• Robert (10/5): Brilliant experience. - Booked to be closer to old Trafford stadium. This was a family trip away and it was a great location for the Trafford centre also. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfy bed. Will definitely be staying again in future trips away to Manchester. Everything was perfect. Staff lovely and very helpful.

• Abi (9/5): Great stay at IHG Trafford City - Good location, nice facilities, friendly attentive staff, clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Breakfast booking was a little haphazard. If dining alone, there isn't a way to reserve your table once allocated so my table was taken when i returned from the buffet with my food. I had to request another table and wait for one to become vacant before I could sit down to eat.

• James (5/5): Lovely reception staff.. - The staff in reception are Amazing..👍 I know hotels can get busy as I work in one myself,,,But when you are paying top money for a room you expect it to be clean (shower cubicle),,also when we came down for breakfast 15 mins before it closed(yes I know),,there was literally nothing available which left a massive queue of people thinking is that it,,or is anything else coming out in which I left. I know things can get missed and things happen,,it didn't put a damper on the stay, just disappointed. I've stopped here before with no issues..

• Holmes (7/5): - the staff on the front desk were very helpful. we made a reservation for breakfast 9.40 but when we got there there was no hot food left so we had to wait 15 minutes, there was also no bread for toast, it was difficult to even find a plate or bowl so was very pour and not good value for money

They was a young lady and she couldnt be any more helpful than she was the room was very spacious clean great facilities the breakfast on a morning was beautiful overall fantastic from the start until the end of me and my friends stay . Access to trams for Manchester City centre and Old Trafford MUFC was ideal. It’s also only a short walk to the Trafford Centre No hot water one night and TV didn’t work

• David (8/5): - Well positioned, ample parking, comfortable hotel. We we re asked for a £50 deposit upon arrival, I queried why and was told it was in case I trashed the room! I presume that wasn't how it was addressed in the training session but still seemed a bit odd. I checked upon check out and was told the refund, minus the overnight parking fee, had been reimbursed that morning. It still hasn't arrived in my account. Funny how deductions can be actioned immediately but refunds take longer. Must be an Internet thing!!
• nigel (7/5): Value for money hotel that runs efficiently. - The hotel was a convenient location for business purposes. It had ample barrier-controlled parking and the buffet breakfast had a reasonable range of choice and operated at business compatible times. The staff were helpful and the room was clean, well laid out and delivered the promised facilites. The restaurant facilities are poor with only a cafe/bar service evident the evening I arived. Most people seemed to go to the Macdonalds opposite or make other takeaway provision. The decor of the hotel is modern utilitarian, which is not my preferred aesthetic. Furniture and carpeting etc were new and the room clean, but I didn't like that carpets in my room and the corridor areas had ugly stains on them - assumed to be from takeaway products (best case assumption). I would also have preferred free parking.

• David (8/5): Reasonably priced, clean & tidy. - Better price than central Manchester. Handy for the metro link. Sone residents thought it was acceptable to roam the corridors drunk at 2:00am.
• Michal (6/5): New hotel, great breakfast but cleaning doesn't work - The hotel is new. The room was quite big. The breakfast and the staff were great. The room cleaning service was absolutely a failure. The first day everything was fine. The second day they left our room completely empty. After we notified them, they made the bed on the third day, but no one replenished the toilet paper.
