• sara (2/5): - The room sucked. Bed is uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The bathroom situation is horrible. They just give you one towel and not even towel to dry your hands.. I would not recommend staying here. It is such a rip off.

• Elisa (6/5): - Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Lage war gut. Die Türen waren sehr laut und es kann zu unangenehmen Situationen kommen, da nur ein Bad zur Verfügung steht.
• josefina (6/5): - Cumple con todo lo que necesitábamos, pero la atención creo que fue poco amable, le pregunté si podíamos dejar las maletas un tiempo extra y su respuesta no fue nada amigable, yo siempre pregunto con educación. Habían tazas de cafés en la pieza, una tenía una araña muerta y un poco sucias, las almohadas básicamente no eran almohadas, pero son detalles si buscas algo cómodo. La ubicación buena y de todas formas hacer el check in fue súper fácil, pero creo que el trato no fue el más gentil.
• Martina (8/5): - La posizione l’abbiamo trovata comoda per il fatto che siamo andati al Firenze rock, che è stato facile da raggiungere a piedi. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dove si possono trovare poi i mezzi per muoversi a Firenze. Personale sempre pronto a rispondere hai messaggi. L’unica pecca è che non c’è il condizionatore ma solo un ventilatore.

• Emil (10/5): Very good. - Easy check in, good location. Everyting is good and clean. Easy to go city center by walking - 15 minutes. And public transports are very close.

• Adriana (6/5): - La struttura è carina, la camera è spaziosa e il bagno abbastanza grande, solo che essendo in comune bisogna trovare persone civili. Il problema sono i dintorni della struttura non proprio dei migliori. Essendo una struttura self check-in non c’è stata molta comunicazione o grandi servizi offerti.
• Astrid (4/5): - Even though the hostess send an email with the instructions, when checking in it was not so obvious how to get in. In fact, some people working there on the building opened the door for us. When I called the hostess, she was kind of rood, instead of explaining kindly again, she kept saying what didnt I understand and if I have read the email with the indications and in a tone like I was bothering her. Then the rest was correct, except there wasnt anything to dry the floor when taking a shower.
• DANA (10/5): - Our unit was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but was kept clean and stocked. There is a tram outside the window but the noise did not bother us. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go but the tram was there for anyone that would need it.
• Roberto (6/5): - Struttura ottima per la pulizia servizio non c'è personale ma è accogliente e il personale gestisce dal telefono tramite whatsapp con indicazioni molto chiare e ci sono solo 2 oriblemi un po di rumore della tramvia e c'è solo un bagno in comune che purtroppo per andare in bagno ho dovuto aspettare 40 minuti perché c'era un'altro cliente che l'ha presa molto comoda a fare la doccia .. poi per il resto tutto bene e molto accogliente..

• Alessandro (4/5): - Mi sono fermato 2 notti in questa struttura... La stanza è molto ampia, minimale ma ha tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è molto comoda sia per arrivare in stazione che in centro. Ahimè ci sono due cose che purtroppo è bene sapere. La prima cosa che non dipende dalla struttura è che essendo vicini alla stazione edessendo Firenze una città molto trafficata di tram, i rumori sono continui e anche la porta che da nel corridoio è molto poco isolata. Quindi attrezzatevi di tappi. La seconda cosa è che mi è stato dato solo un asciugamano grande per due notti.

• Anthony Jhen (6/5): - The room was great. It had heating, a comfortable bed, clean towels, and clean sheets. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the other guests. I never saw them, so that was fine, but at 6 a.m. on the days I stayed, they were up, opening and closing doors, and walking heavily. It's quite unpleasant when you're trying to rest.

• Joseph (8/5): - Lovely clean and spacious room. Super clean bathroom, possibly even over cleaned because there was always a cleaner there! Only two complaints really; it’s quite a long walk to the centre (which we don’t mind because we like to walk) and it’s very noisy from very early in the morning and late at night due to tram station next door.

• Estefanía Belén (6/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien en relación al precio. Es muy bonita la habitación y se mantiene la limpieza muy bien. La ubicación está bien si te manejás en tren porque está cerca de la estación, aunque hay que caminar bastante para llegar a la zona céntrica de Florencia. No está bueno que solo haya un baño compartido entre 4 habitaciones porque casi siempre está ocupado. Sugeriría modificar el método de Check-in, ya que nadie nos recibió y las indicaciones para realizarlo no estuvieron claras. Cualquier problema que surja, nadie está para ayudarte.

• Luiz Antonio (6/5): - Struttura va bene ok, però da parte interna del letto non aveva aerea condizionata oppure almeno uno ventilatore che faceva il vento proprio, appena uno solo che faceva più umore che vento.
• Bruno (2/5): - The room is big, the towers were clean, pillows are low, the room was clean, however is really hot, the fan is not enough, for some reason there is too much noise at night. The shower was flooding, leaving the bathroom wet and smelly, and it is extremely small. Sharing the bathroom was a really bad experience as the check out is 10am, you will need to wake really early if you want to shower before leaving, I feel we shared the same bathroom as the owners. I asked the owner if we could check out a few minutes later than 10am, but the answer was No, even after explaining my situation I got no answer to my text message. I had to drop off the rented motorcycle before checking out and I got late because of the queue to use the bathroom and had to run back to do the check out at 10am, I just wanted a few minutes to organise myself instead of rushing back to get the luggage.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful, spacious room. - By the station so good location but was a little difficult to find. The room was huge and beautiful cannot fault the room apart from it could of had coffee/milk (only had a kettle in the corridor with flavoured tea) only a small negative though. This property is shared bathroom, shared between 3 rooms in total. The bathroom was a good size etc but pleaae be aware that you could have inconsiderate neighbours like we did who where very noisy at 2am coming in and were sprawled out very intoxicated in the bathroom for 45 mins approx even after being told we needed to use the bathroom. However this wasn't the hosts fault.

• Douglas (8/5): Bom custo benefício. - Atendeu as espectativas, acho que foi um bom custo beneficio. Unico ponto que é um pouco chato é o banheiro compartilhado, mas faz parte, o custo vale este transtorno.
• Aurora (4/5): - personale non presente fisicamente. dovete prestare, sopratutto per il check in, attenzione all’orario prestabilito perché non essendoci nessuno ad accogliervi, risulta tutto molto complesso. Risulta poco chiara anche la modalità di svolgimento della colazione. Nessuno è lì, quindi l’unico modo per chiedere informazioni è chiamare (se rispondono!!). Non è un Hotel B&B, ma è un appartamento con tre camere, condiviso con altre persone e avente un unico bagno comune fra tutte. Il prezzo speso non vale la qualità. L’aspetto positivo è che, nonostante la non presenza del personale e non sempre disponibile, per messaggio sono stati gentili.

Molto silenziosa, minimal ed elegante, la stanza era molto sicura e la vista dal balcone molto bella. Ho apprezzato soprattutto la vicinanza alla fermata del tram che mi portava in centro in pochi minuti.

• Laura (6/5): - The property is easily accessible from the train station and the self check in was very convenient. The shared bathroom was always clean and well maintained. The heat in Florence was about 40C and the fan was not strong enough to create some air circulation so the room would become extremely hot. About a 20 minute walk to Santa Maria di Fiore and right in front of public transit.

• Catherine (2/5): - If you are traveling during summer time DO NOT stay here. It is so uncomfortably hot. We assumed this facility would have AC - it definitely doesn’t. Putting this is the description would go a long way. The owner was nice and provided another fan but that honestly did nothing. The only window we could open was south facing (the hottest window), because we left it open we could hear the noisy trolly all night, we couldn’t use the blackout drapes otherwise we would suffocate from the heat. It was pretty miserable. Simple things could be better: like the coffee being really poor processed quality and not having a hand towel in the bathroom. There was no desk or laptop working area as advertised.

• Verified traveler (10/5): B&B Cassia upgrade - We booked a room at Novella, but when we arrived we were informed that due to illness, we were going to have a room in a different place. That was fine with us, as we actually ended up being upgraded for no extra cost! We walked to the other location with the member of staff, who was very chatty and friendly. We had booked a room with a shared bathroom, but received a room with a private bathroom. Everything was clean and as it should be, and we even had a little balcony, which was lovely. We only stayed for one night, and everything was fine for us (and great considering the bargain price!), but the actual stay was in 'B&B Cassia'.

• Becca (10/5): Budget Friendly and Super Enjoyable 😁 - I really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a great location and had an adorable balcony. They even called us on our way to double check when we would check in 😃 We checked in late around 11 pm and it was fast and easy. It seemed as if there were no other guests so we had lots of privacy with the bathroom and very quiet surroundings. On a budget and for young people, this place was absolutely perfect. Sure, the buffet breakfast is just little snacks and a coffee pod- but it is better than nothing 😃 The mattress of the bed was the only con- it was very springy and thin. The receptionist (maybe even owner) was super sweet and allowed us to pay the tax through card on the last day after all because she didn’t want us to waste our travel time finding an atm. She let us check out as slowly as we wanted and told us there was no rush. She was informative and super sweet. She let us leave our luggage for the day as long as we wanted and even gave us a key to come back in. She was amazing 😊

Ho dovuto battere sul muro più volte ma non accennava o a, smettere. Porte vecchissime che facevano un rumore assordante quando si aprivano e chiudevano. Di prima mattina comizi nel corridoio parlando con la vicina, anch'essa proprietaria di un b&b nel palazzo che si lamentavano delle recensioni. Ah, per la colazione i biscotti che erano in bustine monoporzione erano immangiabile, guardando nel retro scadevano dopo 2 giorni. Un incubo.

• Marco (2/5): - L’unica comodità è la vicinanza al centro, per il resto non trovo lati positivi. L’igiene è veramente scarsa, sia quella della camera che quella del bagno (che tra l’altro è condiviso) e le pulizie non vengono fatte quotidianamente. La colazione consiste in due cornetti confezionati e di sottomarca, due fette biscottate con un paio di marmellatine e una cialda per il caffè. Lo stato generale della struttura è piuttosto fatiscente per non parlare del balcone, in condivisione pure quello e con piante morte!

• Gary (4/5): - We booked 2 Single beds and were provided with a Double. The Continental breakfast consisted of a sweet croissant in a plastic wrapper .. and a coffee pod for a machine in the hallway.

Same towels for 3 nights.Outer window pane missing, inner window cannot close properly and freezing in the room. Continuous train noise, could only sleep for two hours. Filthy bath and clogged up shower head, which dribbles lukewarm water. Unreliable bathroom door lock, got locked in for 5 min until rescued. Terrible experience. Would not Recommend it. Should be one star rating, not three. Photos don't tally the experience. TOTAL DISASTER!

Mir wurde aus dem Kleiderschrank im Zimmer ein hochwertiges Oberteil gestohlen. Zugang zum Zimmer hatten nur die Vermieter (cleaning service). Ich habe die zuständigen Personen konfrontiert, die zuckten nur mit den Schultern. Ich kann von einem Besuch dieser Unterkunft nur abraten.
• Maria (6/5): Stressa vertinne som snakket i mob'en hele døynet. - Hei, vi fant beliggenheten grei nok. Ti min ganger til sentrum er greit, syns vi .Rommet vårt var stort og luftig. Store dører ut til en smal balkong. En god lenestol og to andre stoler pluss et "all round" bord. Senga var stor og god med det virrvarret av tepper og lakner som land utenfor Skandinavia ser ut til å foretrekke. Så , the BED var ok, men "breakfasten" var en tørr croissant + kaffe.mask kaputt!

• renyou (2/5): - 1. Owner charged us with cash since she said that the bank did not accept my Citi bank or Well Fargo bank credit cards. 2. Owen forbidden us to use tape water in chicken, only can use toilet room water to cook hot water. 3. Owner’s big family members shared the toilet and bath shower with three room guests. Very inconvenient. 4. All of windows could not be close, interfere sleep. 5. Seems not knowing how to speak politely. Owner’s attitudes are needed to improve.
• Thilagavathy (2/5): The most terrible place I had stayed in my life 😡 - We only stayed 2days but it was terrible experience. Didn’t have hot water the whole day on day 2. The bathroom and room don’t have proper lock and it’s was very difficult for us to lock. The coffee machine didn’t hv milk. And the worst part is we saw few bedbugs on the bed when we wakeup in each morning. (See pic) my advice please don’t go this place unless you are ok with all this.

• Shaun (6/5): - Like some other reviews have mentioned, we were sent to another B&B 5 minutes down the road as there was obviously no space at Novella Italy. We managed to catch a glimpse of the rooms at Novella Italy when checking out and they looked really good in comparison to what we got which was rundown and dim. Just be aware of this when booking as you might not actually get to stay at Novella Italy. We were only there to sleep but we did feel abit misled. Will probably fork out more money on a hotel if we visit Florence again.
• Red (2/5): - The room has broken light fixtures, door has key that goes through, bathroom stinks, and there was construction outside. Bathroom door was hard to open from the inside, just plain terrible.
• Verified traveler (8/5): A simple, clean room with HONEST, CARING, People - The hotel owner was a gem. She saved the day. My reservation had gotten mixed up and it looked like I would be out on the street! She worked and worked and, with patience, got it all to work out. She was HONEST and KIND and Caring. The place is simple and clean and they are completing new tram lines which will drop you across the street soon. I would stay there again.

• Gozde nur (8/5): - A moderate budget hotel. It says "Free buffet breakfast" but it is just a fixed breakfast. They offer you one coffee capsule, tea and some packaged products (croissant, jam). (Although I was able to get one more coffee capsule by asking). You shouldn't expect much from breakfast. The other things were adequate considering the price.

• Jessica (4/5): Alright as close to city centre - The hotel was more like a hostel, Shared bathroom, no ac unit so it was disgustingly got every night. We were provided with a fan in the room but this did nothing.

• lydia (6/5): - Room was adequate for what we paid, would only recommend staying 1 or 2 nights and if you just need somewhere to sleep. Was quite noisy you could hear everything through the walls, we had a leaking radiator which was rather annoying also and one of our keys didn't work for the middle door so had to hope someone was in to let us in. But it was overall clean and good location within walking distance to train station and centre of Florence.
• Travelingjoe (8/5): Ok for layover in Florence - You pay for what you get. The place was nice and just a short walk from the SMN train station. The host of the guesthouse is pretty accommodating. I appreciated the detail of pastries and coffee/tea in her hall. The breakfast isn't really a breakfast per se since its just a packed pastry and she just gives it to you when you check-in and tells you that you can have it whenever. But overall I felt pretty safe and confortable there. It is a pretty modest room and place through.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice budget hotel close to Rome - The check in guy was helpful when we arrived although we never saw him again. Place was very clean and safe.
• Maria Helene (10/5): - It is a B&B in an apartment with 3 rooms for guests. All rooms are spacious, mine was in particular. The bathroom was shared. Both rom and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable. Outside there working on the street which causes loud noise in daytime, but it was quiet in the evening and at night The accommodation is close to the station and to the city centre, every tourist attraction is easily reachable by foot. The landlady is very helpful and very nice
• Arun (8/5): Value for money - Room was as described but the bed was too hard and one very thin & soft pillow each. No wifi .. had to open the window & put my smart phone out to get the wifi signal. Breakfast was superb
