• Marilyn (7/5): Agradable aunque me desilusione un poco - Ya lo conocía. Es una antigua casona, preciosa y muy bien decorada Mal mantenimiento del baño. Trate de darme un baño de inmersión y no pude porque el agua se escapaba porque el tapón no ajustaba lo suficiente. Entonces me di una ducha pero no funcionaba el agua fría y era demasiado caliente. También se salió el volante de la canilla de uno de los lavamanos y finalmente dejó de funcionar el depósito del inodoro. Solo faltó que se rompiera el bidet
• Marco (10/5): Exclusividade em Carrasco - muito bem localizado no elegante bairro de Carrasco, oferece o luxo de uma antiga residência muito preservada em ambiente tranquilo e aconchegante. O dono do estabelecimento é uma pessoa muito agradável e o staff muito atencioso. Ótimas instalações e certamente voltaremos nas próximas ocasiões para ficar um pouco mais.

Faltaba luz en la habitacion. El desayuno podria ser mejor, muy sencillo. Muy raro tener en la habitacion todos los switch electronicos de la casa.

• Aruna (10/5): Beautiful stay in Carrasco - This is a beautifully maintained building with large clean rooms and a caring staff. The breakfast was also good. It is extremely relaxing and the pool area is well appointed. They have a nice library you can sit and chat in. Really great with friends. Because there are only a few staff on site, sometimes it is hard to get their attention. They were all so helpful once we did find them. This neighbourhood was perfect for us to visit family. But if it is your first time to Montevideo, it is still half an hour from the center.

• Cecilia (9/5): Para recomendar - La ubicación, la propiedad y el buen gusto en la decoración es excelente Tuvimos una habitación departamento muy cómodo de 45m2 Muy fácil para llegar al centro de Montevideo con líneas de bus cómodas, refrigeradas y muy limpias. Como dato negativo, si llegas después de las 9.15hs a desayunar, hay muy poco. Una pena para un hotel de esa categoría.

Desayuno rico La recepcionista era nueva y no pudo ayudarnos mucho con información que necesitábamos, pero fue muy atenta. Por otro lado yo entendí que tenían transporte al aeropuerto y al parecer no era así. Nos cobraron un impuesto que no salía en la página, no era mucho, pero sería bueno actualizar en booking

No nos permitieron hacer late check out, según ellos porque no había disponibilidad. Al momento de hacer check out la recepcionista no estaba. Sin embargo, Ana, otra recepcionista fue excelente.

Potevano avvisare prima agli ospiti, perchè se uno arriva e vuole riposarsi al meno lo sa. All'ingresso della stanza c'era un forte odore a fogna proveniente dal bagno. La calidez del personal La ducha del baño, al menos en el baño en el que estuvimos, no tiene una mampara que proteja de mojaduras hacia fuera de ella. Consecuentemente, el piso quedaba muy mojado luego de un baño. Tampoco el wifi, de vuelta en nuestra habitación, no funcionaba muy bien

Biblioteca espectacular! Habitacion comoda. Jardin muy lindo tambien! El wifi no llegaba a la habitacion y no lo pudieron solucionar. El desayuno era de 7am a 10am. Llegamos 9.40 am, no habian mesas listas para los huéspedes que iban llegando. No se reponía fruta ni pan y lo solicite nuevamente 9.50am pero me contestaron bastante mal. Creo que el problema es que tienen poco personal y la persona estaba desbordada (estaba en recepcion, moza y lavando platos). Igualmente deberia contestar mas amablemente.

NOS OFRECEN CAMBIO DE HABITACION A LAS 5pm DEL SEGUNDO DIA, LLEGAMOS AL CUARTO Y ESTABA SIN LIMPIAR. • NADIE RESPONSABLE DEL HOTEL SE ACERCA A CONVERSAR CON NOSOTROS, ESO ES LO QUE ESPERA UN PASAJERO DESCONTENTO CON EL SERVICIO. GRACIAS X EL VINO QUE NOS DEJO EN LA HABITACION COMO “RESARCIMIENTO”, NO LO ACEPTAMOS, REITERO, NO ES LA MANERA. • FALTA DE PERSONAL, NO PUEDE UNA PERSONA, ATENDER LA RECEPCION, SERVIR EL DESAYUNO, REPONER EN LAS MESAS, LAS CAFETERAS, LA FRUTA… TODO MAL, NO HAY CONDUCCION. • RESUMEN: EXPERIENCIA PARA OLVIDAR.

• Mendez (8/5): Beautiful building, good breakfast, small rooms and parking lot. - The house, the location, breakfast and the kind staff. The bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t close the room properly, odours , noise and vapour come out and into the bedroom. The parking space is small, had to move other cars to get ours out.
