• Delphine (5/5): Service client à revoir - L'emplacement. La facilité d'y accéder par des codes Logement bien situé pour découvrir Lisbonne, mais plusieurs points sont à améliorer. J’avais précisé plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée que nous avions besoin de deux lits séparés pour mon fils et moi. Pourtant, le second lit n’était pas préparé et aucun drap n’était fourni. Malgré plusieurs messages envoyés au propriétaire, nous n’avons obtenu ni réponse satisfaisante ni solution concrète pendant le séjour. Par ailleurs, la propreté générale du logement mériterait également plus d’attention. C’est dommage, car avec un meilleur suivi client et davantage de soin dans la préparation du logement, l’expérience aurait été beaucoup plus agréable.
• Ana (6/5): A link to history - Location was fantastic and also to stay where Severa was born is a lovely link to history. I think that there a few things that could be improved. The fridge was leaking and as it was near the door to bathroom, so as there was no mop there was a bit of a puddle which you had to remember to avoid. The cups and a saucepan were not clean. There was evidence of wear and tear with table and kitchenette area. A little bit more attention to detail.

La cortina del lavabo estaba sucia 6. El dispensador de jabón estaba roto 7. La ducha estaba sucia 8. Falta material de limpieza, para ni siquiera barrer un poco. • Alba (3/5): cockroaches - Not a bad location. The place was full of cockroaches 🪳 and it was very disgusting. We had to kill 5-6 of them every day. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, near the bed... There was no bug spray either, so there was nothing we could really do about them. The bathroom sink was also really small, and it was quite difficult to use without getting the floor wet. Instructions on how the door lock worked would've been appreciated as well, but we had none.

Не работала стиральная машина. Плохо работала плита. В холодильнике отваливалась дверца морозилки. В душевой на зеркале остались следы рук от парочки, которая занималась сексом опираясь на зеркало. Грязный пол по всей квартире и особенно в душевой.
• jwas (8/5): I enjoyed living there (two weeks), the place has its own atmosphere, just like the neighbourhood. - A very comfortable solution for 1-2 people, with plenty of space and a separate sleeping area. Very good location, 4 or 9 minutes to the bus stop (depending on the line), 9 minutes to the 28E tram stop. About a 30-minute walk to the city centre. Lots of restaurants for dinner. Quite noisy in the evenings, with a liquor shop right outside the window, which meant loud young people until around 10 p.m. Every day at 11.40 p.m., a garbage truck drove past the windows. The windows have no curtains, so I recommend bringing some paper to cover them, at least those on the bedroom side. I missed the microwave - for those who stay only two-three nights it is not important. I have stayed two weeks, so it mattered for me.

Por las noches la gente está en la calle y se escucha todo, incluso se sientan en tu puerta y al ser d madera con muchas ranuras entran los olores a tabaco y todos los ruidos. Tuvimos que llamar la atención a un hombre que venía todas las noches a sentarse en la puerta a beber y al apoyarse nos asustábamos pensando que querían entrar en el apartamento. Había un colchón en la litera súper sucio, con marcas de orín(tengo fotos) la plancha estaba negra así que no pusimos planchas ni una prenda. Faltaban muchas cosas esenciales. Nosotros viajábamos con una niña de 6 años y hacíamos desayunos y cenas en el apartamento. No había microondas, ni balleta, ni escoba, ni pelador, solo había 2 cucharillas. El horno no se ha limpiado en años. En el baño se hacía un charco dentro de la ducha. Cuando preguntamos por el “servicio de taquillas” para poder guardar maletas unas horas hasta q saliera nuestro vuelo, nadie nos contestó en horas. Cuando contestaron, las taquillas resultaron ser unos armarios grandes donde guardaban los productos d limpieza. Así que si quieres.. tienes que fiarte que nadie se lleve tu maleta de ese armario. Un desastre

• Nickel (6/5): You pay for what you get, nice enough for a stag-do. - Good location for a party as there was a street party directly outside the flat. If you aren't looking for a party then you wouldn't have enjoyed staying here as the street outside was chaos until 3am. There was no aircon and the temp in Lisbon exceeded 37 degree celcius so it was alomst impossible to sleep and there was one fan between 11 of us.
• Gobeljic (5/5): Passable - The apartment is in a great location, and the hosts are very nice. I had booked the apartment for three people. The double bed that I shared with my sister was fine, but the other bed for our friend wasn’t very accessible — it’s a bunk bed and placed very high, so you can’t sit upright in it.
• Juan (10/5): Good location - It was good. Specially as we arrived earlier and needed to switch rooms because we moved from a 2 to a 4 paxs room. The walls were thin and some other gusta loud so keep in mind it is not a quiet area. Other than that. It was perfect

Place is clean, well lit and specious. - The location was very good, close to town centre and the river as well as easy to access by bus or metro. Loads of small restaurants and shops around making it very easy for us, especially traveling with a senior who wasn't able to walk as much. Beds were comfy and access was easy. Place felt safe. Place was not quite equipped for 4 people. The kitchen dining sets were for 2 -3 people max. We managed to work around it but that's something that could be easily addressed for better experience I think.
• Katie (7/5): My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! - Didn’t have to collect any keys, it made the whole check in process quick and efficient! The actual accommodation was small but perfect for my partner and I. Located so central which made getting around Lisbon so easy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for 2! The bathroom isn’t in the best condition which was the only downside to the actual accommodation as it was very small and difficult for anyone tall. as well as the fact that on the ground floor you can hear everything from outside but it did not impact the stay.

• Angeles (1/5): WORST PLACE EVER! (Belive me I work in a 5stars Hotel) DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS! YOU'LL REGRET! - Nothing to Like! Don't Book Here! There's plenty of better options on lower prices. This place was terrible in terms of price, quality, and the attitude of the staff. From the moment I made the reservation, I had to call and send text messages countless times just to get information on how to properly check in. When I arrived, the place was covered in weeks' worth of dirt. The floor was completely filthy with dirt, leaves, and dog hair, the walls were covered in handprints, and I found hair everywhere. The beds weren't made! I SLEPT ON THE SOFA! WHICH WASN'T EVEN A SOFA BED FOR 2 DAYS! The mattresses had dirt and dead ants all over them, there was no heating working or hot water for a shower, the bathroom had a terrible smell of urine, and the curtains had stains that looked like feces on them. IT WAS DISGUSTING! I took photos and videos of how this place looked (cant post all here). It's a disgrace to everyone who knows and works in hospitality. I contacted Booking, sending them proof of all this, to get my money back, and the reception team of the place never responded, not even to Booking's customer service. They responded 2 days later to say that if I wanted, I could go to another place. AWFUL PLACE!! HORRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS THEY POST, THEY ARE EDITED, AND THE PLACE IS NOT LIKE THAT!

Nous avions réservé deux nuits, rentrer a été un réel calvaire! L’odeur du canapé et des plaids n’en parlons pas! Des traces fécales dans les WC, rideau de douche plein de moisissures, machine à laver inutilisable au vu de l’état, frigo et four sale! Nous avons du tout nettoyer et JAVELISER avant de nous doucher! Les photos prouvent clairement tout!

Les gens sont très bruyants dans le secteur et les camions de poubelles passent pendant la nuit et font tout un vacarme. Il fait également chaud, car il n’y a qu’un petit ventilateur pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons dû acheter du savon pour le corps. Il y avait aussi des taches blanches suspectes sur le divan vert. Les taxis ont de la difficulté à trouver l’endroit semble-t-il. Je dirais que l’appartement en général était quand même bien pour y rester 3 nuits. Le petit frigo était bien apprécié!

• Shahrzad (8/5): Very good - The communication was easy and quick and we had the chance to change our apartment, which was amazing!! First we had an apartment in the ground floor. We were really unhappy because we couldn't properly open the windows without being seen, smoke came inside easily, it was loud, wifi did not work, there were a few things we were not satisfied with. But the contact person told us we can change the apartment to the other building in the second floor. We were really happy to change and that our host was friendly communicating with us. Thank you so much for helping us out!

• Dulcie (7/5): Lacking in care and detail - It was in an amazing location and being in the loft meant it felt safe and private. It had big windows so felt airy. The space was poorly designed: the slanted ceiling meant I banged my head constantly. The shower didn't attach to the wall so had to hold it up myself. No plugs near the beds. The kitchen sink was tiny and in a weird place so hard to use. Only 1 pillow each. In the description it said there would be complimentary toiletries and wine and there was none. The photos imply a separate bedroom, balcony and much more space which there wasn't.

Apartment is tidy (could be cleaner). But overall it was a great experience, very easy to access and host is responsive.

• Boaz (1/5): Buyer beware- I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property as it is unclean and unsafe. - The location was convenient to tour the neighborhood. The street itself has a lot of night life options. The apartment smelled of mildew pervasively. The smell of mildew came from the washing machine, which is in the bedroom, and from the bathroom. The smell was so strong we felt concern for our health and the health of our children. It was so unbearable that we had to leave after one night (out of three nights we reserved). We had to wash all of our clothes to get the smell of mildew out. The shower backed up and would not drain well. There were also electrical issues in the building. We contacted the property owner multiple times and did not receive a response. We also contacted Bookings.com to ask for them to intervene, but they too cannot receive a response from the owner. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property as it is unclean and unsafe.

• Ronja (7/5): Generally it was a good stay, because the place was nice and not too pricy. - The apartment was quite big, clean and comfortable. I called the host in the morning of the arrival to ask about how I would enter the airbnb, because my confirmation email said I would "meet someone on the location". He told me I should have received another email with a PIN, but I told him unfortunately I haven't received it. So we agreed we would meet there at 14h. When I arrived no-one was there to wait for me, he didn't pick up the phone and it was raining. I had to catch someone there to help me calling another colleague there. In the end it worked out well, but it was a bit annoying to be honest.

• Lisieux (6/5): Would stay here again if the hosts were easier to communicate with and they improved the service - good places to eat nearby, and interesting location. no metro nearby, or other transport which made it hard in the rain to get to other places. Hard to locate it when we arrived at night from the train station as we had to walk a long way to find it only a set of towels for one person, even though they said they would give us more. People continually knocked on our door looking for a key to enter the other apartments, day and night. The TV did not work. We called the host and messaged the host everyday and nobody came to fix it. The wires were hanging out of the wall and not connected to the TV
• Ana (6/5): Unclean small apartment in a good location - The location and neighborhood were great. The staff was friendly. The cleanness was bellow standard, the kitchen was very small with an uncomfortable sink. The bathroom was outdated, unclean with a broken shower curtain.

I requested to add 2 more people to the reservation, which they allowed but there were no towels and sheets (bed made) for the 4 people. The apartment was dirty and unacceptable.
• Sofiia (2/5): Very poor - When we arrived we were given a code from another room. Therefore, we first opened someone else's room, there were already people. However, we were immediately reset the code for our room, which was cramped and dirty. The bed is dirty and the floors are dusty. The bathroom is very small. The room was not at all the same as in the photo, the window faced the wall. It was also very loud, as there is construction nearby.

• Alice (6/5): Good place if you are a tourist, close to spots to explore the city, but not suitable for remot work - The location is really good, easy to reach and close to a lot of nice spots and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room/kitchen was good, well equipped The wifi was really poor, not suitable for a digital nomad / anyone needing to work remotely. The place is at ground floor which may become very noisy both during the day and the night.

• Teresa (4/5): Disappointing - We were truly disappointed with our stay. The Wi-Fi did not work. In addition, there was no TV available, as mentioned in the apartment description. We contacted the host to report both issues but nothing was done to solve either of them during our stay. There was a lot of noise in the street, including after 10 pm, during the week days.

• John (5/5): Comments - Location Communication before hand that eased finding and getting into the flat. Flat had been warmed up before we arrived Flat wasn't clean. No equipment to clean flooring. Tap on sink loose and work top had been damaged. Shower difficult to adjust. Could be dangerous for children. Coffee maker did not work as it leaked so waisted on the coffee capsules for it. Seating arrangements in living area in comfortable. The slats in one of the foldable seats were loose. Only one heater that had to be moved. Very few utensils. No wine glasses. No basics such as salt or pepper. Very small quantity of lavatory paper provided. Very limited quantity of bedding provided especially for the advertised capacity.

• Dorothy (4/5): Disappointing - we arrived the property at night and we didn’t receive any instructions on how to check in. the host was nowhere to be reached (we tried calling and emailing). our flight was delayed and we were unable to notice the host that we’ll check in at a later time while on the plane. it’s truly disappointing that the host did not reach out at all and assumed a no show from us. the area also did not seem safe to us as we almost got robbed by the neighbour’s kids. really odd that the neighbours were partying at 12am with their kids running around on the street. they were trying to rob our luggages while we were waiting for the host to answer our call. we got really scared so we immediately left to stay in a city hotel that night.

• Starlite (6/5): it was good for two nights. - i liked the space of the apartment and that there was a code for the door for east entry, east check in and out. the property didn’t really communicate efficiently until the day before our stay. the bathroom sink was so small and low, lots of flies everywhere.

• Alexandria (8/5): Good spot and good price for a quick overnight - It was a bit hard to find the apartment since there is no sign. But as soon as we found the right location a woman came out to greet us and gave us the door code for the street and a key for the apartment. The apartment is very basic but also nice and clean. The location is good, close to an ok Santos neighborhood grocery and very close to an excellent breakfast place, Flora and Fauna. The only real disappointment was the old mattress since we could feel every spring. But this is a good place for a short low budget stay.

• Steven (10/5): Great neighborhood - We absolutely oved LIsbon and we absolutely loved the neighborhood, Madragoa. This was the perfect apartment for us. Our host was very helpful at all times and everything is close at hand in the neighborhood included some of the best food you'll every eat. You can Uber or cab into the center but you're probably going to do some hilly walking.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Es war toll ausgestattet und ruhig mit sogar Aussicht auf den fluss und die Dächer der Stadt. Die Kommunikation war eingeschränkt. Den code für den zugang bekam ich erst 3h vor check in.
• Diego (8/5): - La ubicación es buena aunque un poco ruidosa. A pesar de ser una calle peatonal, hay mucho ruido de los vecinos que conversan afuera y al ser un primer piso se escucha mucho. El departamento no tiene aire acondicionado y al no poder cerrar las ventanas por el calor, el ruido se escucha más.
