• Jerzy (7/5): First impression better than overall experience - The first impression of the hotel was very good, but it was going down the longer we stayed. The hotel picks guests from the bus stations and delivers them there. The process of check in is quick. The hotel prepares the offer of local tours for its guests but the same tours can be purchased significantly cheaper from local agencies 15 minutes walk away (in town). [The difference in case of a full day private game drive was 60$.] The hotel does not provide room cleaning unless you ask for it, even if the key is left at the reception. The greenery is very well maintained, the pool is attractive, but the service at the pool is practically non-existent and the pool bar was just a place full of empty bottles. Breakfast service was very slow and the choice was not too attractive. But the place is acceptable. Although the information on payment by credit cards indicates Visa and MasterCard the hotel accepts Visa only. And not all reception staff can manage to operate the card terminal.

• Pasang (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good... big area with tall palm trees..rooms were like vintage... overall it was a nice stay. No telephone in Room as we have to make a call by ourselves.
• Aastik (7/5): Good - The area was quite beautiful. The room was quite spacious and the value for the room is moderate. The food and swimming pool . Every single item was overpriced, the quality and quantity both doesn’t match with the price. For one second we can think because of restaurant interior design, but the restaurant design wasn’t also that nice, it was basic design for the food to be that pricey. Please do something about the swimming pool temperature. We came for the swimming pool but the water was so hot that you won’t be able to swim there at day time for more than 10mins. The temperature is so hot over there that the swimming pool feels like jacuzzi.
