- Saathoff (10/5): - Love how there's a variety of items for breakfast. Everyone is nice and welcoming. And rooms are perfect. Everything was great no complaints.
- Susan (9/5): Great stay. Great service - 5 star service! The room and bathroom were cleaned well. They do have ice you can collect on your floor. Parking is valet with some street parking. The front desk agent, Jayden was personable, very attentive, and ran the front desk like a well oiled machine. My requests were handled quickly and followed up on and will make sure the valet has your pulled up front waiting whenevet you step out. Kudos also to the valet team. I will definitely stay here again. Although the temperature output was great, the heating/AC unit made such a racket! Good grief. My sleep was interrupted more than once. The counter space in the bathroom is EXTREMELY limited. So if you have a big spread that you usually lay out for hair, make up, skin care etc. the tiny corner ledge presents a challenge.

- Ashley (7/5): Delightful staff, very accommodating and large comfortable room. Go to a laundromat though if you have time. Not central - It was easy for public transportation, getting to the busses was super fast 5-10 minute walks. But it's really not centrally located itself by any means. The staff was so friendly especially the women who usually runs the breakfast, I never got her name but she wears a head wrap and she is a delight, we LOVED her. Waffle batter is AMAZING and the bagels were super yummy. We did find a small bug on one of the towels when brought up to us about six nights into our ten night stay, I called and told them and they said to leave the towels we had outside and they brought us new ones but it just felt a bit gross after that. The breakfast options were all super yummy but very consistent so they don't change often if you're staying for longer periods of time. And we stayed in the assisted bathroom one due to myself recovering from a hip surgery, the bathroom is FREEZING, so if you're sensitive to temperature and thinking about that room that's something to note. Laundry is $5 to wash and $5 to dry so $10 total and all in quarters.

Unfortunately, again, they charged me with the full amount USD 466.06 duplicate transaction when we checked out. I got the message from the bank that they made the double transaction, which means USD 466.06+ USD 466.06 . Please arrange to refund USD 466.06, which are made duplicate. It is very unfortunate. I was on the flight going back to Dubai when I got the message from the bank for a duplicate transaction. Front desk staff support was not satisfactory.

We managed to get a discount for the one night but I don’t see the appeal of staying here if we’re getting charged over $40 per night for parking. Hotel appears outdated.

- Angela (2/5): - The room was VERY dirty with roaches and food left on the floor. Garbage pail wasn’t empty The bedsheets has stains on it. I requested housekeeping and they never came within my entire 2-night stay. Both the water temperature and the room temperature was terrible. The shower was too cold. The room was too hot and the thermostat was broken. On top of everything, I paid over $800isc for two nights and I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Elite Member.

- Mariola (8/5): - We stayed here for one night before an early flight from JFK, and the location was convenient- about a 30-minute drive to the airport. Perfect if you're traveling by car and need a simple stopover. The hotel offers valet parking for $41 per day, which is on the expensive side, but you can also drive around and look for a free spot on the street. The breakfast was okay, with enough to start the day. Overall, a practical choice for a short stay near JFK.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, quiet rooms but had some weird quirks. At check-in I was silently handed my key, no spiel about check-out, wifi, breakfast, etc. When I called later to ask about wifi I was directed to an external support line. A/C in the rooms was on a programmed schedule so after a while it would revert to the schedule until you noticed it and put it back where you wanted it. There was a restaurant but it only seemed to be open during breakfast. There was a work center but it was in the lobby and involved a standing desk and two arm chairs. People did use the arm chairs with laptops balanced on their laps, but it didn't look very comfortable. I was going to use the breakfast area to work but they put all the chairs up when it's not breakfast hours so it didn't seem like they wanted anyone sitting there at other times of day. There was a laundry rooom but no detergent, either at the front desk or for sale in the little convenience store. Nor did either place offer any common hotel items such as ear plugs. It was a decent hotel except that it felt like every time I tried to do something it didn't quite go how I expected.

We reserved and paid for a suite; when we arrived the hotel told us that Hotels.com had booked a double room and that there were no suites still available. We tried contacting Hotels.com but late on a Friday afternoon we could not reach a human being to try to straighten the confusion out. We would book the hotel again; we have serious concerns about using Hotels.com again.
