- mark (10/5): - Right in the middle of old town warsaw. Dinning is close and so is shopping. Apartment is on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Apartment was clean. 2 floors. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked and it had a full kitchen with refrigerator. Have to park at a meter but allows you to pay for 24 hours. Cheap. I would definitely stay here again

- Monika (2/5): Very dirty apartment! Totally gross out !!! - Great location in the heart of the Old Town , big 2 level unit but the apartment it self was very dirty. The floors were vacuumed but not washed, the dinning room chairs were dirty some of them had pieces of food still on them, couches were in bad conditions most likely never washed. My fried found a pair of someone SOCKS behind the livingroom couch, The bed pillows were stinky and there were a multiple spiders webs in this unit. Next to the bed there was a night table with some spill and dirt underneath. Livingroom had some dirty scratches all over. Oh boy what a disappointment... I've been in multiple countries over the years and I never experienced such a thing. My friends and I we were totally gross out and I definitely not recommending this place. It is a shame to have a such a gem and not to take care of that the proper way. I wanted to post some pictures but unfortunately I can't upload them. If the management like to see them please contact me and I will be so happy to email them to you.
- Bhaskar (10/5): Modern Sp[acious Hideaway in the Old Town - Modern spacious well furnished two storey apartment in heart of the Old Town, Warsaw, very conveniently located to all the main attractions. The attic double bedroom with it's angled roof adds an element of eccentricity to the place. There are lots of steps to climb though since its on the 3rd floor. Requires strong legs. Also, it's near the Castle Square but does not overlook it. I did not use the kitchen much as there are lots of excellent places to eat within a three block radius but it is fully stocked. The upstairs full size bath tub is an excellent luxury to be taken advantage of. I look forward to coming back again some day...

- Natalya (2/5): - Apartment is dirty. Didn’t get the rite code to go in to the property. We arrived at at 8:30 couldn’t get it to the apartment called every number they give me no answer. Some lady helped me with a code that lives there. Apartment looks like it’d from 3rd world country. felt like it was motel. Drunk people every night but the gait. I don’t. Recommend this place.

- Ignacio (10/5): Perfect Stay! - This place was perfect and the hospitality of the hosts is unmatched. They were in constant contact making sure that our stay was pleasant and the apartment is in really good shape. The location is incredible, right in the middle of Historic Downtown Warsaw. The apartment is well equipped, clean and easy to access. My only comment is that the apartment is not recommended for people with accessibility issues as there is no elevator in the building and it can be risky to get in an out of the shower/tub due to it being a little high. (We stayed in the 2-bedroom city view apartment). Other than that, I highly recommend this place. Thanks for an incredible stay in Warsaw

- Magdalena (10/5): - The location is a great advantage - right in the middle of Old Town and close to the castle. I was missing the dishwasher. Guests do the final washing of dishes and this made me a little uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils are very basic and there is no coffee machine but we really had a great stay.
- Ann (8/5): Perfect location, great couples stay. - We had a wonderful time in Old Town Warsaw. Our apartment was in the perfect location, just off Castle Square and about 1 block to the Main Square. The apartment was large, with a large bedroom, kitchen and living room. It wasn’t as quiet for us in terms of street noise as it seemed to be for other guests; the area is very lively and fun, though! Great public spaces and so much to do in the area, within the surrounding blocks and beyond. Many good restaurants too!

- Jesse (10/5): - This was an excellent place for our family of 6 to spend the night in. Great location in the old city of Warsaw. Perfect for exploring this part of the city and there are also metro stations nearby if needed. If you are driving,parking can be a little tricky but I found a spot on the street fairly close in spite of it being a busy evening in the old city.

- Adrian (10/5): - We loved the layout of the apartment it was a nice surprise when we opened the door. The beds were lovely and comfy, however the pillows were much smaller than we are used to. I would imagine with a house full of adults the sofa would not be sufficient , but we managed fine with 3 adults and 2 children. Overall we were more than happy.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent apartment in old town. - Excellent location in the old town. Minutes walk to the bus stops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with kitchen and washing machine.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property is clean and cosy, if not the noise pollution around, it should have been a perfect stay. The noise from the construction site 5M away, the car and van coming and going, day and night, as well as the party and pub goers leaving at mid night, chatting, laughing and screaming, had annoyed us from day one till the end of our journey. The manager of the company have spoken to the manager of the construction site, I had complaint to expedia. Nothing changed however. The whole morning of my second day in Warsaw had been used to contact you and expedia, to raise my concern. I don't think it made any difference. woke up today, around 6:45am because of the chatting It is because of the location of the property. I had read some of the review before I made this apartment booking. Some had mentioned the noise problem from the pub goer. I regretted that I did not take it seriously.

The apartment was well equipped with washing machine, microwave hairdryer, some toiletries and was very comfortable indeed.The local shops, restaurants, historical sites were extremely close and we really enjoyed our stay there. Definitely would recommend AAA to others.

- Glenn (8/5): Apartment stay on Piwna St in Old Town - The AAA management ladies, Anna and Mariola were excellent! The detailed check-in and information they supplied was appreciated. The apartment I had was located at 35/37 PIWNA, Apt #5, Old Town. It's 2nd floor in Europe, as their ground level is zero (3rd floor in U.S.), no elevator, so you have a few stairs to climb. The Location was Superb! There is a grocery convenience store and deli out the door to the left, and probably 10 restaurants on this street to the right. The condition of the apartment was very good, with a modern kitchen and bath, and the bath has a walk in shower and even a clothes washing machine, so really convenient. Good wi-fi and TV service. The only negative we had was the bed seemed to lack support, so if you were on the edge by the wall it would have a tendency to roll you off. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would do it again.
- MN (10/5): - The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed in it! The location was perfect! Location and check-in instructions were great. Across the street there is a cafe which was amazing. The old city is really great to explore and is so historic.... a must see and experience in Warszawa. Note, the apartment I was in, you had to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs. Also, there was some noise at night. I wanted to keep the windows open to get some fresh air but sometimes people walk by and smoke and you can smell it. None of this bothered me and my stay was great regardless, but thought I would point it out for other travellers.

- Vlanky (8/5): - The location is awesome, in old town Square. If something needs to be fixed or need any help the support is incredibly fast. It's very secure. I Think the whole building needs maintenance the paint on the walls on the stars is coming off and it gives a bad first impression. Once you're in the space is perfect for a short stay. The bed needs a new mattress but the sofa is very comfortable.

- Beata (10/5): Great apartment with easy access to local services - Perfect for a short stay, and very close to everything what was in our interest. We loved our night walks and getting out for a dinner around the old town. Amazing little restaurants around with a very good food, especially Zapiecek if you would like to try a little bit of traditional polish cuisine. Get yourself a 24hr travel pass at 15PLN for adults and 7PLN for kids, this will allow you 24hrs of travel across zone1. Tickets are easy to get - we got ours from the closest Metro - ‘Ratusz Arsenal’. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean and has got everything you need for a few days. We loved Warsaw and we will be back in a heartbeat.

- Paul (10/5): Warm welcoming, secure. - Warm and welcoming (this was a December trip, so cold outside!) and in a perfect location right in the centre of the Old Town. Well equipped for self-catering, with an amazingly well stocked shop just a few doors down the road - although we chose to eat out, even for breakfast (there is a very convenient small restaurant serving very good breakfast right opposite). The apartment is very secure, with key-pad locked gate to the stairs leading up to the front door, and the outer door to the street locked at night. We plan to visit Warsaw again soon, and will have no hesitation in trying to get this same apartment again.
- Hannah (10/5): Great Apartment to stay - We had a great 4 nights. Large apartment with separate bedrooms, bathroom (including bath), couch, large dining table and we'll equipped large kitchen. Good Wi-Fi . The hosts were excellent with directions, helping us out with early check-in and checking we had everything we needed. Only thing is the beds are a tad springy, they were completely fine for us but just a heads up to anyone with perhaps a bad back. And it's an easy to climb 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. We found the apartment very secure, self check in super easy with the instructions emailed, the area was great and we loved looking out the big windows to the street below

- Verified traveler (10/5): fantastic location in the heart of Warsaw - The apartment was clean and modern. It was quiet at night mainly because no cars are allowed in the old town. The sofa bed is quite hard ,perfect for me whilst the bedroom is softer which suited my daughter. The owners gave clear instructions and were easy to contact should I have had any problems. It was an added bonus that tea coffee , sugar , cleaning products , and toiletries (not toothpaste) were all provided!! I stopped there with my 2 teenage daughters for 3 nights and found it perfect for us.

The service and the feedback was very very good .The room is renovated and is nice generally .The wifi was good enough .Generally clean but there were few issues .The things i did not like: there was no basket for the toilet papers / the coverlet needed to be washed ,freshened (should be another clean sheet under it for keeping it clean ) /the coffee boiler needs to be changed .

The restroom was very newly remodeled, and very nice. The property did not have air conditioning, but with the use of the fans provided, it was very pleasant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice apartment, centrally located in old town. Easy to find, easy to get in. Nice loft sleeping area for third guest. Host very accessible/ helpful in all respects. Only (minor) request would be one extra fan, there was one available, but we were sleeping in bedroom and in loft, so two would have been good, in the heat.
- Dee (4/5): - There was construction outside that started early and was very loud. The street itself is loud with tourists until around midnight on weekdays. Even with the fans it was pretty hot.
- Raegan (6/5): Dissapointed - We stayed here for 3 nights. The property was very difficult to find, she provided 2 addressess and we went to the wrong one first. Then the local shop downstairs had to show us how to get in. Very confusing. No airconditioning. No safe. Very uncomfortable futon, limited linens for bed. Provided only 2 very small towels (no matt for the floor in the washroom, was I expected to use one of my very small towels?) Requested info via email 3 times- more towels, asking about a safe, ect. Absolutely NO response in 3 days!! Other than that the flat was large, clean and in a great location. The owner should have someone to manage the property. I would not recommend because of confusion on location and owners lack of response over a 3 day period.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - In general is was a good stay, but we did have a few concerns. It is definitely a series of apartments in the old city, so you will be placed in one of them. The one that we were placed in had little identifying information on the outside, so it took us awhile to find the correct door to use the code on. Our apartment was next to two restaurants, and the restaurant workers actually saw us looking around and directed us to the correct place. So, if you are looking for a hotel, this is definitely not it. However, the three young women who were in contact by email were fantastic and arranged taxis for us to the airport, so although there is not a front desk, if you have access to email, you can generally be accommodated. The only other thing that made our stay less than comfortable is that is no air conditioning and it was abnormally hot during our stay. Our apartment faced the apartments across the small street so having the windows open to let air in meant that we could not close the shade and were complete exposed to the people in the other apartments across. There was a small fan provided, but it did little. In general, fantastic location, but hot in the summer.
- Chris (10/5): Excellent central option - Apartments are located in the very heart of the Old Town - stunning location and a very comfortable set up. Good self catering facilities with a 24hr store within a 2 min walk. Highly recommended as a scenic base from which to explore Warsaw.
- Keith (8/5): Excellent location and very attentive service - After booking the room, I received a series of emails from the owners/managers who provided information on the location, how to reach the apartment, and how to enter (there are a couple of codes to enter through the doors leading to the apartment and to retrieve the key, more on that later). After I arrived, I received another email asking if everything was ok with the apartment. This service was excellent, friendly, and even a touch of humor. The room was spotless with WiFi and tv with a remote that actually worked. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Old Town. You can reach the front door by car, so I took a series of trams, buses, and trains finally by foot to reach the apartment. Keep this in mind if you’ll be toting heavy luggage. My only concern was for safety upon trying to exit the inner courtyard early on a Sunday morning to attend Church. The outer gates were locked on the inside, and I had to muscle one of the doors open while unlatching from the ground. This is a serious fire hazard that could pose a dangerous situation if you had to immediately evacuate. The outer gate should always be unlocked or at least ajar to allow for an expedited exit in the event of an emergency. Other than that, I highly recommend this place, it can’t be beat for its price given the prime location. I’d return in a heartbeat.

- Daniel (10/5): Great value for great location - An 'impersonal' choice as I only saw another person to get the key - yet a beautiful well equipped apartment in a great location. Overall in very good condition - but a couple of the cushions decorating the bed were not so pretty when you turned them over. Highly recommended for the price.
- Tamara (10/5): Great stay - The room was good. Spacious, comfortable and easy to get around to a variety of places. It was only a 5 min walk to the centre of the Old Town. It had a variety of places to eat close by. Whilst I never met the owner/manager of the apartment, they were only an email away. They responded quickly each time. Everything was made easy. The place had a washing machine. The only negative was that there is no lift. But we carried our bags to the second floor. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
- Renata (10/5): Jewel in the heart of old town - Excellent location, close to everything. Very nicely designed and decorated with lots of space. Good amenities, perfect for exploring beautiful Old town. The only recommendation I would have would be a padding on the upstairs bed, as the mattress was pretty hard. Would definitely visit again.
