• Eng_Meshal85 (2/5): Very Bad House Keeping - level of cleaning and hygiene, they provided me with bathroom floor mat with finger nails and hair, and potato chips just laying on the floor for three days and they do not clean unless you ask, check-in is slow and it takes time till trolley comes for luggage when you check out

If you are out the hotel, they never receive any package from deliveries as noon, amazon or another delivery services. this is the worst service in Khobar, Dammam and Daharan. I have been in many hotels in Saudi Arabia and I never faced this disrespect to the guest in any of them. Is totally unacceptable. if you try to talk with them, they say they don't have nothing to talk with you. UNACCEPTABLE
• DanBold (2/5): Budget hotel, not so good guest service - This is a budget hotel with not-so-good guest service. The housekeeping supervisor or manager, Mr.Moataz, entered the rooms even if the Do Not Disturb "Come back later" sign was posted. The gym facility and equipment are in poor condition. The housekeeping is inadequate, and the floor is sticky. The gym has a bad smell, and there are no towels or water bottles available.
• mariacatrinabori2024 (10/5): Review - Nice, clean hotel Ive ever experienced. And also it is well furnished but it is better if there is no other room that can easily open by the other guest. I tried to open it and suddenly shut down because there is someone in another room.
• husabdulla (8/5): Excellent - I like it for family. It worth to test it. I will recommend it as clean and in good location and also have big rooms and hall in the flat. The only thing need to be considered is the breakfast, it is not bad but the level of the hotel deserves somobetter.
• ruhelamehraj853 (10/5): Wowsome - I spend 3 nights there and it was an amazing experience. The reception was responsive and the staff was helpful. The room service was the best thing, good food and nice manners. My room was thoroughly cleaned daily, water and tea was provided.

From the Time of Check In till Checkout it was full of Discomfort. The Hotel Standards needs to improve comparing the other nearby Hotels
• Derek (10/5): - Overall, we had a marvelous stay at this relatively new hotel, a stone’s throw from it bigger sister property. The staff was extremely responsive, likable and gracious. The suite is particularly impressive for the price and includes a maid’s room, while the standard room at 19 sq meters is too small, although well-priced. The only complaint we had was the frequent smell of shisha that entered the room ghrough the AC. Buffet breakfast was very good although somewhat over priced. Great stay.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Small But Sufficient - The rooms are small and basic, but it's safe. Access to residence towers through a key card in the parking lot. And there's reasonable privacy. It was certainly comfortable enough, it was just very tight.
• lsayso131217 (6/5): couple stay for one night - average stay, location was good, place was fairly clean, receptionist was accomodating, ordered food from room service bolognese pasta it was nice and satisfying bed and mattress a a little off but fairly comfortable— they should upgrade their pillows it is overly used and also with the mattress cover. Ive experience stayhotels with radisson but this one is not as comfortable.
• junjun18uy (4/5): Front Desk staff so unprofesional and incompitent - Last 25 June I called reception twice not answer but called the "One Touch Service" good thing someone picked up the call but still its from the front dest area, I asked for a "Mending Kit" and the Lady sfaff said I'll send it immidiately. But waited for 30mins until my check out time No Mending Kit came. Last 03 July again I called reception for a box of tissue at 2000H as usual reply on the phone is "Yes will send it immidiately" while i eat my dinner, after my dinner took a shower and NO TISSUE, after 55mins called again FDesk and "Its coming Sir!" but Morning came NO TISSUE.. Informed the Front Office Mgr who is so hard to get reach via moble phone (who is not in the hotel!!!) and NO Apology from Mr. Mohamed!

• Teko_ta2ta2 (6/5): Lovely cozy hotel - You got what u pay for. It’s a decent cozy hotel with proper facilities. Don’t expect much in the room behind the very basics things. Room service is quick specially the laundry The surrounding area is decent and have a number of good options. In general, I love it’s vibes and the atmosphere.
• Alandjani (10/5): Excellent, cozy hotel - Excellent location, cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were very clean. The hotel has a SPA and GYM. The breakfast is served in the lobby with some fresh items. The bakery was not fresh and not that hot.

• osamahakeem (2/5): Very bad and unexpected - Honestly speaking one of the worst experiences in my latest traveling experience First of all it took me around 15 mins to check in and only 1 person was available in desk. I was very tired as I arrived to hotel around 12:50 AM And I was traveling from city to city so I was our of energy and I just wanted to have my room. Unfortunately after waiting long for check in I recieved my room and the first impression the room was smelly, and as I was tired I sprayed some perfume but when I reached to the bed all the billows & bes sheets was smelly and dirty with clear spots on it. I called the reception and he told me ok please wait I will send u someone and it took them around 20 mins to come and he was surprised and he told I will change the sheets for you but honestly it's wasn't satisfactory for me and I asked the desk to change the room for me. Guess what !!! The another room had the same dirty smelly sheets and billows as well!! Straight forward I called the desk and he was like oh really !! I am very sorry to hear that and I will send u someone again to change it. I asked him to come to the room and check it himself and he told me I am coming and he never showed up and after another 20 mins the house keeping came and changed the bed set. For sure will never book with them again and I will make not to recommend it to any one !!

I come to this hotel frequently and Dalal at the reception is great representative for Saudi Nationals. Thanks Dalal for your good work.

• Verified traveler (4/5): not clean - Sadly the apartment was not clean..there were stains on the walls and on the furniture. the bathroom really smelled like a public restroom :( the apartment was well equipped and good sized. the bathrooms and rooms were tiny.

The staff are what makes this hotel so great they are very helpful and considering the COVID-19 virus did an exceptional job the raising awareness through there face mask practice and following all of the direction from the government. I really enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning.

• Qais (10/5): Amazing Stay - Booked 7 rooms for the team on business trip. Most of the team been upgraded to higher category room/flat. Front desk staff were very friendly and willing to help all the time. Amazing facility and they allowed us for late check out un-like other guest reviews. All depends on booking condition. Cleanliness of the Room: very good despite one black spot on the bed sheet. Cleanliness of the Hotel: Perfect. Quality of Services: Very good, didn't use much of the hotel services. Hotel Amenities: Good. Hotel Location: Very Good. Price: Very Good. Downside: unfortunately there is no Non Smoking rooms, we have asked for no smoking rooms but most had smoking smell and ashtrays. Overall Ranking: 9/10 Differently will come again.

• Muhammad (10/5): Best in Khobar - The family apartment is an apartment one would want for themselves. Spacious and clean with full adequate anmities. I have always written how Raddison Blu is one of my favourite spots in khobar with wonderful friendly staff.

A third small room with bathroom. Kitchen with all appliances. Living room with big sofa and TV plus a dining table.
• mohammed (10/5): Great place - This is one of the cleanest, quietest places in the area. Rooms are nice and comfortable Large tv with many channels ( includes OSN) Private and secure property. No one can get to the hotel or parking lot without the security opening the gate. Location is perfect, you can get anywhere quickly. Downside is that the rooms are a little smal because it a residential not hotel (radisson blue hotel is nearby)

I booked 3 bedrooms (suit 2446). Suit was specious and well decorated, equipped with the lovely Radisson blu aminities and towels (high quality). I booked 3 bedrooms (suit 2446). Suit was specious and well decorated, equipped with the lovely Radisson blu aminities and towels (high quality). • Nora (10/5): - Excellent location, clean room , if only i had a street view room instead of the lobby other than that everything was perfect.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and private hotel residence - I booked this instead of normal Raddison Blu hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Services stripped back a little but residence approach means it is very private you come and go as you please from your own little block. Your room key opens all facilities pool, gym etc and that’s great. Very security conscious entrance as well making it ultra safe.

• Lorie (8/5): Nothing special - This was a building much like condo but hotel rooms. No view, no charm but adequate for some place to stay. It was newish and still in nice condition. I would've like to had a softer bed and larger bathroom. Breakfast was extremely overpriced. Over all tho, it was a good stay.

• US expat in KSA (8/5): Family comfort - I personally visited 6 hotels' in the same neighborhood to see their suites before choosing Blu Residences. Their hotel is the newest, cleanest, and most family friendly hotel. They have a pool and pingpong for the kids. Living room and kitchen are open, modern, and built to live in for extended stays. When my family arrived from their international flight, they were so happy and relaxed with the surroundings.
