- Hanan (4/5): Below our expectations - The butlers are knowledgeable and friendly The rooms are not as displayed in the images. The beds are tiny and short and the rooms are small even though we opted for the large suite. The corridor width is 1 metre wide. All the rooms are stacked closely next to each other. The breakfast is terrible. We regretted booking bed and breakfast. Don’t expect they will ever give you a key to your room prior to 2pm. They’ll just leave you wait in the lobby from early morning until 2pm. The neighbourhood itself has no wow factor. If you don’t mind the location and the tiny beds, and keeping cost low is your only factor, then the hotel has competitive offers.

The room smelt like a dirty old cellar with artificial airfreshener all over the hallway. The smell is so intense it gave me a headache. They did not include soap or towels in any of the rooms as I talked to other customers. Everyone complained.. This was meant to be a 4star hotel, honesly I would not recommend it to anyone.

The facilities were clean. We loved the free shuttle bus to and from Kwai Fong MTR, which made getting to tourist spots much easier. You can book your spot in advance in case it gets busy. Fresh market, ATM, laundry, and halal food options are all nearby, which made our stay more convenient. Special thanks to Wilson at the concierge for being so helpful.
