- スミコ (8/5): - 駅からは少しあ歩くが近い方かと思います。 近くにスーパーや100均やコンビニがあり買い出しとか出来ます。 お部屋は清潔感があり、少しのお皿とコップ、掃除機など使用できました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
- Connor Alexander (10/5): - A nice quiet place next to a bus stop and train station for easy access around all of Osaka. Grocery and laundry are quick to access and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.
- Xu (10/5): Great for budget travelers - Best for 1-2 people. There is an extra futon, but no good place to put it. Everything essential is provided and the dog-themed decorations are adorable. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the closest train station and not in the central Osaka area, but for the price is a great value.

- Yuying (10/5): 旅途中，這樣的落腳處，讓人有回家的感覺 - 自助式公寓套房，地點較偏僻，但走路幾分鐘就有超市，便當、壽司、飲料……，採買太方便了；如需要熱食，房內小廚房有微波、電爐，馬上可派得上用場。住宿社區也非常安靜，住了五晚，天天睡得超香，有家的感覺。因行李略多，退房那個早上，從附近路口，搭計程車到天王寺站，才日幣690。整個經驗，很令人滿意。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 何より、自由です。マンションの一室で、鍵はポストで受け取り、帰りもポストに返すだけ。人に会いません。 渋滞を避けるために朝の3時に出発しましたが、そんなことも可能です。 また、wi-fiが強いので、少し大きなお子さんがいる場合、YouTubeとか見るのに問題なくサクサクいけます。
- YOORAN (10/5): - 텐노지역에서 걸어서 15분 정도 걸립니다. 일본의 전형적인 주거지역에 위치하고 있어요. 주변에 편의점도 있고 슈퍼도 있고 회전초밥 집도 있어서 잘 사용했습니다. 무엇보다도 새 집에여서 그런지 정말 깨끗하서 좋았습니다.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Ótimo apartamento - Adoramos o apartamento! Grande e tudo novo, com shampoo, toalhas e cobertores a disposição. Sentimos-nos como moradores locais, pois a área é residencial, com maravilhoso supermercado e ótimo hyakuen a uns 2 min a pé. A 20 min tem uma estação de trem da importante loop line.
- Rodrigo (6/5): - Gostamos da localização do apartamento, há um mercado na rua de trás que é muito conveniente, é o tipo de estabelecimento para comprar comidas prontas e para fazer e e bebidas como cerveja, suco e água. O apartamento também é relativamente perto da estação de tennoji e de shoppings na região da estação com diversas opções para compras. Caminhando gastamos cerca de 15 min para ir até a estação e de táxi o custo é de no máximo 1.000 ienes. Existem alguns combinis ao longo do trajeto entre o apartamento e a estação de tennoji. O bairro é muito tranquilo apesar de muitas construções de prédios na região. O apartamento em si é bom, mas poderia melhorar em três pontos: 1) O check-in é feito por você mesmo e não tem ninguém para te auxiliar caso tenha alguma dificuldade. É enviado um e-mail para você com o número do quarto e a senha para pegar a chave desse quarto, se você perder esse e-mail ou por algum motivo não receber você terá que ligar para o pessoal que te vendeu a estadia e no nosso caso tivemos que nos virar no inglês por que o suporte no Brasil estava com o expediente fechado. 2) a cama tem um colchão horrível nada confortável, 3) na parte da cozinha não havia utensílios para se cozinhar lá, como panela ou uma frigideira, não tinha talheres também. Para quem quer economizar comprando algo para fazer no apartamento infelizmente não vai conseguir. Há um fogão, microondas e um bule para esquentar a água, mas como disse acima, não tem como você usar para cozinhar.

- hagin (8/5): - 場所は駅から少し歩くが、近くにスーパーもあり便利だと思う。施設は新しく綺麗なのだが、床や壁に汚れがついており(拭いたら落ちた)、浴室の扉にも血液らしきものも付着していたため、除菌ウェットタオルを購入し、床から壁まで全て拭いた。玄関横にある洗濯機置き場の排水口から汚臭がひどく玄関を入るとかなり臭ったため何か塞いでもらえるとありがたい。 布団カバーや枕カバーもチェックなど汚れも見にくく、シワも多かったため、交換されているのか分からなかった。白にすればもっと清潔感もでて良いのでは？格安のため仕方ないとは思うが、清掃代は別途6000円程支払っているため、清掃はしっかりして頂きたいと感じた。汚れや臭いがなければ、冷蔵庫も電子レンジもあり本当に便利だと思う。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 入住心得 評分為6.5/10 - 房間整體尚算乾淨利落 有、風筒、衣櫥提供 也可自己洗衣服 晾曬衣物於露台。枕頭太高睡得有點肩膊不適。惜地點較偏僻，去地鐵站要步行十五分鐘，也要再乘搭一個站才到達天王寺，交通比較麻煩，輪近也沒有便利店和餐館，是不足之處。

We could literally feel the springs in the mattress and that it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There was definitely room for improvement in the cleanliness department. The location was good though. 15 min walk to train station and 3 mins to nearest bus.
- みっこりん (8/5): 総合で〇です。 - とても綺麗な１ROOMマンションです。 立地も良い方だと思います。 3点申しますと、 ボデイーシャンプー＆シャンプー＆リンスが 業務用かなにかの安価なものの様で、全員、肌がかぶれてしまいました。 (※個人で携帯シャンプーなど持参すれば問題ナシ） もう1点は、新しいマンションなのに排水溝の悪臭が随時 漂っている状態でした。 最後に寝具について、2ベッドは快適でしたが、フローリングに敷く 敷布団が薄すぎて朝起きた時体が痛かった…。 ２人の場合は、快適なベッドなので一切問題ないと思います。

- Wong (10/5): Clean,Quiet,Convenience - Room is very clean and it got everything you need. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walk 5-8 mins to the nearest JR station or 3 mins to bus stop, arrive Tennoji in 15 mins.
- SHIHHAN (8/5): - 整體來說都還不錯，只是有些小地方沒有整理乾淨，有IH電磁爐，但是沒鍋子，也沒用，微波爐打開有一個臭味，這次一次住了7晚，牙膏會不夠用，其餘整體上來說都還在水準之上，另外個人覺得從JR美章園過來會比較方便

- hitomi (8/5): - およそ1週間滞在しました。駅からも徒歩圏内で、キッチンや食器、電子レンジやポットもあるので簡単な朝食くらいなら問題なく作れます。願わくば小さなフライパンと鍋が備えつけられていたら良かったな。
- Chin Yen (6/5): 地點不方便且不能煮食 - 地點非常不便,如果有交通預算的不考慮入住,至少需要兩種交通工具才能到達(地鐵+公車),當初訂這間住宿是看中有廚房,本來以為廚具是可以租借的,後來到了現場才告知不能煮食,覺得非常錯愕,另外冰箱底部有髒汙,疊在下方的碗居然是濕的,不知道是合時的房客使用的,覺得有發霉的風險

- ji (8/5): 깨끗하고깔끔히지만. . . - 아이들과 오사카를 처음여행하는 사람으로써 사이트를 통해 이 숙박업소를 이용했다. 덴노지스테이션 이라해서 스테이션에 가까운 줄 알았지만 사이트에서 건네준 일본 전철 노선도 에도 나와있지않은 비쇼엔스테이션 이란 곳 에 있어서 찾는데 2~3시간이 넘었으며 비쇼엔에서도 걸어서 15분이 이상걸리는 곳 이었다. 여행일정을 잡을때 참고하시길 바랍니다. 그러나 숙박깨끗하고 3분거리 큰 슈퍼가 11시 넘어서까지 영업을해서 그나마 다행이었다. 관광지가아니라서 조용한 곳이기도 하였습니다.

It was near a train station too. I like the fact that 3 people can stay in 1 room coz most only allow 2 people in 1 room. I would surely go back to this place. 😃

- Leon (8/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient - Nice room. Not besides some main station but still quite convenient. Though no staff is there, it is easy to check in and check out. There are very clear instructions for using the facilities.
- elif (8/5): 天王寺駅、阿部野橋駅から徒歩で20〜30分。 - 立地は、近隣を良く知ってる方には便利だと思います。 路線バスを利用するのが、おススメです。 住宅街にあるマンションで、室内は明るく、環境は良いです。 枕が臭く、寝具等の洗濯が毎回されているかは疑問です。 清掃が全く行き届いていない為、不快に感じる箇所が多くあります。 しかし、清掃代として五千円程度強制的に支払わされるのは、違和感があります。 三人は余程の事が無いと泊まれません。 二人は、快適です。

- rainy (8/5): 房間ok - 整體ok，但黎近鐵/jr都遠左小小，房間清楚算可以，我住左5日，無叫過清潔，要清潔要付5000yen,貴左小小。一入房感覺不錯，但見到地下有其他小垃圾.
