Gianluca Cavalca (9/5): Un'oasi di pace a due passi dal centro. - Struttura elegante, con ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, un parco molto ben curato e il parcheggio interno che in centro a Brescia è un grande valore aggiunto. Colazione di alta qualità con abbondante scelta, servita in una sala ampia ed elegante. Cortesia e professionalità dello staff. Pace e tranquillità. Pulizia della struttura e delle camere. Nel bagno non funzionava l'aspiratore (spina staccata ma irraggiungibile poiché quasi al soffitto).

The hotel was near the sites of interest in the old city, and was within walking distance of the train station. The restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced meals. Wern A (9/5): - Diese "Unterkunft" ist wahrlich etwas Besonderes. Meine Frau und ich haben dort die Nacht vom 06. auf 07. Mai verbracht. Doch dieser kurze Aufenthalt hat auf uns einen großen Eindruck gemacht. Das Gebäude strahlt in Gänze eine Ruhe aus, die man erfahren haben muss. Allein das Restaurant ist ein Besuch wert. Der uns betreunende und sehr sympathische Kellner hat das Abendessen zu einem Erlebnis besonderer Güte gemacht. Es gibt nichts zu beklagen.

remy (8/5): Grandezza zum Übernachten - Schon das letzte Mal, als wir hier waren fanden wir das Hotel mit seiner grosszügigen Anlage als äusserst angenehm. Der Bau ist beeindruckend und strahlt eine gewisse Grandezza aus. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem kann das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht werden. Hinzu kommt der grosse eingefriedete Parkplatz.

Stefan (8/5): Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück, aber mein Zimmer war nicht den Preis angemessen - Das Anwesen ist sehr Palazzo ähnlich und herrschaftlich und sehr schön Die Möblierung ist Feuchtigkeit und das Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man sich am BD vorbei schlängeln.

Henk (9/5): Great hotel, good value, quiet in the middle of the city - Excellent, peaceful and quiet location. Very nice breakfast and dinner, at very affordable prices. Parking on-site, room with balcony/terrace comfortable. The restaurant was not open two of three nights during our stay - one evening due to a religious conference and the other on Sunday.

Mike (10/5): Great Place to Stay in Brescia, Especially if you've never eaten Casoncelli - Nice large room with a terrace. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure and water heated quickly. It really felt like a night of spirituality as this is an active Catholic Institution. I read reviews of people basically complaining that the rooms were baron, or didn't have a lot of toiletries beyond a 3 in 1 bottle of of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, so I'll remind the people that wrote such narratives in their reviews The foundations of the Catholic Church’s beliefs, particularly regarding personal consumption and wealth, are rooted in the concepts of stewardship, solidarity, and the dignity of the human person. The principle of "meeting needs while limiting wants" is driven by Catholic Social Teaching, which emphasizes that goods are meant to sustain life and foster well-being rather than satisfy insatiable desires. What surprised me the most was the restaurant, outstanding food. I had never even heard of Casoncelli before and theirs was absolutely delicious. My wife had Osso Bucco which they were able to make Gluten Free for her as she's celiac. We had an incredilbe local white wine and dessert was as amazing as the dinner. The restaurant really surprised me in a good way and the room had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We had a quiet, good night's sleep! Nothing, everything was fine.

Chambre un peu vieillotte,salle de bain qui serait à refaire ,Cela jure par rapport au reste de l'hôtel. Les portes seraient à changées.du coup les chambres sont tres mal insonorisée, nous entendions tres bien nos voisins de chambres.
Marleen G (6/5): Not impressed - Fair enough sleepover, but don't expect something fancy. It was a good enough stay, but nothing like how it's presented in the ad on booking. It has the feel of a place that wants to be nice but doesn't quite succeed. It's a big conference building of sorts (I think), and our room was a long walk through the building. Not at all soundproof, the room was very spartan and simple, and the bathroom was not nice. The floor wasn't very clean either, although it was otherwise clean. The whole hotel is well described by the permanent hairdryer in the bathroom - which had a wrong plug and couldn't be plugged in. It's like they're trying, but it doesn't work. Also, got a schedule from the receptionist for the airport buses, which totally had the times wrong.

CLAUDE (7/5): Bien - Emplacement pas trop éloigné du centre + le parking est parfait Accueil aussi anonyme et peu chaleureux que dans un hall d'aéroport, mis à part la responsable du petit-déjeuner qui se donne de la peine et est souriante.

Rohrreinigung (9/5): Für uns die erste Adresse in Brescia! - Ein beeindruckendes Gebäude im Zentrum von Brescia. Unser Zimmer verfügte über ein komplett neues Bad. Der Fahrstuhl hat seine Zeit überlebt, Auch in einem neuen Bad könnten Handtuchhalter montiert sein. Bis auf Bad und TV war das Zimmer eher altbacken.

Il parcheggio interno è un vero plus! Il fatto che ci sia il ristorante interno senza necessità di prenotazione, ci ha salvato la serata, visto che la bambina era stanca. Il personale sia dell’hotel che del ristorante è stato gentilissimo Niente

Paola (5/5): Prachtige locatie, super personeel, monumentale pand wel veel aandachtspunten. - Fantastisch personeel. Hele mooie en goede locatie: een minuut of 3 lopen van het centrum. Je bent zo op de Piazzale Arnaldo waar je veel barretjes en restaurants hebt. Brescia is een prachtige stad. Het hotel heeft allure, een schitterende tuin, groot eigen gratis parkeerplaats, ontbijt is goed. Het hotel staat ook bekend als mooie vergader locatie, met meerdere vergaderzalen in het groot prachtig paleis. Heeft dus veel potentie. De kamer. Ik wist niet dat wij zo'enorme low budget kamer hadden geboekt. Het was bloedheet in de hele kleine kamer en het was niet mogelijk om de verwarming lager te zetten. Wij hebben met open ramen geslapen. Dus hoorden wij steeds de luidruchtige geluiden van mensen die laat terug kwamen (met de ramen dicht hadden wij het niet gehoord, maar het was echt te heet, zeker boven de 25 graden). De kamer was klein en met achterstallig onderhoud. Geen gordijnen maar wel houten externe luiken. De luiken gingen niet dicht, gelukkig iemand van het personeel, met gevaar voor eigen leven (raam is vrij laag en als je uit hangt kan je zo naar beneden vallen) , is het hem gelukt om de oude stijve luiken toch te sluiten zodat wij in het donker konden slapen. Wel met de ramen open vanwege de hitte. Kozijnen vallen uit elkaar, moeten dringend gerestaureerd worden. Muren heel dun. S'nachts lag ik wakker van het gesnurk van de buren (idee: als er verder de kamers op de gang niet bezet zijn en je hebt er maar 2 bezet, zet de gasten niet naast elkaar maar met minstens 1 lege kamer tussen). De kamer was zo slecht dat het mij verbaasde dat zo'n prachtige locatie zulke slecht onderhouden kleine kamertjes uberhaupt wilt aanbieden. Verder, viel mij op dat men nog ver is van het gedachte van energie besparing. Het hele hotel, inclusief prachtige monumentale trap met plafonds van misschien wel 13 meter, was echt heel heet verwarmd de hele dag door ook was het buiten 19 graden, binnen was het zeker boven de 20 in alle ruimtes. Maar vooral in de kamer was het bloed en bloed heet. Overdag overal lichten aan. Ik zie een besparking. Nogmaals: hulde aan het personeel. Maar het management verdiet geen voldoende, in mijn ogen. Daarom vind ik dat er geen goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding was.

Suzanne (10/5): - We were a group of over 70 guests, and the hotel was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in and arrange an early breakfast for everyone, which made a huge difference to our stay. The location is absolutely perfect as well.
