Jurgita (6/5): - Apartamentai buvo prie pat jūros. Puikiai organizuotas svečių sutikimas. Pirtis ir baseinas kambaryje puiki pramoga. Apartamentuose švaru. Virtuvėje buvo visko ko reikia. Šalia esančioje kavinėje skanus maistas, tik labai menkas pasirinkimas. Pusryčių nevalgėme. Jau gerokai pasenę. Prastai veikia dušai. Kai prausiesi vanduo bėga visur. Dušo užuolaidos jau supeliję. Tualetuose ir koridoriuje elektra įsijungia nuo judesio daviklių. Naktį atsistojus šviesa užsidega pagrindiniame koridoriuje ir šviečia visur, neilgai, bet... Nešvarūs balkonai. Takelis nuo mūsų apartamentų iki jūros visiškai supuvęs, net pavojingas.

Ralf (10/5): Unbedingt empfehlenswert - Perfektes Hotel in super Lage. Freundliches Personal und hochwertiges Appartement mit bester Ausstattung. Bis zum wunderschönen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Kairit (8/5): - Quiet, well- equiped kichen and bathroom. Nice walk to seaside. Bed in the smaller room was tired and was not very comfortable. Reception is hard to find and parking takes a time.

Vienas takas iki jūros avarinės būklės. Reikia atnaujinti lauko baldus, esančius balkone (apsistojome 23/k-3; Nr.10) ir pritvirtinti baro stalą. p.s. keistas rankšluosčių komplektas, vienas didelis (apie 70cmX140cm) ir...vienas labai labai mažas (apie 20cmX20cm).

KĘSTUTIS (6/5): - Vieta patogi, netoli jūra. Viskas nudėvėta pasenę ir ne prižiūrėta. Dvelkia sovietų laikais. Prie ko prisilieti, viskas reikalauja remonto, pradedant buitine technika, kranais, kondicionieriaus darbu ir t.t... Kam reklamuotis superiniais pusryčiais, kai viešbutis neturi savo restorano? Reikia eiti į šalia esančia kavinę, kurioje pasirinkimas labai ribotas...

Guest (9/5): Excellent place for enjoying sea and sun - Location is perfect, shops like Rimi and Elvi, where you can buy food and all necessary things are very close - 5min walk. Possibility to park your car at lowest floor of the building. Place for kids to play. Also there is cafe in the first floor of the building, although it isn’t working from Monday to Wednesday (including), still it nice that it is there. Running water at the toilet. You can deal with it by yourselve but still, would be nice to get it repaired. The same about kids playground.

Michael (2/5): - Very disappointing stay. Plaster fell twice from our balcony ceiling, including just above where my son had been working. No inspection or repair was done. The building’s exterior is visibly crumbling and neglected. Our room was never cleaned, the sliding door was broken, and we received only three towels for three people for a four-day beachfront stay. Only after requesting more did we receive three additional towels. The wooden walkway to the beach is broken in several places and unsafe. The garage was poorly lit and unsecured. No staff were present at checkout, and our calls went unanswered. We reported this to both the hotel and Expedia and received no response. I do not recommend this property.

Simona (7/5): Overall it was OK. - I received a message from the receptionist that my room would be ready at 2 AM, which was earlier than the usual check-in time—very much appreciated. However, I did have to wait about 15 minutes for a receptionist to arrive. It’s a bit unusual that no one is stationed at the reception desk, the receptionist personally escorts each guest to their apartment. While a nice touch, this may not be necessary and could be causing delays for other arriving guests. The building itself has potential, but some areas are starting to show their age. A bit of maintenance—especially outside and around the paths—would really improve the overall impression. The room was clean and functional, but the view of the street wasn’t great, and there was some noise from passing cars. With a few updates and better attention to guest experience, this place could be excellent.

Nėra spintų ,pakabų , mažai baldų daiktams .Į terasą gali patekti visi , nėra privatumo..Nėra lifto , kavinė kaip supratom dirba ne visada . Mūsų apartamentai buvo 1 aukšte , galima laisvai patekti į butą su vežimėliais, reikia apvažiuoti pastatą .

Barbara (8/5): Bardzo przyjemnie, polecam! - Świetna Lokalizacja, duży apartament, jest wszystko czego potrzeba :) Chyba już warto odświeżyć lokal :)
Erika (7/5): Pats butas geras, smagu jog buvo pirtis ir visi reikalingi daiktai. - Labai patogi lokacijos vieta, apartamentai prie pat jūros. Buvo pilna smėlio bute. Neveikė kondicionieriaus, buvo labai karšta. Svetainėje vitrininiai langai (neatsidaro nei vienas), jautėmės kaip akvariume, nes prie buto yra įėjimas pro kurį eina daug žmonių, kiti langai į kavinę, trūko privatumo.
Sven (2/5): Alles ziemlich heruntergekommen, aber das Alt noch nicht alles… - Umgebung Leider hat das Schloss des Zimmers nicht fkt. Wir mussten 2-3h warten. Es wurde also weit nach 18.30 bis wir endlich ins Zimmer konnten. Dann die weitere Ernüchterung. Keine Klima angestellt. In den Kinder Zimmer keine vorhanden, also das war es bereits 38 grad. Keine Tücher. Alles sehr schmuddelig. Schaut aus wie in einem Bordell. Und es funktioniert das meiste auch nicht. Lage wäre top. Aber so geht das gar nicht.
Linda (8/5): Laiskas romantiskas brīvdienas pie jūras. - Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. 5 min pa koka laipu taku līdz smilšu pludmalei. Skaists skats uz jūru tālumā no viesistabas un plašā balkona. Cenā iekļauta pazemes autostāvvieta. Mums atļāva nākamajā dienā uzturēties apartamentā līdz 14:00. Plaša guļamistaba ar vannu istabā (ar gaismiņām, bet bez džakuzi burbuļiem). Ērta virtuvīte viesistabas zonā. Iekarināms šūpuļkrēsls viesistabā. 10 min pastaigā gar jūras krastu uz vienu un otru pusi ļoti labas pludmales kafejnīcas, kur vērot saulrietu ar kokteiļiem vai ieturēt gardas maltītes (virtuve gan tiek slēgta jau ap 21:00). -Balkona stikla margas un lielais logs uz balkonu bija netīri. - Tika iedota tikai 1 atslēga apartamentam. - Pirmajā vakarā tuvu esošajā Saulkrastu estrādē notika Gačo koncerts, tādēļ nebija iespējams baudīt mierīgu vasaras vakaru uz balkona, jo bija ļoti skaļa mūzika dzirdama no estrādes. - Plānas apartamentu sienas. Varējām dzirdēt katru vārdu, ko runāja blakus apartamentā ap 23:30 vakarā. - No ārpuses apartamentu kompleksu jau nedaudz skāris "laika zobs"- vietām nolupis ārsienu apmetums.

Vita (10/5): - Tobulas bendravimas, nuostabi vieta, viskas ko reikia. Labai nesutvarkyti takeliai vedantys link jūros. Išlindusios vinys, trūksta lentelių. Vaikų žaidimų aikštelė apgriuvusi, daug įlūžimų visokių - nesaugi.

Agita (9/5): A clean apartment in a great location - Great location, underground parking free of charge, sparkling clean, sauna. 1. The kitchen is stocked with only the bare minimum — utensils and tableware for four. I would suggest a few extra essentials to make the kitchen more versatile, e.g., s salad bowl or a mixing bowl, a serving plate or fruit bowl would add both function and comfort. 2. There is no mop available for guests to clean up wet floors .When floors get wet — especially from a leaking shower or sauna use — guests need a way to dry them. 3. One of the blankets was of noticeably poor quality — very cheap, fully synthetic, and made from a material similar to disposable medical masks or shopping bag. It feels unpleasant and out of place in an otherwise well-priced accommodation. These are not complaints — they’re constructive ideas for improvement.

Julius (9/5): Amazing location, comfortable - Probably as close as it can be to the beach. Maybe not the fresh an new, but perfectly good for short or long stay. It was quite and calm, even in middle of July. Bedroom has a small window with no dark curtain. Might be disadvantage in case you are light sensitive for your sleep

Guest (6/5): - Хорошее местоположение, море рядом. Просторная квартира. Замечательная сауна. Плохо работал интернет. Квартира на последнем этаже - нечем дышать, кондиционеры не спасали от жары. Не удобные душевые кабины, вся вода по занавескам течёт на пол, нет принадлежностей чтобы убрать. Завтрак нам не предоставили. Море рядом , но спускаться надо по прогнившим доскам, очень легко получить травму.

Ieva (9/5): Es hat sich gelohnt hier zu kommen. - Lage, Grösse von Zimmer, Terrassen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Leute und es hat alles gepasst. Wunderbare Familien Ferien. Mitarbeiter sehr entgegen kommen und herzliches Empfang. Etwas in Jahre gekommen, wenn man nach Kleinigkeiten schaut, Kissen könnte man auswechseln. Aber dadurch das alles andere sehr gut war, es gleicht sich aus.
