The hotel is comfortable enough but is looking a little tired especially in the room we were in but apart from that we had a good overnight stay

PS: nous sommes effectivement restés dans cet hôtel , mise au point pour contrecarrer les insinuations des gérants ! accueil et ambiance sont aussi important pour nous que la chambre ! donc un gout amer en fin de séjours!

Although it was on a busy road junction shutters kept out the light and noise, and the bed was comfortable. In the morning there was quite a strong drain smell in the bathroom...

- Verified traveler (2/5): - My stay at the hotel is dominated by the check out experience, where despite having paid in advance the owner insisted that I had not paid. The owner snapped and in a state of rage he proceeded to take the payment again without my permission. He threw the receipt at me and stormed into the back leaving me in shock. I'm now having to pursue through my credit card for a refund of the duplicated payment. Maybe the owner was having a bad day, but there is no need to take it out on guests! Beware and certainly don't pay in advance - he gets very angry!

Our room was on the 3rd floor and they have no elevator so bringing our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise it was quite lovely. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind.

Les hôteliers sont accueillants, le petit déjeuner est copieusement servi à table. La chambre est confortable, bien équipée mais la salle de bain est un peu petite et vétuste. L'odeur ancienne qui ne se trouve que dans le couloir a réveillé des souvenirs d'enfance et m'a rappelé avec nostalgie celle de l'appartement de mes grands-parents

- mark (8/5): Walkable to town centre - We stayed 1 night so we could do sightseeing in Abbeville. This hotel is just off a roundabout and is walkable into town in 10 mins. We had a room on the 3rd floor which appeared to have been rennovated recently. It was clean and comfortable but the shower cubicle is small and the water pressure not great, although it was hot enough. There is no lift! There is a free public car park in the street down the central part of the boulevard Vauban. Breakfast is available for extra cost although we chose to move on without trying it. The wifi was patchy and not secure.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely friendly manager. Great room with loads of space for us and the kids. Two separate bathrooms was a bonus. Only downside was no aircon. The roundabout the room looked out on was beautifully lit at night but traffic noise till 11pm and then from 6am. Nevertheless would recommend as an excellent stopover spot.
- Amine (2/5): HORRIBLE - Horrible, pas d'entretiens, les toilettes se décomposent ainsi que les meubles et la douche, j'ai voulu annulé mes 4 nuits le premier jour ( j'ai réservé 5nuits), le propriétaire me dit que si le site est ok on annule sans frais, le site l'a appelé pour confirmer que c'était bon de son côté il a refuser catégoriquement d'annuler la réservation en affirmant ''ce n'est pas possible'' c'est de loin l'hôtel le plus horrible ou j'ai séjourné.
- Tony and Janet (10/5): A VERY FRIENDLY HOTEL - I found the the Hotel Friendly, Clean and very Helpful as I am Disabled and offered a 1st floor room as the staircase was not so steep and with a halfway landing I managed. As it was my mistake of booking this Hotel with no Lift, I have to say we had a Lovely time there and in part of the City Centre we were not far from all Amenities.
