- L A (2/5): Terrible Experience - The most worsening experience have seen using hotels. The air conditioning is not working and bathroom isn't the right for the size of the room. Wi-Fi is not working. Also the hot water is not working. Very hopeless and terrible situation, the HEALTH AND SAFETY is Zero! Their advert is TOTAL DECEPTIVE to customers.
