• David (4/5): El personal debe mejorar la atención al cliente - El hotel en di es muy grande, la decoración muy bonita y las instalaciones en sí muy bien conservadas y limpias . El personal , en recepción muy poco empaticos , amables y colaboradores, no nos dieron ni la bienvenida. No me ayudaron con el problema que presentaba para descargar la app para cargar el coche eléctrico , desde nuestra experiencia fue muy violento el modo de cobrar por adelantado el parking , sin darnos la oportunidad de dejar la cuenta abierta para seguir utilizando las instalaciones y servicios del hotel . Las expectativas que teníamos nos las acabaron , la verdad . Y eso que apenas iniciaban turno y no habían apenas personas para atender .

• Rudolf (8/5): Guter Zwischenstopp - Spitze fanden wir das Spa. Die Alleinbuchung 40 € für eine Stunde hat sich gelohnt. Das Essen im Restaurant und in der Bar war okay, die Höflichkeit der Bedienungen ist „steigerungsfähig“. Die Tiefgarage war groß, gut beleuchtet und gut zu befahren. Für uns waren die Matratzen viel zu hart. Für die Steuerung der Klimaanlage und der Lampen hätten wir einen Informatikkurs bekommen müssen. Der Elektriker ebenso. Die (alten) Kippschalter schalteten gegenläufig zu dem neueren Touchdisplay. Unlogisch und konfus! Ebenso das tiefschwarze, unbeleuchtete Touchdisply des Safes. Wir haben erst durch wischen ein kleines Symbol entdeckt. Die Hausdame wollte uns helfen, auch sie hatte ihre Probleme. An der Eingangstüre war natürlich kein Lichtschalter, das wäre wohl zu altmodisch… Es gibt nur eine Festverglasung, kein Fenster zum öffnen. Keine direkte Frischluft. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinerlei Hinweise zu Safe,Technik, zum Spa, zur Stadt Benifar. Aus unserer Sicht gibt es keine Veranlassung, sie zu erkunden. Es gab für uns auch Gründe, sich unsicher zu fühlen. (Erstmalig in Spanien)! Das alles aus der Sicht von 81 jährigen, aber auch wir sind zahlende Gäste.

Chambre super bien aménagée. Salle de bain séparée par une votre avec store pour intimité pour ceux qui le souhaite. Repas, une cafétéria est à votre disposition attenante à l hôtel. On y revient ! Spa salle e gym à reserver pour plus de confort.

Nous avions choisi la formule avec dîner et petit déjeuner, les deux repas ont été au delà de nos attentes au regard de la modique somme de 50€ pour 2.
• Santiago (10/5): Un gran hotel en Binéfar - La limpieza, lo moderno que es y lo espectaculares y acogedoras que son las habitaciones, mezcla de madera y cristal y con inteligentes soluciones tecnológicas. Un hotel que no te esperas. Personal muy amable y parking con plazas muy amplias y de fácil acceso por la parte de atrás, aunque hay sitio en las inmediaciones. Muy recomendable cafetería, atendida con rapidez y platos muy bien elaborados. Todo un descubrimiento de hotel. El no haber tenido tiempo para disfrutar el desayuno bufé. Por lo demás, nada negativo.

Superior, no. - Una chica de recepción (que tuvo un detalle con nosotros con el spa para compensar un error de algún compañero) y algún empleado de cafetería (amables y considerados) y la sensación general de calidad (habitación muy bien, spa muy bien y todo operativo) La actitud seca y poco orientada al cliente de algunos empleados (en recepción y en cafetería), golpes a las 7.15 AM haciendo las habitaciones, parking y spa de pago (nos invitaron al spa)
