• Danial (1/5): - Before this no towel charge, why now? Is there a standard policy? This is just a small curry spot, not heavy stain.Service ok, but disappointed with how they handle deposit. Small stain on towel but still want to charge extra, even though previously no such charges. Not consistent and feels unfair.

• Gwynhafra86 (10/5): - Value for money. Clean, comfy & cosy. Home-style design. Walking distance to a lot of eateries/food places including big tree (大树脚) and JJ Roll. Easy check in/check out and friendly/responsive staff. Bed soft but firm. Old style key and lock (don't have to worry about having to leave key card in room while going down for quick collection of delivery). Two plugs provided (bring extension if got more devices). Fast & stable internet. Water dispenser provided. Didn't see a single roach (and I hate those with a passion). No wonder most other reviews in year 2026 are positive. Glad I wasn't turned away by those reviews of the year 2023. Bathroom mirror hanging on for dear life using tape. No visible signboard for YY Residence displayed for passing drivers (only a small sign on black door leading up to rooms). Some aspects below aren't really major issues, but some people may not like them: Stairs-only (those with joint issues may have difficulty) Grainy-style tiles in bathroom (bring bathroom slippers if not used to the texture. They do have one mat in bathroom and one in room to dry feet at least.) Small ants (I dealt with these using hand sanitisers) Air con hums (white noise to me which helps with sleep, but those sensitive to sounds may not like this)

I haven say checkout aso she msg me disturb wen I from funeral time I say I wil gave u but she msg again again until my boss scold me .I almost 1 week over stay her yy residence but I say I pay u stil msg until I get high pressure .I haven think
• Illia (10/5): - A wonderful stay with amazing hospitality! I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great location with many cafes nearby, and parking is very convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my trip truly special was the hospitality. On my very first night, the hosts and another guest took me to the local night market! It was a fantastic experience that really brightened my stay in Ipoh. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again! Additionally: very quiet!

Hopefully the window can be change to the new black tinted one.. mana ada dah orang pakai tingkap nako..hehehe

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

• Cherry (10/5): Good value stay in a very convenient location. - Great stay at YY Residences. Location is super convenient, right in Ipoh city centre. Lots of food nearby — bakery downstairs, many kopitiams next door, food court across the road, plus convenience stores and pharmacy. Mixue and the famous JJ Roll are just opposite too. Really easy to get food anytime. Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. We upgraded to a room with TV and better bedsheets for a small top-up, totally worth it. Host was friendly and even helped us with a last-minute upgrade. Would stay again. Nil

• Yen Xing (9/5): It’s a great stay for a short trip for solo/couple! - The location is perfect as it is in the heart of Ipoh, everywhere I wanted to visit is super near and less than 7mins drive to Tong Sui Kai! Well I don’t know what bed they use but it was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up every morning! This place is good for solo/couple as it’s very cozy! For the affordable price I have no complaints! The host is also super friendly and responsive when I needed to ask her some questions and guided us nicely through check in and out!

• 方筑 (8/5): - 住宿方回覆速度快。整體來說，3天2夜NTD1058(含稅)，提供了合理的住宿空間與環境。房外提供冷熱飲水機與馬克杯、大垃圾桶，以及桌椅，方便使用。 房內空間單人住很大；廁所與淋浴在同一空間，蓮蓬頭水壓不大，但夠用；馬桶水壓大，有提供沐浴乳與大毛巾。房內提供一小圓桌、兩張凳、舒適的單人沙發、掛衣架、馬克杯一個，可用插座有一個。房內乾淨整潔，採光可以；房門是喇叭鎖，進去residence的大門是電子鎖，整體來說安全。 住宿點附近吃的選擇多，從早到晚都有，若要購買日常用品，也有KK、99、雜貨店可選擇，是很好的住宿位置。 剛入住時就有發現一些原本居住在這的居民，螞蟻，但不影響住宿體驗；隔音普通，門是簡單的木門，這次是住在樓梯口的房間。
• Rafael (1/5): - Estaba rodeado de restaurantes La ducha sin fuerza, aunque eso es lo de menos. El aire acondicionado parecía que tenía un motor de tractor, insoportable. Estuvimos 14 días y no pudimos descansar ningún día. No lo recomiendo para nada. Hablé con el dueño para que me cambiaran de habitación y me dejó en visto.
