- Alejandro (1/5): Do not book, total scam - This is a total scam. This hotel is nothing like the pictures, even outside it has a different name.Hotel Town's Paradise. The place is dirty, old, broken... When I was checking out at 6am in the reception a rat ran through my legs. I'm not expecting a 5* hotel for the price, but at least a minimum standard should be enforced. I can't understand how this hotel has the rating it does in Booking.com, I won't trust ratings again.

- Mitali (1/5): Not hygienic at all - Location is good, very close to Fortis Mohali Lacked basic hygiene, placed was riddled with cockroach both in bathroom and room. Flush was not cleaned properly, pillows were dirty, were covered by clean pillowcase but inside the pillows were gray

- Priyamvada (1/5): Their bathroom stinks - The bathroom was smelling like a railway platform. They had put up 5 packets of odonil in one bathroom to mask the smell to no avail. We couldnt even take bath the next day due to the smell. There are no eateries nearby. Be prepare to book a 200 rupees ola for a meal.

This was extremely shocking and disappointing to hear, especially after receiving a confirmation of my booking.

January 1 st - January 2 nd 2024. It's took another 30 min to look for another room same location and we had to stay low rating hotel . This is not to be expected from booking.com First day of the year starts which I never expected

- Ashish (7/5): Good value for money - Nice location. Good value for money. Basic amenities were provided. Rooms had working ACs which was good for summer. Quality and condition was average. Also we were charged for breakfast despite us booking with breakfast included.
