Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad - Bad experience the building is very old no electricity and they haven’t manage it for one week
- Usman (4/5): Cheap Place to stay - Place was located in downtown but needs a lot of improvement. Room needs renovation.
- Dhruv (2/5): Worst Stay - 7 nights got cut to 1 night - This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with a hotel. I think I am very flexible with my standards. As long as I get good WiFi and cleanliness, other things do not bother me as much. This hotel was so bad that I had initially booked for 7 nights and I had to check out the next day. Even staying there for one night was such a task.
To start with, they had no internet when I checked in. To top it up, the Arabic guy at front desk lied that it will be done in a few hours and then those few hours converted to next day. I was the only guest in the hotel which was scary. It looked haunted from the inside. I have seen better cleanliness in backpackers than this. The room was dark and smelled awful. Half the lights were not working and they were unwilling to fix it. No towels, slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, drinking water, nothing at all that was promised on website. Taps were broken. If you go to front desk to complain, managers will never bother to meet you on the pretext of having lunch. I mean, you can't be having lunch all day. Not to mention they could not even speak basic English and expect you to know Arabic.
The only good thing was the location. They had subway, Dunkin Donuts, super market and pizza shops next door. But there are many other hotels on the same street that should have been preferred. I heard when I was leaving that the hotel is going to shut in a week. Thank god for that.
- m (4/5): Run down hotel close to a lot of things - Had to stay close to client and this was the most reasonably priced in the area
- Salem (6/5): - The worst housekeeping ever
