- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too.

- JIYOUN (8/5): 산타마리아 노벨라역 주변에 좋은 아파트! - 1. 위치는 피렌체 산타마리아 노벨라역과 가까웠으며 주변에 가까운 마트도 있어서 편리했습니다. 2. 시설은 거실과 방이 넓은 편이어서 이용하는데 좋았습니다. (대부분의 도구도 다 갖춰진 상태였습니다) 3. 바닥과 소파 베드 등에 일부 머리카락이 발견되는 등 다소 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 4. 안내해준 직원이 친절하였으며 사전 안내도 상당히 좋았습니다. (사무실과 숙소는 다른 건물)

- Diego (8/5): Recommended - Pros: good location, space, amenities and self checkin. It was few min walk from major tourist spots, few meters from the train station connecting to the airport. We got an apartment at Via Benedetta 1st floor that comfortly accommodated 3 adults and one baby (1 bedroom, 1 baby cot, 1 sofa/bedroom). It had high ceilings, a indoor terrace and the master bed wouldn't even make any noise when moving. Self checkin was easy with the app, getting the keys one block away. Short distance from Grota di Leo, Arts Inn and 13 Gobi. Cons: few details to be aware Bathroom looked like recently renovated but the shower boxe had a gap and water would leak through it. City tax paid only by cash (might not be the hotel's call though). We could hear the neighbours but that's expected for this type of building in the city center. Being 3 stars, they had a sign in the door asking you to take out your garbage few meters away and no towels were changed during 5 nights stay but I did not bother checking if changing was included upon request.

- Michael (8/5): Who’d stay in a hotel when you can have this? - Run by a lovely team of people who are always on hand to assist. Very convenient to Firenze SMN and the city centre; plenty of eating options. Has 2 balconies, and all the essentials for a lovely stay. The one thing I would say is you have to treat items e.g furniture, toilet flusher etc in the apartment very gently, or they may break. Very reasonably priced for such a spacious apartment. Would have no hesitation returning.

The property felt spacious and homely. Wifi was good (for the kids!). Good amenities inside as well for cooking, clothes washing. We found it a lovely city and surroundings to enjoy and this apartment was a lovely place to return to each day.

The kitchen was great as it was well stalked with essentials for us. The location was very romantic and recognizable for us, so we never got lost. I would highly recommend this apartment!

They even had a large bottle of water in the fridge for us and left us a bag of vanilla wafer like cookies. The location was close enough to easily walk to Florence’s most important sites and the train station but was outside of busy night life and was thus quiet for sleeping. It was also a very short walk to a Hertz where we left Florence from to drive off and explore more of Tuscany. We would stay there again!

Close walk to the train station, but still far enough that you are in a quiet neighborhood. This space had everything we needed, including kitchenware for cooking meals in room. Everything was spotless and new. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was a big plus and we had coffee outside. Check in was easy and our host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for cookies, coffee, oil, salt and pepper provided. We would recommend this apartment!!

- Tony (8/5): Great location - The apartment is in an excellent location only 5 minutes to the Duomo and very close to the train if you want to use Florence as a base for day trips such as Siena. The apartment was very clean with a kitchenette that was really handy for breakfast and dinner if you wanted to stay in for the night. Please be mindful this apartment was on the top floor so there were some steep flights of stairs to navigate as there is no lift. It wouldn't be suitable for people who will struggle with heavy luggage

It is close to the train station and yet also very easy walk to the Duomo etc. Francesco was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient for our family. We would definitely stay here again.
- Cameron (6/5): Basic apartment near the train station - The apartment is a couple of blocks closer to the train station and further from the centre than the add shows. It is in a block of apartments with security gate and secure access. Large, comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and two double fold out sofas in another room with a door. Full kitchen with kitchenware that we cooked in. Clean but dated.

- Stephen (10/5): Exactly what we were expecting - We had never taken an apparment before so we were unsure exactly how it was going to work. We needn't have worried as the management staff kept us fully informed by text and it worked out beautifully. They told us where to meet, where to leave our bags if we arrived early and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself was clean, functional and was precisely what the website had described. The location suited us as it was a few moments walk from the train station and only as 15 minute stroll into the centre of town.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious apartment - We stayed in the Simple Station Stay apartment and it was fine. Very spacious, air conditioning, and a lift in the building. There are a few things in the apartment that need work, such as tub/shower problems and stained/dirty carpet (my baby's clothes got quite dirty after 20 mins of crawling). But in total, the apartment was fine and it was great coming back to a spacious place after lots of sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helped us with our bags. The location was great if arriving/departing by train.
- cynthia (10/5): Comfortable and convenient apartment - The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and within walking distance to all attractions without out being directly in the middle of all the crowds. Francesco was very hospitable and helpful with luggage as well as with recommendations and directions for local coffee shops, restaurants and even provided us with a map of the city. It should be noted that the apartment is located on the top floor of a 16th century building so there are many steep, narrow stairs to climb. Not a problem for us but could be for some.
- Gloria (10/5): Spacious comfortable apartment, helpful staff - We really enjoyed the beautiful, spacious apartment with enough room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, utensils, fridge and microwave etc, beds were comfy and everything was clean. Washing machine was handy to have, too. Francesco was very warm, friendly, and helpful. He checked us in and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations for lunch and dinner (the florentine steak) - delicious food, great service at reasonable prices. If we're in Florence again, we'd happily stay at Novella apartments again!
- Jo (10/5): Great place for family of four - our experience and stay was beyond my expectations when I booked. We ended up with a spacious place to relax after a full day of walking and sightseeing. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the place is clean and furnished with everything we need to feel like we are home. Will definitely consider booking it again.

Overall could use a few little touches like a pan in the kitchen, something for the mosquito's - the one in the room did not have supplies.
