After checkout, I noticed a charge that was not disclosed in the guest notices. I called numerous times ( 3-4 exactly ) and found that annoying. I sent an email and the charge was removed. All in all, I'd stay again as I enjoyed my stay but will inquire in advance about possible charges.

• Kimberly (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at the Fairfield Marriott in Acworth, Georgia, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the staff made the stay even better with their friendliness. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants. The elevator was full of French fries. The hotel was not partic ularly clean, Breakfast was very sparse out of half the items on the menu cups, plates, jelly, cream cheese, english muffins, cereal. Thermastat on the exercise room was not working so it was 62 degrees.Luggage cart was broken on check in and still broken 3 days later. Shower control was cobbed together with a pipe e xtension about to break off.

The breakfast bar was extremely bad some mornings with no plates or juice cups, no cream cheese, no jelly, little or no cereal, no muffins, no English muffins. Hotel was not particularly clean. Bathroom sink drain was plugged. Luggage cart had a broken wheel and was still out and broken at checkout. Thermostat in the fitness room was not working.

On several occasions I have visit Atlanta and Fairfield Inn and Suite Acworth, Ga is where I always stay. I know what I'm getting ( A great Stay) I would like to commend the worker that was working the evening shift on February 22, his professional mannerism represent Fairfield Inn well. I will gladly recommend Fairfield Inn to others.

• Susan (9/5): I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Fairfield Inn in Acworth. I highly recommend it! - The breakfast was exceptional!!! I loved it and looked forward to it every morning. Such a variety of possibilities, from fresh fruit every day, delicious coffee - in 3 varieties (bold, medium, decaf), hot o cold cereal, with different kinds of milk - even veggie oat milk, to eggs (scrambled or in a English muffin, or hard-cooked free range eggs), turkey or pork sausage, batter to make a fresh waffle in a waffle iron that was always hot and ready, butter, syrup, jam, muffins, English muffins, yoghurt, biscuits and gravy (I didn't get around to that but a lot of people were enjoying it every day), and everything was always stocked up and restocked during the breakfast period. The management continually replenished a table with small bottles of water available to guests. There was also a convenience "store" corner stocked with all kinds of things in case you wanted to get an evening meal, soft drink or water, snacks and treats, etc. The manager and reception staff were so kind and helpful, always professional, and assisted me on various occasions, including and especially with lifting my heavy suitcase. I was surprised that the cleaning service, although the staff was very careful, discrete, helpful and polite, did not empty the wastebasket every day (which I quickly filled up with tissues because I had a cold), although I really think they just did not want to bother me. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my television connection towards the end my stay, but the kind management quickly assessed that the best thing was to offer me to relocate to a room next door that had become available, which they did immediately and the problem was solved.

We were out of towels, body wash and Kleenex’s and when we called the desk no one answered. The service was terrible and when you spend that kind of money, it is very frustrating. There were also no sheets for the pull out couch.

One jerked and jumped and the little fire department light came on. Pulling out into the highway was difficult especially if anyone needed to turn left.
