• Lena (8/5): - Great location right in the city centre, with easy access to restaurants and transport. We were upgraded to a front-facing room with a large glass front, however unfortunately it was very hot and quite noisy, as right in a main road. But the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout our stay — very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for food and transport, and kindly storing our bags for a week while we travelled around the area. The rooms at the back were quieter than those at the front.

• matheus (10/5): Pernoite perfeito. - Localização excelente em Padang, bem centralizada. Infra-estrutura excelente do hotel. Funcionários bem receptivas e dispostas a ajudar (precisei de um check-out late tranquilo e justo), pedi dicas de onda sacar dinheiro, fui muito bem recebido. Voltaria com certeza. Nada a relamar. Usei para um pernoite. No outro dia segui para uma viagem de barco. Café de manhã achei mais nativo com comidas locais, eu que sou acostumado a comer queijo, preseunto, etc, não tinha. Mas bom para experimentar novas culinárias.

Food wise is good taste with basic beverages served The bedsheets and comforter wasn’t clean well and leave uncomfort smells. Its causing uncomfortable to lay down and causing itchiness. The bathroom wasn’t clean properly with the stained and leave unpleasant smells too. The furniture are not well maintained and faded. The floor are slightly dirty with stained

• 711galanga (10/5): Nice - The only netflix available on padang , so its a yes, and the pillow its so comfortable and fluffy, also love the bed its so comfy , the only thing that need to be repair is the AC because is little bit take tooo long to make the room cold , but its oke tho overall all good

The room are clean as well as aircon works properly.. truly recommended hotel in the city

• Catherine (1/5): Staff rude - I had a power outage for two days prior to my intended stay, as I was in the Mentawais. I tried to reschedule on the day of my intended arrival and the person who responded was very short with me. I understand that it's fair because their policy but I would have appreciated if the staff member that I spoke to was a bit more empathetic and polite, seeing as I lost 400k+ due to circumstances that were not my fault. I am not asking them to change their policy or make exceptions for me, just to be treated with the politeness that many other hotels have shown me.

Hardly any space to walk after placing the luggage on the floor. However , for the price paid, the room size is considered acceptable. Most important , cleanliness must be improved.
