• Malek (10/5): - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen 😊 Das Hotel war sauber, ruhig und total gemütlich. Das gesamte Team war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Hotelmanager Hamza, der sich super um alles gekümmert hat und immer sehr herzlich war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Posizione, in un vicolo accanto ad una zona di spaccio. A poche ore dal check in mi hanno scritto chiedendo di pagare contanti per presunti problemi di pagamento elettronico, troppo tardi per cancellare la prenotazione. Per €125 a notte a Marrakesh si trova parecchio e decisamente molto migliore.

Notification received one-day prior to check-in asked for payment in cash, which we were not prepared for or willing to do. This didn't end up being problematic following a message to the property but caused unnecessary hassle.

• Jan (9/5): Nice place in a city that you must have seen once in a life time. - Nice Riad, close to the souks,everything on walking distance. Hamza was really helpfull and also the other staff was very friendly, you could ask everything to them. Rooms were basic but very fine and had all comfort needed to have a nice holiday. Last days the weather was good enough to have breakfast on the rooftop which has a nice view over Marrakech.

• Sam (10/5): Great chill spot with lovely staff - This is a beautiful Riad with beautiful people. I stayed here for a few chill days after an adventure week and it was super comfortable. Nice place to chill slightly away from the bustle of the Medina but within walking distance. All the staff and especially Jamal were very kind and attentive, taking me to the local ATM and making sure I had everything I needed. The food was super tasty so much so that I ate here 3 nights in a row..Would highly recommend this Riad Nothing

The terrace for breakfast was fabulous and one evening we had dinner there, it was a beautiful location and tasted delicious. If you are staying in a standard room they are on the ground floor in reception and not very private.

This was especially valuable to us: there was no city noise, and in the mornings and evenings, all we could hear was the birds singing 🕊️ A very special thank you to Jamal and Hamza, the managers of the riad. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and caring people. From the very first moments, we truly felt at home here. I would also especially like to mention the food: Jamal cooks absolutely amazingly! His tagine was the most delicious one I tried in Marrakech ❤️ The breakfasts were also wonderful — very tasty, varied, and clearly prepared with love. It was also very convenient that the riad offers different excursions and can help with any questions or requests. Thank you so much for your warm welcome, your care, and the beautiful atmosphere! We are truly happy that we chose your riad, and we will remember this place with great warmth and affection 💛 The pillows were not very comfortable, but that was the only thing we would have changed — everything else was wonderful. ✨

• anna (9/5): Very good and very kind welcome! Beautiful - The host was very kind! He prepared for us a take away breakfast since we couldn’t profit of it because we were going for a tour leaving early in the morning. The room was small but very nice, with very good taste in the original Moroccan style. The terrace is very very beautiful and calm and you can see amazing sunset from the top. Also there is the Bidet in the bathroom! We slept at floor zero and the door was a beautiful but old wood door that didn’t really isolate from the restaurant tables located on the same floor just one meter behind the door. Anyone could hear from us and we could hear anyone outside. (I must say that the other doors of the rooms seemed better and not located at floor zero so maybe just ask to don’t stay at floor zero when you book!) The neighbourhood is okay but not very central in the medina which means that there is mainly local people around. It happened to us that going to the Riad for the first time, looking at the phone to check the direction, we have been approached from local people saying that the way was closed due to prayer time. They asked for the name of the Riad to “give us alternative indication to reach the road from another way”. We didn’t listen and arrived to the Riad; the host told us to don’t listen. Nothing dangerous at all, just don’t listen and keep on going.

Ils nous ont procuré un taxi, de l'amlou beaucoup moins cher qu'au souk, donné les bons plans pour la ville. De plus la terrasse tout en haut est un Havre de paix, le petit déjeuner est juste génial et l'emplacement du riad parfait, très peu bruyant, facile d'accès, proche de tout, tout est accessible en 20min max à pied. Niezwykle pomocni bardzo uprzejmi Panowie Hamza i Jamal !!! Mieliśmy zorganizowany odbiór z lotniska, wszystko na czas i z uśmiechem. Mieliśmy też zorganizowane przez nich wycieczki - serdecznie pozdrawiamy kierowcę Hassana, również bardzo miły i rzeczowy. Panowie mówią doskonale po angielsku czy francusku. Śniadania na dachu Riadu nie do zapomnienia!
• Anish (9/5): Great Old Riad with great breakfast - Great old Riad in the other side of Medina (Gate 8). Very local experience as it is surrounded by busy streets with locals and kids playing outside. The host Youssef was very kind and helpful. He made sure we had a comfortable stay and guide us around the Medina and marrakesh. They also have a terrace and great breakfast. The Riad is a bit old and it gives a different vibes but the bed was a bit hard and we had trouble sleeping.

The room was clean and cozy, and it was cleaned daily. Our room was on the top floor with a private terrace. We had breakfast and dinner in a traditional Moroccan riad. We will miss the staff's attentiveness and sweet humor. We would happily return to this hotel.

Fiz questão de saber o nome de cada um deles pois o carinho que nos tratam foi mesmo especial. O manager foi um guia excelente, Jamal e Hamza sempre presentes e nos prepararam pequenos almoços soberbos, Mohamed incansável em nos ajudar com nosso cartão de internet, e as meninas Soka e Idriss que cuidam de limpeza e do bem estar. Roof top delicioso para nossas refeições e descanso. Foi uma estadia incrível. Deixo aqui o meu agradecimento a essa equipa fantástica e espero voltar a vê-los.

• Sarah (9/5): Lieu typique, parfait pour un séjour en immersion dans la médina. - L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, l’endroit est tranquille, le personnel est très très gentil (mention spéciale pour Jamal qui s’est très bien occupé de nous pendant tout le séjour). La piscine est très appréciable. Dommage que les serviettes ne soient pas changées tous les jours.

• Collignon (10/5): Séjour de rêve à Marrakech. - C'était notre premier séjour à Marrakech et dans ce riad... Nous avons eu un accueil très très chaleureux depuis notre arrivée à l'aéroport avec notre chauffeur Monsieur Mustapha, le manager Monsieur Hamza est venu nous chercher à notre descente de la voiture pour nous accompagner au riad. Nous avons été émerveillé par l'intérieur du riad à tous les étages. Notre chambre était cocoon et d'une propreté impeccable et ainsi que la salle de bain. Le repas du soir ainsi que nos petits déjeuners étaient typiques, copieux, et excellents. Monsieur Hamza nous a donné beaucoup d'informations très très utile pour nos déplacements. Nous lui avons réservé deux excursions que nous avons faites avec le même chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport (Monsieur Mustapha). C'était le désert d'agafay et la vallée de l'ourika. C'était deux journées très très magnifique et enrichissantes et nous avons eu énormément d'explication de la part de Monsieur Mustapha. En conclusion...De tout cœur nour remercions l'ensemble du personnel du riad et ainsi que notre chauffeur, nous sommes rentrés en Belgique avec des étoiles plein les yeux et des souvenirs inoubliables, et nous recommandons vivement ce riad tant par sa localisation, son personnel, et sa propreté.
• Kelly (8/5): A friendly and peaceful stay - Jamal and Hamza were wonderful hosts, kind and helpful with early mornings, booking an airport transfer and orientation to the Medina. The food was delicious, I had lunch on the terrace and it was some of the best food I had on my stay in Morocco! The shower was hot and had great water pressure! The streets around the riad are quintessential Medina, a narrow maze, and can seem daunting at first but felt safe to me as a solo female traveller walking to and from in the early morning and late evening. Navigate with awareness and confidence, and of course, a good map app!! I booked a room with a fireplace, and it wasn't available the first night. The hosts kindly offered me to switch rooms for my second night, but I had already unpacked, and the fireplaces are not functional for guests anyways. Thank you to Jamal and Hamza for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The bed was very firm, and it was two twins pushed together so there was a gap down the middle. The rooms are not soundproof, so expect to hear some noise of other guests. Otherwise the Riad is in a quiet part of the Medina, a 15 minute walk to the centre of the Medina and 30 min walk to Jemma el Fna. The rooftop has a bar, but the riad doesn't serve alcohol because it's forbidden in the Medina, and if you bring a beer to the riad, you can't make it obvious, so that the business doesn't look bad to the neighbours.

Situated about 10 minute walk from the main souk and 20 from the main square it’s easy to get to the action while also not being fully in it.

• Mariana (5/5): Nice Riad but lied about payment options - Our favourite bit here was the terrace on top where we had our breakfast. It was a lovely spot to survey the city. On the page for this Riad it says we can pay with either card or cash, however when we get there we are told we have to pay in cash (we received no prior communication about this). We were told there is an ATM nearby but when I asked whether it would charge a fee we were told it would not. The ATM did in fact charge a substantial fee. The people in charge here were very nice but if I had known we couldn't have paid with card I wouldn't have stayed here. The shower hose was also broken in our room.

Riad familiale ou on sent immediatement à la maison.l endroit est trés joli bien decoré et les chambres sont tres confortable.le riad est placé au calme dans la medina .l acceuil et le service sont parfait .dés notre arrivée anticipée nous avons étaient acceuilli chaleureusement .Hamza est son équipe nous ont donné de bon conseils et nous ont trouvé un taxi afin de nous rendre au stade . Quelque soit vos demandes ils se plieront en 4 pour vous aider .le petit dejeuner est delicieux .ils proposent egalement de bons plats . Il y régne une ambiance chaleureuse .J y reviendrai sans hesitez . Je remercie toute l equipe . A trés vite !
• Valentina (1/5): - Trevliga personal Smutsiga säng kläder i rummet, luktade avlopp i rummet, kallt i badrummet man kunde knappt va inne i badrummet. Vi hade bokat 2 nätter, vi sov bara där första natten. Dyra priser när det kommer till transport, mat osv på hotellet. Räkna med dubbelt eller trippelt så dyrt.

• Federica (10/5): Meraviglioso Riad - Ballissimo Riad curato e pulitissimo ! Per accedervi si passa da una strada ancora rovinata dal terremoto ma quando si apre la porta il paradiso! Terrazza panoramica bellissima e staff super gentile e disponibile ad organizzarti tutto il viaggio posizione ottimale centrale ma non troppo! Approfittate della possibilità di pranzo e cena buonissimo e con una vista super! Consigliatissimo Niente

• Stephane (9/5): Pleasant stay in authentic riad - Very helpful staff, authentic moroccan atmosphere, well located within the Medina as well as close to the Majorelle garden and Gueliz. Safe. Nice rooftop area.
• Francesca (10/5): - My partner and I stayed at this property for three nights! Jamal was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. On the first night, we arrived late, and he offered us dinner and waited for us. It was excellent. If we were to return to Marrakesh, we would definitely return to this riad, hoping to find Jamal again.
• Leeah (4/5): Ok place - Okish place The staff was trying to sell stuff like taxi, food, etc., and asked for cash and no credit card availability. He eventually borrowed the credit card machine from the next door and I was able to pay but he tried really hard for me to go get cash from the ATM outside in the street. Once you step in the room, there were quite a bit of advertisements to sell tour packages and I had to grab the advertising paper from everywhere, bed, table, desk, bathroom…. And the dinner package he was trying sell hard was over priced as well. Beside, the location was far off from the center and dodge area. And the worst was, the hot water ran out in the middle of showers, I was freezing cold.
• frederique (9/5): Très belle découverte - Personnel très gentil, à l'écoute et disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse . C'était agréable. Nous avons également dîner au Riad, c'était superbe.
• Piotr (9/5): We loved to stay here! - - Fantastic atmosphere - Great location - Good breakfast - VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF Really little ones: - The bathroom faucets are loose and rather require repair. - In my opinion, overpriced dine-in options (rooftops at Jemaa el-Fnaa are often cheaper).
