The staff provided great service, and their English was easy to understand. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even have a free coffee machine available for guests!

The staff were helpful, professional and the stay was fantastic. I enjoyed the breakfast which is either a Japanese or Western style meal. The facilities were comfortable, clean and I have no issue coming back here again. The price of the stay was affordable and I would recommend anyone who visits Fukushima to stay here. Not applicable

- Krisana (6/5): So, so, but worth for money paid - The location is very nice (just walk 2-3 minutes from east exit of the train station) and the price is okay. From the hotel, you can take shinkansen to travel to Sendai takes only 30 minutes to Sendai station. - Bathroom amenities are great. - Breakfast is very limited without variety of choice to select (just only same food set everyday and the take-out foods are limited). - Most staffs are lack of English proficiency, need to take some times to communicate with and the understandable is limited. - The convenience store which is near the hotel (NewDays) are closed at 9PM. After 9PM (when NewDays closed), there will be a bit difficult to find to the nearest convenience store. - I think coffee (from coffee machine) is too intense but not delicious.

- Mari (9/5): - シングルルームだと思って入室したらダブルルームでした。お陰さまでゆったりと過ごせました。 福島に宿泊の場合はほぼホテルメッツさんにお世話になっています。 部屋も清潔でしたし朝食も美味しく頂きました。大人の休日倶楽部会員証を提示したらチェックアウトを一時間延ばして頂けました。 特にありませんでした。 次回も宿泊したいと思っています。

- Hiroyuki (7/5): 福島でよく頑張っているホテルです。 - 福島駅に隣接していて場所が分かりやすい。 連泊客が多いためなのかアメニティ（歯ブラシ）が部屋にないのは、ホテル常連でないと気付かない。 シャンプーは部屋にあったのに、寝る前に歯ブラシ一本のために１Fフロントまで取りに行かされたのは嫌だった。 フロントの人が「アメニティは部屋にない」ではあいまいだと思う、「シャンプーはあるが、歯ブラシや櫛などは後ろのワゴンにある」というような具体的な説明をすべきだと思う。ワゴンも設置場所はエレベーターに歩く導線上で見に入りやすい右側に置くべきだと思う。 ホットコーヒーの無料提供はうれしいが、マシンがフロント脇にしかないのがイマイチ、各階のエレベーター脇にあると便利だけど、採算や衛生面で難しいのですかね。福島なら仕方がないかなと思ってしまった。

- satoshi (6/5): 駅が近く買い物するのにいろんなお店があり大変便利だった。 - 6階に宿泊させていただきましたが 椅子 机が比較的長くて使いやすい状況にありました まるまたベッドも 比較的硬めで寝やすく ライトも大変便利な位置にあって使いやすかった。 駅前の利点はいいのですが 駐車場へ入りにくく また 料金も 別途 1000円取られています その辺の内容をもっと詳しく 説明してくれればよかったと思います。
