• Sjaiful (3/5): Perawatan dan kebersihan yang jelek - Lokasi di pusat Gresik Kota Perawatan bangunan dan interior ruangan yang sangat minimum dan tidak melihat detil: sebagai contoh gedung luar sudah usang warna catnya, lantai lift yang kotor, kaca dan lift tidak digosok. Saya tinggal di kamar biasa, karena sempit/perawatan yang sangat buruk saya upgrade ke suites dan inipun belum bisa memuaskan karena kebersihan bukan standard hotel international. Stop kontact yang keluar dari tembok, kamar mandi yang berjamur karena sabun/sampo dan tidak di bersihkan mendetail. Kran air dan shower yang banyak kapur dan tidak berfungsi baik. Kursi dan sofa dari material kain yg tidak pernah dibersihkan dg steamer sehingga kelihatan flek kotor dan kusam. Maintenance dan kebersihan yg melihat ke detail harus diperbaiki.

• Alison (9/5): Very enjoyable overall. - The friendliness of the staff particularly the people at reception. Lack of availability of food on the menu in the evening and not being advised of cafe closure time before we ordered the main course. We wanted dessert, but were then told it was closed!

• Paolo (2/5): Dieses Hotel gebucht nach einer Langen Fahrt als Zwischenstopps, aber sicher nicht noch einmal - Gefallen eigentlich nur die Zentrale Lage Die Zimmer komplett veraltet und stark renovierbedürftig . Lichtschalter und Steckdosen fallen bereits aus der Wand . Matratze komplett durchgelegen.Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig . An dem Tag unseres Frühstückes gab es noch nicht einmal Eier 🥚.

There were cafe at the lobby and mini poll besode resto. Plus service if tou’re lucky you got free doughnut by management

• aldinojusach (8/5): Excellent Services - Nice hotel with very kindly staff, when I have family trip at Gresik, I was stay at this hotel. KHAS hotel is a hotel that I will recommend to my colleagues. On that stay, my son gets sick (Scarlett fever) and vomit twice at restaurant. The staff at restaurant is very helpful and kind to help my son. She is very good and nice person anyway. The other staff at bar is kind too and the janitor with mechanical staff give us some welcome bread (that is nice). So, keep your good work and always giving an Excellent Services to your guest. KHAS hotel has plus point in their employees.

• reynavenskaf (4/5): Nice hotel but BAD SERVICE! - I’ve been staying in Khas Gresik Hotel three times. At first and second I have really good impression staying here. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and nice. But last night, on my third stay I GOT VERY UPSET. I booked a room for my father then he stayed in the afternoon until 7pm and kept the key at receptionist. I called the hotel around 10pm and told one of recetionists named Mamik (female) that the room key will be taken again by my relatives in the name Latif / Sana. But it didn’t work well. My relatives got some trouble in taking the key at midnight, he should have to call me 3 times asking for help meanwhile I was already asleep. That the receptionist (male) didn’t give the key although he mentioned his name Latif and room number. Also the receptionist asked for my relative id card. I really understand if this is for security reason but why it should be this complicated meanwhile I ALREADY TOLD ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST BEFORE THAT THE KEY WILL BE TAKEN MY RELATIVE AND I ALREADY MENTIONED THEIR NAME! Oh, it turned out the hand writing on key card was Sana / Tasik instead of Latif / Sana. Who is Tasik? I didn’t mention that name. SO DISSAPOINTING!

• terub2018 (10/5): One of Hidden Gem in Gresik district central - Me and my friend has business trip in Gresik for Pékan Olah Raga East Java. I’m grateful that finally I found this 3 star hotel — Pesonna Hotel Gresik. This hotel located in the central of Gresik district and easily to find also very strategic We couldn’t say this hotel hotel is a small hotel since has 11 floors filled with the room and the suite room on the 15th floor. They only have one restaurant and kid’s pool on the 1st floor . The staff informed me that they will build swimming pool for adults soon. If there is sport events arranged by the government, the athletes and the delegates mostly stay in this hotel Their front desk really helpful and nice. The room is very clean and well-maintained. Every morning the staff knocked our door to remind if there is any laundry. The breakfast food are delicious and very authentic. They also served traditional drink called Jamu. Not far from the hotel, you can find healthy and beauty spa. If you want to do some exercise such as : Gym, swim, sauna or spa, you can only walk for less than 200 meters. Also If you need coffee shop or bakery shop and salon, it’s available next to the hotel It is really nice to have long stay in this hotel. Last but not least, Thank you so much for Ibu Dewi and Ibu Yuni for helping me to do this reservation last minute booking! Definitely will stay again!

Got to catchup my bestfriends wedding party because I am one of her bridesmaid.so that was a hectic day for me to prepare the dress and everything right.the hotel staff help me so much. Thanks hahaha And also its such a nice place to stay anyway love🎉
• pastelarasaty (8/5): Business trip all in one - my room was quite small but the view and access are all amazing. the distance from local culinary attraction is very near and becak (local transport) is available at the hotel. too bad the fridge was not cold enough and too small. the staff are amazing and very friendly. pool was small but okay, it was an indoor one so really enjoy it although the facilities around the pool was poor (no changing room, no towel, and apparently a smoking area)

• mav-kayz (4/5): Small. Not very clean. - They say this is the best hotel in Gersik. Unfortunately they placed me in a smoking room and told me its fully booked. Im allergic to smoke but the room stained smoke smell. Although they offered to treat the room, it was only a green tea spray solution. So the smell was still evident. Even the towels have smoke smell. And they have dark stains... not bleached or white so i felt a little disgusted using it. The bathroom is small and has strong showers (not handheld). But no complete door to separate the shower room. Whole bathroom is WET after shower for sure. No hair conditioners as well. But they do have bathroom slippers. There are only 2 slow lifts to service 15 floors of rooms. Breakfast is on level 1 so you definitely need to use the lift.
• giveandlove (2/5): Worst Service Ever - I know this isnt a 5 stars hotel I did not expect luxury service but when you dial their front desk , their operator and their housekeeping and none of then answer the phone, that really sucks. And worst thing could ever happened to a woman is traveling without hair dryer, I would be grateful if someone let me know that the room doesnt have hair dryer, I would have brought my own. If you are okay travelling 1 hour to abd from Surabaya, I would recommend you just to stay in Surabaya. I have stayed in many hotels world wide, budget to 6 stars. And I rarely complain, so this one hit my patience limit and it is thr worst.

• AbdulRahman123456789 (8/5): Clean hotel - Relatively new hotel new Gresik area. 10 minutes to Gresik Port. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a tv, safe deposit box and fridge. There was no buffet dinner when I was there. But the food was decent. Slightly pricey as compared to street food but still tasty. The pool was a disappointment. It was more like a pond. I wouldnt recommend swimming in it. The wifi is strong. Overall good place.
