- Lucia (7/5): Buon punto di sosta x una notte - Buon punto di sosta per interrompere un lungo viaggio, in quanto proprio vicino alla superstrada. Struttura pulita e colazione molto variegata. Vasca doccia e pavimento della stanza in linoleum, entrambi molto scivolosi con i piedi bagnati. Bisogna fare attenzione. L'intera area intorno all'hotel è pervasa da un forte odore, abbastanza sgradevole. Sebbene questo non dipenda direttamente dalla struttura, comunque penalizza il giudizio del soggiorno nel suo complesso.

La ubicación es muy buena como punto de descanso para viajes largos por carretera (próxima a la salida de la autovía). Desayuno buffet excelente, con platos calientes preparados al momento. Personal muy amable. --

- Meri (3/5): - I would not return to this hotel. It was very dirty and poorly maintained. The windows were so dirty that it was barely possible to see through them, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The breakfast was very poor and limited. To make things worse, we even found pistachio shells on the floor, clearly left from previous guests, which shows a lack of proper cleaning. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would only stay here again in case of absolute necessity.

- Rmzn M. (1/5): - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben und waren immer höflich. Vielen Dank dafür! Frühstück wahr auch ok. Die Lage wahr Super gleich neben der Hauptstraße. Leider muss ich beim Hotelmanagement und der allgemeinen Qualität des Hotels große Kritik äußern. Ich habe selten ein so vernachlässigtes Hotel erlebt – es wirkt fast so, als hätte die Leitung die Hoffnung aufgegeben. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man hört jede Unterhaltung, jedes Geräusch und jede Bewegung aus den Nachbarzimmern, als würde man direkt neben den Leuten sitzen. Die ganze Nacht konnte ich kaum schlafen. Die Betten sind leider auch sehr schlecht. Bei jeder Bewegung quietschen und knarren sie extrem laut, sodass man sich kaum zu bewegen traut. Die Matratzen sind dünn, durchgelegen und die Federn drücken unangenehm in den Rücken. Die Kissen sind ebenfalls sehr schlecht und unbequem.

- Patricia (6/5): - El trato del personal y la calidad del hotel en sí es buena Se supone que es una hora de spa pero no está regulado ya que mi pareja y yo tuvimos que bajar en tres ocasiones para poder hacer uso y estaban las mismas personas de hacía 2 horas , las instalaciones del spa en sí son pequeñas tiene una pequeña piscina con chorros que funcionaban de vez en cuando , dos habitáculos con duchas normales que pasaban a agua ardiendo siendo imposible de aguantar debajo más de 3 segundos , un baño turco y una sauna y arriba la zona que parecía más privada con dos jacuzzi vacíos por lo que la experiencia de spa es nula ya que encima de todo esto tampoco hay nadie que regule el cumplimiento de normas básicas como es llevar gorro ya que éramos los únicos utilizándolo. Respecto al buffet un poco justo de cantidades ya que cuando se acababan cosas como jamón, pan etc te decían que no iban a sacar más aun quedando hora y media para el cierre y la chica que debería estar haciendo huevos y atendiendo estaba más dentro que fuera.

- Carmen (8/5): Desconexión - El desayuno No es que no me gustase, sino que el Spa se nota que le falta mantenimiento en cuanto a reparación… las saunas no funcionaba, los jacuzzi estaba cerrados y la piscina de masajes le faltaba algún que otro gresite, pero eso no impidió poder estar relajados.

- David (8/5): - La habitacion y el baño , muy grandes y comodos De la parte del SPA, un poco disgustado. De los 2 jacuzzis que habia grandes, estaban cerrado los dos por mantenimiento. En le caso de mantenimiento pueden dejar uno habilitado para el uso de los huspedes. El baño turco estaba apagado por lo que tampoco lo disfrutamos. Solamente la piscina de efectos y sauna.

- Elena (9/5): Semana Santa donde todo suma - Nos hospedamos todos los viernes santos en Pascua, este año hemos notado un cambio muy positivo. Desayuno excelente, todo super limpio, llegamos después de cenar y tienen servicio de comida preparada por si quieres comer algo en la habitación. Repetiremos seguro. Sólo hacemos uso de alojamiento para dormir 1 noche y el desayuno, el precio ha subido bastante respecto a otros años. No pudimos disfrutar del sapa, ni del gym. Una pena.

Ni que decir de la amabilildad del personal de recepcion y del personal del buffet, todos muy atentos y buscando soluciones y hacer que los huespedes se sintieran bien .

- PATRIZIA (8/5): Nice short stay - Hotel right by the motorway. Room was really big and warm. Comfy bed. Very cosy. Didn’t like the sausage type pillows. When in the shower the hot water would go cold then back hot, not much pressure.
