Clim pas réglables, froid de canard. Escaliers sales. Salle de bain vétuste. Fenêtres pas accessibles à cause des vieux gros meubles. Ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Bref, un hôtel à éviter

• Jayne (3/5): If you're into partying late, this will be the place for you - The bed was nice. The shower was nice. The front desk check-in lady was nice There's a bar next door that plays loud music until 11:00 p.m. that was not stated anywhere when I booked this. There's no microwave or coffee maker in the room. I could not get into the lobby area using the code. I was not informed there was an elevator so hauled my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs outside. When I tried to use it to come down at checkout it was not working. I informed the front desk girl, the first younger girl didn't even know anything about it. The other woman who came on shift said oh yeah it's broken. Off site parking is like three blocks away.

The only redeeming feature was the balcony, which was nice to sit on at night—but that alone doesn’t come close to making up for everything else. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This place was a huge disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. The room looked nothing like the photos, and the bathroom was especially bad—dirty, bare, and cheap, with no rugs or basic comforts. It honestly felt more like a rundown Motel 6 than a place charging these prices. We didn’t have hot water the first night, which is unacceptable. There were no individual AC or heat controls, so we couldn’t even make the room comfortable. Don’t expect modern amenities either—there are no USB ports except for two on an old, outdated bedside clock that looked like it came from a discount store. There was never any mention of breakfast or coffee, and none was offered. No water bottles in the room. On top of that, we had to park two blocks away, which was extremely inconvenient, especially after paying what we did. Overall, this stay felt misleading and overpriced. The only redeeming feature was the balcony, which was nice to sit on at night—but that alone doesn’t come close to making up for everything else. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The room was not as nice as depicted in the photos, especially the bathroom and the tub/shower. Very old and in need of replacement. Obviously very worn which gave the appearance of being unclean. • melinda (4/5): Bed NO Breakfast! - Not as advertised! Don’t fall for it like we did. Now this place charges for everything…cleaning fees on day for you to arrive. Evidently they charge if you don’t show up for breakfast …not that we were offered any. Parking fee is ok but lot is 3 blocks away…hope you didn’t forget anything in the car! They have an elevator but didn’t go from 1st to second floor …my disabled husband was not happy. I got to carry the luggage up to the room. We got a text to join them for breakfast and was then told there was no breakfast. We don’t mind paying for the hotel, parking etc but we walked by multiple lots to get to our car. No breakfast in a bed and breakfast is inexcusable. We left a day early and just went home. The room was fine and the hotel was a little run down and musty smelling. It is in a good location. We will go back to St Augustine and stay somewhere else. The only reason we stayed here was because of the elevator…I guess it was wrong of me to assume it went to every floor.

Staff does not stay on site after 6pm, so you’re own your own. Free cookie at night was good. Bedroom and balcony was nice and clean. Strange breakfast with three items and no options. 1) Purple sorbet or something, 2) mushy not fully cooked biscuit with gravy on top and what looked like a tiny bit of egg under the gravy, and 3) a very mushy and greasy hash brown thing which did not taste like potato. I couldn’t eat hardly any of it. Would have been happier with fresh fruit and a muffin at least. And, they state they will charge you $15 if you don’t tell them you’re not going to this breakfast. In other words, don’t go to this breakfast, but make sure you tell them you’re not going to breakfast!

• Paroline (7/5): I would suggest for the price we paid that cable TV would be included or some sports options availab - The breakfast was great. The room was small with the bath sink in the bedroom. But one was able to walk around the bed. The only thing lacking was the TV streaming service was poor. We had to install our own app onto the TV and login into it to watch something we were interested in watching. We accepted some local stations or cable or a ROKU TV to find some weather or news or sports but not the case.

• Carolyn (8/5): - This particular room (#16) at this B&B is okay for a 2-4 night stay. Positives- the room was clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfasts were delicious. And of course, it is in the middle of the historic district. Negatives - The room is small and is at the back corner of the home. No closet or dresser. One window there's a view of the water heaters, the other a view of the A/C's and also backs up two a restaurant/bar that plays music until11- midnight.

• JOYCE (8/5): - Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a chair, but the room was small so we left it under a shelf. The breakfasts were remarkable. The owners were very nice. The location was great. We were told there were no steps to our room, however there was a total of 7. My husband has a disability and uses a scooter. The steps were a challenge. We had to leave the scooter in the car at night and assemble it each morning. If you go to sleep early, awesome music is playing until 10 o’clock PM at a local bar (11 pm on weekends)

We enjoyed it, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Mini fridge. The heating and air con is centrally controlled, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature during the day and night to our comfort. We’d prefer a buffet style breakfast, again the breakfast was great, just our preference.

• Chris (6/5): Convenient but NOT quiet - Over all, the staff was very nice, the location was very convenient, difficult to drive to and park, but great for walking around. There is a live band playing outside your window all day long every day. We didn't mind because we enjoyed the music, but if you go to bed early, you will not get much sleep before 11pm. No options for breakfast, same food for everyone.

• Catherine (10/5): - Charming house. Great location. Nice breakfast included in lovely light-filled room or out in the courtyard. There is an elevator at the back that they don’t mention unless you ask about it (and I was using a cane). The parking is several blocks away, and they give you a good map to find it. The oral directions were lousy.
• Daren (7/5): Good - Location was amazing! Breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice & helpful. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable, for the price the room was quite small but they did have a small refrigerator which wasn't listed in the booking info. Building was a little run down on the outside but safe and secure inside.

THIS IS NOT A "BED & BREAKFAST". MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED AT 30+ B&B OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS. THIS PLACE WAS THE WOREST BY FAR. THE BREAKFEST WAS A JOKE..ENOUGH SAID BEWARE. HAD DINNER AT THE DRUNKEN HORSE WAS FANTASTIC. MOVED TO THE HYATT NEXT DAY!

• Krishnendu (8/5): - It is a vintage / heritage property, so the ambience of the main cottage is nice. However the back rooms are extremely extremely small and the bathrooms only have curtains, no doors. We lived in a back room on the upper floor
• Dr. John (6/5): - The staff was nice, centrally located, very nice breakfast, but they are doing construction in the room right next to us and also there is no hot water.
• Mitchell (10/5): - The Augustin Inn is everything you'd want in a B&B. Cozy and cute with decent amenities and good food. St. Augustine itself has a lot of live entertainment going on that is very audible within the town's limits, within which The Augustin Inn is located.
• William J (4/5): Very disappointed - Well not great. There were two bars just outside our room that played live music until 11 pm each night. Ear plugs do NOT help. Room was too small and too hot the first night with no temp controls. I stayed here a few years ago and it was much friendlier. There are new owners and friendliness is not there game. Very disappointed with new ownership to say the least. You can see where they cut corners vs the ok ownership.
• janet (6/5): - The property is right in the middle of the nightlife. The parking is hard. You have to unload your things and hunt this parking lot that is difficult to find. Room 6 is small. Room 1 is better. Food was awful. We would stay there again just for convenience. Staff is very nice.
• Sheri (9/5): Great location and very comfortable stay. - The breakfast was very good. Great coffee, too! Delightful! Bed was amazingly comfortable!! Had everything we needed. Parking is not on-site. Parking is about 3 blocks away but you are given a parking pass for a nearby lot. Safe.

• Rick (5/5): Passable - Great location. Would not honor the Black Friday discount on bookings. Called a week later to say they don’t do discounts and I could cancel or pay full rate. By that time, not many options were left with vacancies.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Noisy! - Not my idea of a comfy B&B. It was much more of a room turnover business and breakfast was skimpy. Rooms are small and walls thin. Very noisy are and you can hear neighbors. They even give ear plugs in the rooms!

• Jorge (2/5): Disgusting room - The carpets were super old and dirty. The room we had (#10 Nightingale) was falling apart. I can’t believe we paid $300 a night for that. Immediately upon seeing our room, we walked to the Casa Monica to see if they availability so we can loose our money at the Agustin Inn, but they were booked. The only highlight is that the bed was comfortable. You can’t control the A/C. The tub knobs for cold water unscrew off when you try to turn it, the hot water knob is broken, the shower head kept falling on us, the sink was gross and not to mention the Ac vent. You can’t open the window because it’s nailed shut. It’s sad because the location is amazing. I would never stay here again unless it has a major, and I mean MAJOR, renovation. See the pics for yourself. And I only took a couple pics because my husband was so grossed out.
