It was so annoying and didn’t let anyone get a good nights rest which is what is all about,right? It’s really tough to pay $200 plus for that type of stuff. I am 100% positive someone had this room before me. This just leads me to believe that it was NOT addressed properly.

We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the breakfast lounge was full of happy people when I passed by in the morning. The front desk gal (same gal at check-in and check-out) was exceptional! She was very friendly and efficient. Nothing could have been better. Room was very clean and tidy. NO complaints whatsoever.

No sé que tan prudente sería colocar un letrero alusivo a que al terminar los alimentos favor de recoger los desechables utilizados

• Eric (7/5): Great place, dishonest staff. - The checking process is very simple. You can do so from your phone. Check in is really easy. It's in a very convenient location near the malls if you're looking to do some shopping. The key cards are really difficult to use. It's a hit or mess trying to get into your room. We also left some things behind and called later that day when we discovered that they were missing, and our items were never recovered. They never got backed with us or I made contact. And some very expensive items went missing.
