Richard (10/5): Loved everything about this place….! - We loved everything about our stay here. Initially planned to stay for 2 nights… but extended by another 6 days. We loved the outdoor pool space, the upper deck to enjoy the views, the great breakfast, and free tea and coffee all day. Staff were super helpful, and there were 5 bikes to use as well. Nice and quiet, away from centre, but only a 10-15 min walk to the Main Street and all the bars and restaurants. Make sure you go to La Franchuteria bakery… !!! The room we had was not the biggest…. But we only slept in there, so was not a problem….we spent all the time by the pool.

Eles disponibilizam o café mais cedo pra quem tem passeio fora do horário normal de café da manhã. Isso eh maravilhoso! Algum dia tivemos que sair 05 da manhã.. e o café estava pronto pra nós! Tudo delícia! Valeu a pena a estadia! A localização pega um pouco. Mas existe bicicletas disponíveis então, pra nós, jovens, não foi um problema. Pra quem tem dificuldade de locomoção.. isso, de fato, pode ser um problema

Allison (10/5): One of my favorite places to stay in Chile - Everything. The family that runs is was so friendly, the outdoor space is so comfortable and fun. It was quiet and felt like home. I was sad to leave. They also have bikes you can use and a great breakfast. As others mentioned, it’s about a 10-15 min walk into the main area of town, but this was not a big deal -it’s through town and felt very safe. The trade off was having a quiet place to sleep and still have access to town and restaurants etc. This should not defer you from booking here.

Edison (8/5): Apesar de não ficar tão longe do centro, parte do trajeto é feito em rua de terra, por isso quando os carros passam leva - Limpeza boa, atendente da noite muito atenciosa e educada, procurou tirar todas as nossas dúvidas. A porta do banheiro não tinha trava, alguns passeios tem saída de madrugada, algumas pessoas não respeitam que vai sair mais tarde, muita conversa alta e ninguém da pousada interviu.

Saad Abdeljalil (9/5): - La casa de José dispose d'une cuisine partagée où il est possible de boire un café, manger un snack etc... gratuitement toute la journée. La piscine est très belle et s'intègre très bien dans l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. La chambre pour deux personnes est un peu petite, l'espace pour les valises est insuffisant. La Casa de Jose est un petit peu loin du centre, mais elle propose des vélos gratuitement pour y accéder plus rapidement.

Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, and really appreciated the coffees, fruit and filtered water. To note only: it’s a good 15 min dusty walk to the centre, and at the pricier end, so great for R&R making the most of pool and roof!

Extremely friendly, fantastic service, always making sure you are taken care of. The family and the staff are extraordinary! Now one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Nos prepararon desayuno más temprano el día que fuimos a los Géiseres y nos prestaron toallas para usar en la piscina y para llevar a las termas. El lugar queda a 10 min caminando del centro, en un área muy tranquila y silenciosa, ideal para el descanso y la desconexión. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Dispõe de água filtrada gratuita além de bolachas e iogurte durante todo o dia. Emprestam toalhas para levar em passeios com banho em lagoas. Tem serviço de lavanderia por kilo no local (sugiro anotar/marcar o que está sendo entregue para não misturar com dos outros hóspedes). No caminho entre o hotel e o centro fica a Franchuteria (casa de pães excelente). Tem garagem fechada para carros.

kristine (10/5): Unique - Lovely breakfast. Unique atmosphere. José hosted a party for Christmas Eve, with live music drinks and food. He invited some of his friends and everyone from the hostel and most people also played a number, music from all over the world. We all felt very very welcome at his place. We have travelled a lot but this was “out of this world”. It felt like sincere interest and generosity. We actually decided to stay another night!

Franziska (7/5): Insgesamt gemütlich mit liebevoller Betreuung durch das Personal - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Damen im Service ausnehmend freundlich und sympathisch. Das kleine Hotel liegt 15 Min ausserhalb vom Dorf. Es verfügt über einen sehr kleinen aber gepflegten Swimming Pool. Die gebuchten Massagen waren professionell. Der Hof vor unserem Zimmer hätte etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden dürfen, so wie auch die Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Beides wirkte etwas heruntergekommen.

Isabelle (10/5): - - l'accueil (merci à Fernando!) et la gentillesse du personnel, de Rebeca les 2 premiers jours et l'autre personne présente le troisième au petit-déjeuner :-) . Celui-ci se passait dans une salle où nous pouvions passer à tout moment nous servir - yaourts et lait dans le frigo par ex., vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine également à disposition. Existence d'une autre pièce ouverte avec de quoi cuisiner et laver sa vaisselle - Notre séjour étant court, nous n'avons pas profité de ces possibiltés. Par contre, nous avons aprrécié le fait de pouvoir remplir nos gourdes et thermos aux différents points d'eau de la maison. La casa dispose d'une dizaine de chambres réparties sur différents corps de bâtiments. Nous avons eu la dernière chambre disponible à nos dates, une chambre avec 2 lits simples, un peu petite, avec un manque de place pour les affaires mais tout-à-fait correcte. Une terrasse de l'hotel permet une très belle vue sur les volcans. Patio avec piscine et petite fontaine - il y a aussi un sauna ! -dont nous n'avons pu profiter, faute de temps mais qui parfait l'impression d'un endroit propice à la détente. - la décoration soignée et chaleureuse - le calme - la possibilité de donner à laver du linge, ce qui a facilité la suite de notre voyage. nada.

Guest (9/5): Muito agradável minha estadia. - A dona é muito simpática. O hotel possui uma boa estrutura se comparar com os demais hotéis do Atacama, a estadia foi muito agradável. O hotel não é tão perto do centro quanto parece, mas dá para ir a pé.
Ledson (9/5): - O quarto, apesar de não muito grande, é bem confortável. O chuveiro quente e o ar-condicionado funcionaram sem problemas. Pessoal da manutenção também deixava o quarto sempre limpo e organizado. Todo o ambiente do hotel é bem aconchegante. Sempre tem água, frutas, chá e café à disposição; e apesar de não ter frigobar no quarto, tem uma "cozinha comunitária" com geladeira, chaleira, micro-ondas e utensílios. A localização não é tão perto da Caracoles, mas dá pra chegar com uma caminhada de 15 min. Gostamos muito.

Julia (10/5): Nette ruhige Unterkunft - Gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber, es gibt eine kleine Küche und einen Grill - für Küchenutensilien einfach beim Personal fragen. Dachterrasse für sundowner mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig und sicher. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, aber Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Wer eine kleine familiäre Unterkunft sucht und Wert auf Nachtruhe legt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Frühstück war sehr gut. Uns hat es hier insgesamt super gefallen - viel besser als in den anonymen Hotels im Stadtzentrum. Zu den nächsten Restaurants und Läden sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entlang staubiger Straßen.

Graeme (10/5): Charming accommodation in an absolutely amazing place. - It is always difficult to make a decision on accommodation in a small town like San Pedro de Atacama. As it turned out, this hotel was an absolute gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel charming and a family home as well as having bookable rooms. The pool, and everything else, was super clean. We had a packed itinerary and would have liked more time to enjoy the hotel. You can even use the kitchen to prepare your own food; brilliant. Not a fault of the hotel but it was a gentle 15min walk from the town centre which might cause the less mobile an issue.

Karen (10/5): - The Owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many places where you can sit down and enjoy the hotel after coming back from an excursion. Breakfast is various and the food always very fresh.
