Guest Reviews
- Erika (8/5): An overall decent stay! - We enjoyed our stay at the riad. It was a 15 minute walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa so a really ideal area but slightly away from the pushier vendors. It was a bit isolated at night so consider what you bring out with you in the evening. The room was decent- relatively clean but the bed was so old and squeaky! Because of the design of the riad, it can be quite noisy, depending on whether other guests stay up at night in the common area or are up early in the morning for tours. Their voices reverberated up the floors. If you're looking for a bargain, this is a solid place!
- Saima (2/5): Nothing like pictures - I booked this as part of a package deal thinking it was a bargain. When we got to the b&b, it was nothing like the pictures online. It was so small and cramped. The stairs felt dangerous to walk on. The room was beyond a joke. It didn't have a window and the air con wasn't working. There was only beds in the room. No wardrobe. We had nowhere to store our clothes. The bathroom didn't look clean. The minute we saw it, we decided to find a new hotel. If you want a cheap hotel, this is the one for you. Also this place is in old Marrakech. If you're looking for a more modern hotel with more food places, try new Marrakech. Eventually we found a better hotel called Hotel Al Kabir, it was much better than this. I have nothing to fault when it comes to the staff though.
