• Yosuman (10/5): Outstanding stay - Unima Grand is one of my favorite hotels each time I go to Male. It’s in a perfect location, the staff is just lovely, the restaurant on the top floor is great. It’s well maintained and very neat. Amazing location, you just can’t find any flat even if you try. I highly recommend it to everyone ❤️🌸 1)The staff - is the real asset to the hotel 2) The hygiene- clean and well arranged 3) The location- very convenient if you need to go to the airport ( Pick up and Drop off -service) which makes it really convenient if you have early morning departures. You breakfast is always packed ready for you

Constant traffic noise, crack in the mirror above bar fridge, size of the rooms are too small. No chance of sleeping till late due to their prayer resiting on a microphone early in the morning.

• Raphael Melodie (6/5): Bien situé, ptit dej et navette super - Bien dans l’ensemble. Gros plus grace a la navette pour l’aéroport. Et restaurant tres bien aussi sur le rooftop. Un peu déçue niveau chambre car j’ai reservé et payé pour 3personnes (2 adultes et un enfant de 6ans) et mon fils n’a pas eu de lit. Nous avons donc dormi a 3 dans un lit double qui semblait plus petit que du 160. Donc assez mauvaise nuit…

• Aleksandra (5/5): Даже просто переночевать останавливаться не стоит - чистое белье, чистота в номере прокуренный номер, шумно, поселили на 9 этаже, на 10 кухня. до 12 ночи шум посуды, двиганья столов, ужасно. остановились чтобы переночевать и отправиться на резорт, но спать так и не удалось. шумный кондиционер дует на кровать и светит в глаза.

The pick up from airport and drop off to the airport is the best. The location is close to the bridge and right few steps away from the mosque. Lo elegi por la cercanía a la playa artificial para recordar el mar y lo bonito que fueron mis vacaciones. Mi habitación la elegi con vista al mar 😍 En el desayuno tenes de todo para elegir? Y tiene unas vistas al mar increíble No tuve en cuenta la cercanía con dos mezquitas y eso me ha despertado por la madrugada alrededor de las 4 am. Pero estaba tan cansada post viaje que luego seguía durmiendo. El personal sólo habla su idioma e inglés, entiendo idioma universal. Pero quizas podrían implementar español/italiano debido a los turistas.

• Admir Izic (7/5): - We had to find accommodation unexpectedly because our flight was canceled, and this was one of the few available options. Based on the photos, we were a bit concerned, but in the end we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older and the price was very affordable, but it was well maintained, clean, and regularly serviced. Overall, it offered great value for money. Staff immediately picked us (and returned back) from airport for free. Communication was great. Room was smaller, but enough for a short stay. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust properly at night, so it was either too cold or the air felt stuffy. Another downside was the location, there is a mosque right next to the hotel, which woke us up during the night.
• Jelena (8/5): Great location for a short stay in Male - Great location, easily accessible from the airport and ferry port. It is very convenient for a short stay as it is very easy to go to other islands from there for day trips. Also, there is plenty of coffee shops around within the walking distance. Breakfast options are a bit limited for Western European taste, but basics are there.

Ottimo servizio incluso da/per aeroporto, precisi , puntuali , professionali e disponibili. Se si parte presto danno la colazione in un sacchetto . Eccezionale il ristorante all ultimo piano , si mangia benissimo, abbondante e si paga poco . Le stanze un pochino anguste ma pulite , letto molto comodo e con tutti i comfort. Se cercate una struttura per le mie stesse necessità ve la consiglio. Tutto ok

• Andrey (10/5): Отличный отель - Отель организовал трансфер из аэропорта в отель и обратно, который входит в стоимость номера. Номера очень удобные. Брали с завтраком и ужином. На ужин дают на выбор по меню в пределах 20 долларов на человека. Этого вполне хватает на выбор салата, основного блюда, напитка и десерта. Завтрак - неплохой шведский стол с выбором нескольких горячих блюд. Берём этот отель не впервый раз, поскольку он удобно расположен (близко до аэропорта), включены трансфер и питание. В номере кондиционер работал слабовато.
• Misha (8/5): Worth the money for a short stay - Great location and rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious and open to customers during Ramadan fasting hours. The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The room was a little dingy with a slight chemical smell. However for the price and location it was great for a one night stay.

Это очень мешает комфортному отдыху. Выспаться не удалось. Завтрак не был столь хорош, как написано в отзывах. Хороший вид - тоже спорно
• Marie-Claire (5/5): - Das Personal war freundlich und der inkludierte Transfer vom Hafen und am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen hat gut funktioniert. Das Abendessen im Restaurant mit Meerblick war lecker und preislich in Ordnung. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ok. Für eine Nacht reicht es. Durch die benachbarte Moschee ist es bereits vor 5 Uhr sehr laut. Da wir bereits früh zum Flughafen mussten, haben wir ein Frühstück to go bekommen. Für den Preis der Unterkunft war dies sehr minimalistisch.

• Diana (9/5): - It is a nice hotel, close to the airport. They arranged the taxi to pick us up from the port and also took us to the airport without problems. We didn't have breakfast because we were leaving early but they gave us packed breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant on the top floor. Food was very nice, we were really satisfied. Cleaning the rooms early in the morning (at 5 am) disturb other guests that are still sleeping.

• Aart (8/5): Prima hotel om 1 nacht te verblijven. - Dicht bij het vliegveld. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Aardig personeel. Goede shuttle service. Toen we van het eiland waar we zaten aankwamen bij de pier, werden we keurig opgewacht en naar het hotel gebracht. En de volgende ochtend weer op tijd naar het vliegveld gebracht. Dit is bij de prijs inbegrepen. We hadden 2 kamers geboekt en de ene had geen uitzicht. Je keek tegen de muur van het gebouw ernaast. Er staan 2 moskeeën vlakbij, die ‘s ochtends bij het ochtendgloren oproepen tot gebed. Hiervan kun je wakker worden.

Ужинали в ресторане на 10 м этаже. Видно что хороший повар, все блюда очень хорошо приготовлены- все очень вкусно и за приемлемые деньги.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Overall a good place to stay when you need to be in Male - We were able to book for 6 nights at short notice - due to the conflict in the Middle East our flights to the UK were cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay. We needed to arrange a visa extension as the cancellation of our flights meant we would exceed our 30 day limit. We had a huge amount of trouble and stress trying to do this, until the hotel's accountant, THILEEPAN helped us - he went above and beyond to ensure we were able to obtain our visa extensions once we had new flights. If it was not for Thileepan we would not have been able to fly - he was the only person who genuinely tried to help us in our stressful situation and we will be forever grateful for his kindness and support. Thank you again Thileepan! The hotel is situated within short walking distance of the airline offices, as well as restaurants, shops, the sea front etc. The room was pleasant with a great view across to Hulhumale. We were able to get fresh towels and bed linen change but generally had to request this The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including healthy options. Coffee was good too (rare in the Maldives!) The breakfast service staff were very polite and efficient. Airport transfer was was provided and ran on time. Only 10 minutes drive when there is minimal traffic about. Overall, a good place to stay if you unexpectedly need an extended stay in Male, as was the case for us. One night would have been fine, but given the stressful situation we were in, 6 nights was more than enough. Whilst the reception staff were pleasant and helpful, there was a definite language barrier. The bathroom was small and basic; the hand held shower did not work well, however the overhead shower worked fine - also we never really had a hot shower, just luke warm most of the time. The bed was very firm (I appreciate it's a personal thing, but way too hard for us). Our room, on the 6th floor, was 'sandwiched' between two mosque minarets and their speakers, which meant a very loud early wake up call every morning. We appreciate the Maldives is a muslim country, so this is just by way of notice that if you were to request a quiet room on a lower floor it may be better.
• Deborah (10/5): - Locatie, gratis shuttle. We werden opgehaald van vliegveld, en naar onze speedboot gebracht. Ontbijt heerlijk , goede koffie en geweldig uitzicht. Lunch ook heerlijk en niet duur. X
