- Keeley (10/5): Me and husband had a beautful stay at The Beverley Hotel fabulous location and wonderful host . We are hoping to come b - Very welcoming clean and friendly . Happy to help with anything :) .

- Daniel (10/5): Great location , comfortable and clean and excellent value for money - Ideal location , was lovely and clean , super helpful staff , the room was lovely and warm , which was perfect as we had a storm, I would go back for sure , very good value for money 🥰
- martin (9/5): - Very nice clean and a friendly owner
- Sara (10/5): Fantastic little gem of a hotel in à great location will definitely be booking again - Absolutely loved this hotel , felt like we were staying in someone’s home as soon as we arrived , warm and welcoming, rooms lovely and clean and very comfortable , fantastic breakfast and even though we were the only guests staying at the time nothing was too much trouble , Lisa was a fantastic host and her dog Pepper just made our stay and we also were given birthday cake as it was her daughters birthday while we were there Everything perfect
- Thomas (9/5): Great location and lovely clean rooms! - breakfast was amazing, Lisa was very helpful and they helped with parking locally mattress was a bit soft, other than that not a thing!
- Samantha (10/5): - Lisa was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very welcoming. Great location and had a great night's sleep, the bed was very comfy
- Christopher (10/5): Well worth a stay, could not fault The Beverley - The Beverley is a little gem, we would highly recommend a stay. Rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is amazing - sets you up for the day! Lisa was very helpful when it came to local attractions and recommendations. Plus the addition of secure parking was a massive bonus
- Matthew (10/5): Lovely Hosts, Great Value. - Everything really. Lisa the host was absolutely lovely. The bedroom while small for two of us, was more than adequate with an excellent bed I must say. The shower was alright, got warm very quickly. The price was superb. The location was good, it's right by the football ground for Geography, so a 25 minute walk into the main bit in the middle, 15 to the Pleasure Beach, moments away from the front. Plus Pepper the pooch, absolutely lovely thing. Nothing really.
- Catherine (9/5): Excellent stay. Couldn’t do enough for us very friendly and considerate. Lovely breakfast too . - Home from home. Very friendly. Room had all we needed and bed was comfortable. Nice decor x Nothing we didn’t really like. The only one thing I would change was breakfast time being 8.15 to 9.00 as not a big window and if your late to bed it’s not ideal. To not have the option for a later breakfast. However I understand others may prefer an early breakfast.
- david (10/5): - The breakfast and the location
- Logan (9/5): Fab stay - Great location, Lisa and Sarah were very accommodating lovely people. Nothing not to like
- Selena (10/5): - Definitely worth staying here, such a lovely host, great family atmosphere, the daughters are lovely too and help where they need to. Central to both the tower and the pleasure beach, with a tram stop at the bottom of the road, a couple of parking options available too. Highly recommend breakfast as part of the stay too.
- Handle (10/5): - I just had really, really good fun. Everything.
- Gill (8/5): - Comfortable and clean rooms. Plenty of hot water. Staff were very friendly.
- Melvyn (10/5): -
- Donna (10/5): Lovely very welcoming -
- Kelly (10/5): - Lovely hotel, lisa is a fantastic host. Lovely warm welcome, breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, tea and coffee tray very well stocked. Great location 2 minute walk to the tram and beach. Only a 10 minute walk to pleasure beach. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic lovely 10/10 x
- Tranter (10/5): Exceptional - We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, the owner (lisa) helped me and my daughter to our room. We were also greeted by pepper, the owners dog (a very welcome bonus for us, but if you're not a dog lover you would hardly know he was there)
The room was clean, comfortable and felt very secure, I was anxious about being a solo female with a child, but couldn't have been more at ease.
The tram stop is just at the end of the road so we didn't use the car again until we left. There is a secure car park 2 streets away, but you can pull up outside the door for loading and unloading.
The breakfasts were lovely and very good value, all served with a smile.
The bedding and towels smelt lovely and fresh, on leaving I stripped our beds and the pillow, duvet, mattress protector and mattress were immaculate.
The shower was very powerful and hand soap was provided.
Would definitely go again. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay with you. This is a Blackpool B&B, it was as to be expected for all the right reasons.
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Really lovely owner and clean and tyidy lovely hotel could not do enough for you can't wait for the return x

- Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Property is very clean and right next to the beach! Breakfasts included. The owners are very polite and welcoming and always greeted with a smile. This is my second stay here and many more to come. Also on a very quiet street which is a bonus! Loved it! There is nothing I didn’t like about this property everything is so convenient and close to the stores and beach
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (10/5): enjoyed every minute, great hosts - Breakfast was great, very tasty.
Option to park the car in secure location. Nothing really
- Ciaran (8/5): Not bad - The staff were great I didn’t like that you couldn’t bring food back to the room this should of been noted on the booking page as we didn’t eat one night as we got back to the room and then saw sign on back of door which was disappointing
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlie (10/5): 10/10 would definitely recommend and would stay again. - Lovely room for the two of us. Great welcome when we arrived. Lovely hosts and met our needs. Couldn’t fault the property, really well looked after.
- Samantha (8/5): Very lovely place, very comfy and only issue were loud customers upstairs however that isn’t the fault of the property - Comfy bed

- Josephine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): - Lovely hosts you couldn't find better
- Stephen (7/5): Good -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fox (9/5): Great host well worth it but phone might get you a cheaper price - The host made it and the hotel was so close to the sea front and with the trams at the end of the road and with only six pound for a day pass on it ,the hotel was well placed. You has easy access to come and go as you want and there was someone on hand if you had a problem. The heating was warm as you came in and you felt the difference between outside and inside. The cleaning was a very good standard and the owners showed their pride in their bed and breakfast. The bed could have been bigger as some night I woke up and my feet were over the bed.The cereal could be branded which in taste test do taste better. The sausage and bacon could also be a better quality.I know this is my personal taste but when the hotel is this good by having items that don’t live up to the rest of the experience they are the things that you do remember and the toast could have been warmer .When you have a shower as with restrictions of the en-suite,I did find by the time you applied shampoo etc the shower would have washed it away.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Lisa and Andy were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Nothing!

- Lynn (9/5): Lovely place to spend a few days in Blackpool - Location was perfect, central for everything, 2 minute walk to tram. Lisa the host was absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly. Nothing was too much trouble
Breakfast piping hot and plentiful. Nothing really, room bit small but to be expected in a B&B and at the end of the day it's a place to sleep. Plenty hangers in wardrobe, chest of drawers. Plenty tea/coffee etc and bonus for my daughter, hot chocolate sachets.

The weather was great, Blackpool was great, but what really made our weekend memorable was our stay at the beverley hotel. We can not thank the owners enough for going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was great, the breakfast was fantastic and the price was the icing on the cake. We can not thank you enough!!!!
