Simple and for good price - Even after reading the comments we had a good experience Our bedrooms were clean , simple but perfect for a short trip We tried to use the laundry area and unfortunately they didn’t work (no wash machine , no dryer) even if they had 6 machines . We tried to use the payment system and they didn’t accept visa or Mastercards Also the staff was amazing doing their work but they were enough (it was crowded) The management should considerate hire more people

Хостел находится очень близко к автобусной остановки до Венеции. Матрасы мягкие, постельное и полотенца чистые. Номер был очень маленький и не очень чистый (номер с личной ванной комнатой для двоих). Напор воды в душе очень слабый. Чистота и состояние номера оставляет желать лучшего. Также не понравилось, что вещи в камере хранения разрешают оставлять только во время check in, когда мы попросили оставить вещи в день отъезда, нам отказали, так как у них не работают ячейки для хранения вещей, однако во время заселения, мы оставляли вещи в luggage room, и там было достаточно места… Так как это хостел и там живут дети, вероятно приезжающие на школьные экскурсии, они ведут себя очень шумно, и из-за плохой звукоизоляции, мы несколько раз просыпались ночью из-за шума. Мы жили на втором этаже и наши окна выходили на дорогу, что некомфортно по двум причинам : вас видно из окна и не очень возможно например проветрить, из-за дорожной пыли. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить время check in и check out, check in в 15:00 это еще более менее приемлемо, однако check out в 10:00, для меня достаточно ранний, за доплату предлагается более позднее время для check out …

• Natália Andressa (8/5): - Great hostel with an excellent location! It’s very close to Mestre station, which made transportation super easy. The overall structure is really good, and I appreciated having a place to store backpacks and luggage. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The power outlets in the beds didn’t work, and there were no USB-C ports available. The sleeping cabins also don’t have lights or curtains, so privacy is limited. In the morning, the sunlight hits directly on your face, which makes it hard to sleep comfortably. Overall, I had a good experience mainly because of the perfect location and good facilities, but improving the beds/cabins would make the stay much better.

Los puertos usb para cargar el celular en la cama no andaban, pero había otros enchufes para aprovechar. La escalera para subir a las camas es incómoda, falta equipar la cocina (había creo que una cuchara y dos tenedores). La ventana de la habitación se abre poco.

• SUSANA (10/5): Excelente. - Consideraron mi petición de ser solo mujeres. El lugar era mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. La atención muy buena. Incluia sábanas, secadora, papel, y las camas contaban con suficiente espacio y una rejilla para guardar cómodamente las cosas al lado de los camarotes y una caja d e metal para el equipaje. También contaba con conexión a Internet. Ahhh muy cerca de la estación de bus y tren. Que cobraban por la toalla y no incluia desayuno. Pero supobgo qué depende de las ofertas que uno toma con anticipación. En cualquier caso, la opción de buffet muy bueno.

• Annika (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt um schnell und einfach in die Altstadt zu fahren. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe, falls man etwas braucht. Parkplätze in der Nähe auch gut zu finden, aber kostenpflichtig. Die Wände sind relativ dünn, man hört die Leute auf dem Gang ankommen oder auch das Nachbarzimmer.

• Renata Chersone (9/5): - O hotel é bom, tem um ótimo custo x benefício, funciona como hostel e tb tem opção de quarto privativo, fica bem perto da Estação de Trem Veneza-Mestre! O check in pode ser feito pela própria pessoa nos totens de atendimento. No saguão há lanchonete com opções de comida rápisa, como massas e pizzas, além de máquina de café! Alguns recepcionistas não são muito solícitos... eu precisava reservar um táxi de madrugada para ir para o aeroporto e o rapaz da recepção falou para eu procurar os taxistas da estação; em conversa com outra recepcionista, esta me orientou a procurá-los 10 minutos antes de sair do hotel, pois eles pediriam o táxi na hora. Os lockers do hotel estavam quebrados, então tivemos que guardar as mochilas no locker da estação. Outro ponto negativo é que não há recibo das malas na sala de bagagens e qualquer pessoa tem acesso à sala, ou seja, qualquer um pode levar sua mala embora!

Ich habe dieses Hostel gebucht, unter anderem weil ich gelesen hatte, dass man das Gepäck im Hostel nach dem check out aufbewahren kann, aber sie sagte nein. Außerdem durften wir nicht mit Bargeld bezahlen.
