nicolas (8/5): Not-so-new but ok facility in great surroundings - Unfortunately (for non golfers), it's all about golf and we weren't allowed to walk or even sit outside. On the plus side, the room was huge (for J standards) and breakfast/dinner pretty good. Not a fan of J-style breakfast (green tea, fish, miso, natto etc) and staff were very accommodating and offered coffee/bread which was nice.
Masayoshi (6/5): 清掃状況が… - 窓口対応はすごく良かったです。しかし… 浴室の床の赤カビ黒カビが気になりました。部屋の絨毯も汚れが酷かったです。エアコンに関しては設備の入れ替え時に各部屋に家庭用エアコンがついてるのはいい点です。コロナ感染は全館冷暖房が感染源になる為その点は安心できました。

Verified traveler (4/5): コロナ対策は？ - チェックインはスムーズでよかったのですが、今コロナウイルスの感染が騒がれる中、対策がなかなか見えませんでした。対策がちゃんとされているものだと思って宿泊を決めましたが、チェックインの際に検温はなし、除菌アルコールも見当たりませんでした。また、大浴場の床はとても滑りやすく、洗い場もきれいではありませんでした。そして、脱衣場もタオルがいろんなところに散らかっており、定期的に消毒や清掃がなされている環境には見えませんでした。対策をしていて当たり前だと思っていた中で、とっても残念に思いました。
