• Joyce (8/5): Was perfectly adequate for a short stay in the city. - Good location, secure, serviceable. Comfortable beds. Not much cooking equipment, one frying pan and two sharp knives.
• Karen (5/5): I really like staying there as its so close to everything - The location is extremely good. I have stayed there a few times but this last visit I was surprised at how the lack of maintenance on the place has been left and not done.

We used the apartment s parking facility and went to the car the morning we were leaving and someone had tried to break in. Not a very safe area. A lot of homeless around. No bedside table. Had to use our esky. Tap handles broken.

• Joy (2/5): Just unhappy expected the basics to be working! - I loved the location and the view. When we arrived the air con didn't work not fixed until next day. You could not get off the lift to reception. The lift broke down so we had to go up 38 floors of stairs to back to apartment apparently this happens regularly and no compensation was offered will never stay again!
• Caitlin (5/5): Would not stay here again - Good location Check-in process, paid $150 for a rollaway bed which was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Thankfully got it refunded, but had to sleep on the couch for remainder of stay.
• Caitlin (5/5): Well priced but needs some love - Great location and super convenient to public transport / city. Easy to walk everywhere. Room didn’t feel clean. Floors were dirty, scuff and marks all over the walls. Bathroom needed a real deep clean. The bed wasn’t made well and there was no fitted sheet or duvet cover so it all came apart after the first night. Was a bit of a hassle having to request fresh towels as well.

Apartment was in a great spot right next to melbourne central and very easy to gets trams from nearby. The waste shoot was left open all the time next to our room so maybe our room a bit smelly.

• Kayla (6/5): - Fully self contained which was great. Decent view. Lovely staff. We stayed 4 nights and only had 1 towel provided with no room service. The bed was made poorly and kept coming apart the whole weekend. The floors are in need of a good scrub.

• Dalena (4/5): I probably wouldn’t stay here again, good location but facilities and staff were not good - Location It’s not that clean, you can’t goto reception level (3) even with your tag, you had to go all the way to ground, and then press a button, then they let you onto reception level. They advised they would change our towels daily, not once did they do this, we had to ask everyday. The floors are quite sticky. The have one aircon system, for the dining area only, bedrooms do not have aircon (it is summer atm in Australia)

• VICTORIA (7/5): - Location, cleanliness and value for money were great! Perhaps consider not using the small disposable toiletries. I haven't seen them for a long time. Most accommodation have large refillable shampoo/conditioner/shower gel that are screwed in to prevent theft, but are refillable, to avoid the huge amount of rubbish you must generate with those small ones. They're also never big enough. That was really the only negative. There were also no spare/extra blankets in the room and I was cold overnight. Went to grab an extra blanket from the cupboard and there weren't any.

Stove hood was pretty greasy. Not enough coffee pods or sugar for 2 people. Phone on wall didn't have an instruction and I couldn't get it to go through to reception, had to call on my mobile.

• Caylith (7/5): Convenient and clean - Apartment was comfortable and clean. There is enough space for 1, just, and if it was a longer stay there is a cupboard laundry in the apartment as well. Great proximity to markets, downtown shopping and services, and trams to take you anywhere. Plenty of places to eat if you don't want to cook and do like Asian cuisine. Safe parking nearby. Great little grocery store very close. Few utensils, 1 pan and saucepan. Dishes had been done but left in dishwasher, so prep for next guests could have been better. If you don't like or want Asian cuisine you're out of luck in the near neighbourhood. Closest parking was more expensive (but barely) than the provided parking, but the provided parking was further away.
• Katrina (2/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with a tram nearby. The hotel foyer looked uninviting on a first impression, the garbage room was in that area and it had a terrible smell. One of the lifts didn't work during our stay which was concerning as the property did not look well maintained. The garbage chute to put rubbish in didn't work for our whole stay so having to go into the " stinking and revolting garbage room" wasn't nice. The doona in our room was a horrible brown colour and the carpet in bedrooms was stained and old. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. I had a superior 2 bedroom apartment and my friend booked a standard 2 bedroom apartment - the rooms were identical however his accomodation costs substantially cheaper than what I paid.

Please be mindful when t - Nothing special but I was upset that they have put a hold on my card for $200 and still they haven't release the hold. It's been more than 10 days now. The blinds. The place is a bit of mess when I arrive. And what's worse, I have already paid for my service but they put a hold of $200 on my card. They have promised that they will return it back, but they never did!

• 44Trang (5/5): No parking options at the front of the apartments for check-in so not ideal for luggage drop off - Lots of instructions provided via multiple SMS texts in the lead up to the booking. So many floors and rooms! We had friends on level 12 with us and more on level 23 and more on level 39! Great central location for us all to meet and gather though. The cupboards are all labelled from the outside, which is handy so you don't open all doors to find a cup. Not ideal when something's missing from the label though (we had no bowls) The staff that run reception from an adjacent make shift room on level 3 were also running other errands. We were lucky they were on the same returning lift as us otherwise, would have been unattended on arrival. Perhaps they need more staff to avoid this pressure on the one young lad. Room was clean enough but not spotless. The bed and couch covers had marks that looked like they were washed but couldn't be removed. The plates and cups were clearly used regularly with significant wear and tear, scrape marks. Given its a serviced apartment, we did need to cook and that wasn't ideal (the kids went ewwww) Absolutely no parking options at the front of the apartments for check-in so not ideal for luggage drop off

There is no signage for the apartments in the lobby so we had to call to find out where to get the keys and were told to come to the third floor. A $200 security deposit is expected which is disappointing.

• Sarah (5/5): - Good location Check in seemed very disorganised. You are only given one key and one fob. This makes it difficult if you are doing seperate activities to the person you are staying with. You should be given a minimum of two keys for safety reasons.

• Sue (3/5): Don’t bother staying there - The apartment overall was dirty , dishes left in dishwasher. Hard to find kettle and toaster. Microwave didn’t work . An apartment to suit 4 people but only 3 dining chairs . Would not pay that price again as a hostel probably would have been cleaner. Oh and the whole building stinks , plus garbage shoot didn’t work and is a fire hazard hanging out of wall . They also only tell you about security deposit when you arrive
