectations but the service here is at a criminal level and they don't want people showering. Also, extremely hard to find and the elevator not accessible to the general public. I got lost the first time there and could only find it after asking around the area and suddenly a boy appeared out of nowhere to take me up. Don't stay here!

- saada530 (6/5): Good Budget Hoteo - I booked the hotel online, it's very near from dadar station. You can find taxis everywhere. They can provide you halal food. Rooms were clean. It's would be better if they could replace the old creepy lift. Sometimes it feels like horror movie when you enter that old lift.
- rajgopala2017 (6/5): budget stay... - Visited this property as a solo traveller in July 2018. Located in Dadar east, easy to locate and close to Tata memorial hospital (1.5 kms). Hotel is also being marketed as Fabexpress Dadar Residency, and because of this, it was difficult to find as its local name Karishma Hotel is more popular. It is located on 5th floor of an old building and the only way to reach it is through lift which operates from GF to 5th floor direct. Reception and staff are good and courteous. Rooms are very small but well maintained and clean. However, the way to the rooms and the lobby is quite congested and smells odd. Rooms are small (maybe 10X8 ft) with very small bathrooms (5x3 ft possibly).However, all modern amenities are provided (lcd tv, ac, toiletries, nice double bed) and are clean... thats the good point. Food is provided, has a wide menu and tastes good.The plus point: has a number of eateries located very close by where u can try local food and snacks. Chitra cinemas is a popular theatre very close by (100 mtrs) which can be used as a landmark for shuffling to and fro from this hotel. Taxi stand is located just below the hotel which again is an advantage. Overall, nice hotel ideal for business travellers and backpackers and a strictly no-no for families or leisure travellers. Good option if u intend to visit tata hospital for consultation or career.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - ドミトリーを予約したがインド人しかドミトリーは泊まれないから追加料金を払って個室を勧められた。そもそも外国人が泊まれないならエクスペディアに登録するなよ。と思う。ドミトリーが無理ならキャンセルしますとエクスペディア側に伝えたところ、キャンセルはできないと言われた。そんなの、そっちの都合だろ！と強く言い続けてやっとフリーでキャンセルしますと言われたが、いい加減な対応だったので、できないのだろう。ホテルのスタッフも迷惑そうな顔をしていた。 キャンセルできるまでこのコメントは残します。残っている場合はそういうホテルということです。皆さんこのホテルには気をつけてください。 this hotel dormitory could stay only india people. i booked dormitory but i couldn’t stay. and they recommend single room and add price. i didn’t want single room. so i cancelled booking, but expedia stuff said you can’t cancel by free. i said it’s your personal reason! i was angry . finally he accepted my claim. but now i have not get domitory fee. this comment don’t erase until i get back dormitory fee. everybody be careful this hotel.
- janree2 (8/5): Renovated in december 2017 budget hotel - Hotel karishma is renovated in december 2017, budget hotel at Dadar east. Its just at 10 Minutes walking from dadar railway station. Horel is clean. Staff is friendly. Taxi can be arranged from reception desk. As they dont have inhouse restaurant room service is sluggish, but the food which they arrange on demand from nearby hotel is tasty. Breakfast is complementary. Overall good option for budget hotel at dadar in middleof mumbai.

It was in such a dilapidated condition from the outside that we couldnot afford to stay there. When we are booking the hotels online we expect atleast the basic hygiene should be taken care of/ checked before including such hotels in your list.
- 712chandrashekharr (6/5): Cheap hotel in Dadar area - Actually they have two properties in same area of dadar, one is dormitory and other one is just a lodge. Rooms are very small that you can jump from your bed to attached bath room. Suitable for one nite stay.
- amitsingh170683 (2/5): Hotel Karishma Dadar mumbai - When I booked the room online it was mentioned that there is attached bathroom and tv in the room but when i checked in hotel people allotted me a very small room with sharing bathroom and without television...its better u inquire on phone about the facilities provided. hotel staff is not cooperative they are trained to be fool you.
