- Troiani (10/5): Favoloso!! - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per un weekend insieme a tre amici e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. La stanza si è presentata fin da subito molto curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, risultando perfettamente in linea con le nostre esigenze. Particolarmente apprezzata la pulizia e l’attenzione ai dettagli, elementi che hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un elogio speciale va allo staff, che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, cortese e attento a ogni nostra richiesta, offrendo un servizio impeccabile e professionale che ha fatto davvero la differenza. La posizione della struttura è senza dubbio uno dei suoi punti di forza: la vista è semplicemente splendida, con un affaccio suggestivo sulle vie di Siena e una prospettiva ravvicinata sul Duomo, che rende l’esperienza ancora più unica e memorabile. Nel complesso, si tratta di una struttura che consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno all’insegna del comfort, della qualità e della bellezza del contesto circostante. Senza dubbio, tornerei volentieri anche in futuro.

- Emanuele (4/5): Posizione comoda, vicino Piazza Il campo. Personale disponibile, ma alloggio decisamente da rivedere - Buona la posizione: a pochi minuti da Piazza Il campo, con parcheggi a pagamento e non a poca distanza. Personale molto disponibile e self check-in molto comodo. Stanza n.3. Bagno un po' piccolo e freddo. Insonorizzazione non adeguata: abbiamo pernottato di sabato, quindi un po' più di rumore era comprensibile. Tuttavia, la porta d'ingresso della stanza non ovattava minimamente suoni, voci e rumori provenienti da corridoio e scale, anzi si muoveva in base all'apertura/chiusura delle altre porte nel corridoio. Anche i rumori dalla strada erano ridotti poco o niente; per questo il sonno è stato difficile. Materasso abbastanza duro e cuscini un po' troppo bassi. Considerando l'armadio chiuso a chiave, rimangono pochi appoggi per gli abiti.

- Patino Sanchez (8/5): Easy Check-In and Spacious Rooms in a Great Location - The self check-in process was very easy and smooth, and receiving the keys was quick and hassle-free. The room was large, comfortable, and provided plenty of space to relax, making the stay very pleasant. On the downside, there are no elevators in the building, and the stairs are quite steep and tiring, especially if you are carrying luggage.

- Jody Davis (9/5): Great facility, communication and location. - The renovated apartment in located in the old town gives a good vibe and a great feeling of Siena. Location is great to travel within Siena. Bike facility is great as well. There is a few steps / short stairs to get to the bike storage room. For a ebike is a bit narrow, but no complaints and actually found it very helpful to have a bike storage down at the ground level in an old town. Safe and secure.

Faltaba algún tipo de armario o estantería en la zona del baño ya que no había sitio para dejar utensilios necesarios

- Andrea (8/5): Una piacevole missione (di lavoro) a Siena - Posizione centrale. Per chi arriva dalla stazione ferroviaria, è possibile prendere l'autobus con fermata a 500 metri dalla struttura. Staff accogliente. All'arrivo c'è stato un piccolo problema che è stato prontamente risolto. Camera spaziosa, ben illuminata e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Piccolo consiglio alla struttura: visto lo spazio, aggiungerei scrivania/piano di appoggio che può risultare utile.

Ampi spazi e letto e divano abbastanza confortevoli. Host disponibilissimo, anche se da remoto. Infissi deteriorati che andrebbero restaurati meglio in quanto molto difficili da chiudere. Rumore intermittente, durante la notte a causa dell'accensione continua dello scaldacqua a gas. Il forno non funzionava e pulizia migliorabile. Mobilio troppo datato e in cattivo stato di conservazione (suggerirei una buona restaurata o una loro sostituzione). Locali poco illuminati a cause di lampade a luce calda. immobile sprovvisto di TV (per i ragazzi è importante) P.S. presenza di piccioni invadenti (non attribuibile all'host) quindi conviene tener chiuse le finestre.

Fijn dat we onze bagage na het uitchecken mochten achterlaten. Had nog iets meer kunnen worden aangekleed - we hadden verwacht op de kamer ook meer van het fietsenthema terug te zien.

Wir sind auf Pilgertour auf der Via Francigena und waren dankbar für die tolle Unterkunft. Gerne kommen wir wieder Jacqueline und Stephan aus Gera Es gibt keine Kritik uns hat alles gefallen.

- Kenneth (6/5): Hmm, faktisk på det jævne - God beliggenhed, men ærligt så var det ikke ligefrem service som prægede oplevelsen. Bestilt B&B, blev henvist til et hotel et stykke fra værelset. Spurgte til parkering, som jo er en udfordring i Siena, og fik et tåget svar om noget måske eller måske ikke. Brugte mere end 1 time på at finde det, ja nærmeste eneste egnede sted hvor der er volumen parkering. Det kunne godt have været informeret/sagt da vi forespurgte. Sikkert fint hvis alle værelser er booket til egen gruppe, men må sige det var ganske lydt.

- Diana (6/5): Siena - Mooie, ruime kamer. Heel centraal. Rustig. Mogelijkheid voor bagageopslag. Heel veel trappen tot bij de kamer. Voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, geen optie. Ontbijt is niet aan te raden; ofwel vanaf 9u een koffiekoek en 1 drankje pp even verderop, ofwel 1 dubbele boterham, 2 stukjes cake, een sinaasappel en een flesje water voor 2 personen. Dat kan verbeterd worden.

The room was extremely hot and even after turning off the radiator, it was uncomfortably warm (we visited in November). The walls were also paper thin and we could hear the room next door!
