- Jonathan (7/5): Good - The price
- Faine (6/5): Good option in a quiet town - The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was ample. The town itself has very little going on so use this only as a pit stop on the way to another location.

- Richard (10/5): See you again soon! - Brona was very nice and helpful!
- Kilroy O'Haire (10/5): - The bed was sooooooo comfortable Getting into the car park. It's very tight. I have a big jeep

V pleasant service Nothing
- Mark (10/5): A lovely place to stay. - The breakfast was outstanding, and the location is gorgeous. The room was very nice as well and the bathroom was sparkling clean and luxurious. I was driving a rental car, and the entryway to the parking in the rear of the hotel was extremely narrow, inexperienced drivers are going to have some trouble with that.
- Murphy (10/5): - This Hotel is outlr go to Hotel when in Cong..staff are so nice and helpful
Food is gorgeous N/A

- Griffin (2/5): Very smelly establishment - The staff in the hotel section (not the bar) were friendly, the man and woman at breakfast were kind.
The man doing breakfast / reception was really helpful and helped with an ironing board etc. The hotel absolutely stinks, the second you walk in you're met by an overwhelming smell of grease / oil mixed with fish. This smell doesn't go away, it's everywhere.
The bar smells of fart, there's no other way to describe it. Grease mixed with fart.
The room 321 was tiny, no place to even put your bag down. We stayed in another room two nights prior which was much bigger and nicer facing the river. 321 faces the road. It's extremely basic.
On the first night, at 2am multiple people were roaring and shouting outside our room for 20 mins. Then, someone attempted to get into our room at about 5am (we heard they were trying all the doors), thankfully we had locked it.
On the 2nd night, more of the same really loud inconsiderate guests banging around at 2.
It's not cheap here, but it was a cheap experience which was really disappointing.

- Long (9/5): Highly recommended - 10 out 10 , quality food and eat all you want. Nothing
- Jean (7/5): - Nice big room. Comfortable bed. Nice staff, friendly. Was very cold when we got there because heat not turned on. We went to ask and they turned it on, so eventually better but it was tough showering in ice cold room!. When we went to dinner they brought up heater which really helped though. It wasn't end of the world but on a pretty cold day surprising
Very loud because it is on main road with trucks going by which is tough when youre a light sleeper! I was surprised Cong was so busy.
Shades need to be expanded in bathroom

- Aindréa (7/5): Quiet and relaxing - Very friendly staff nothing was too much trouble
- Jennifer (7/5): -
- Sinead (9/5): Traditional Irish hospitality and welcome in old family run hotel in a beautiful village. Loved it - Good choice of cereals , fruit, yoghurt. Delicous home made brown bread. Good strong coffee. Freshly cooked breakfast/cheeseplate. Nothing
- Cooke (8/5): -
- Myles (6/5): Very efficient check in and comfortable room. - Room was comfortable and clean Zero atmosphere or comfort in the common spaces of the hotel, no seating, very plain, no art, no plants, plain walls, and flooring, it was unbelievably basic, utilitarian, like a hospital or day care center. Beware coffee drinkers, the breakfast coffee was granulated.
- Paul (3/5): Basic and expensive - Easy to find Cold, hygiene was basic with bed sheets and pillows stained. Very expensive for what was on offer.
- Brendan (8/5): -
- Adriana (10/5): - La amabilidad del personal y la comodidad de las camas fue lo que más nos encantó.
- Lawrence (8/5): -
- Rhodes (9/5): Excellent accommodatio in the town centre. Easy to get t, good on site food. Excellent breakfast, - Spacious room, clean and quiet. Nothing particularly. did exactly what it said n the tin. Staff were great, food was great. happy.
- Gillian (10/5): Comfortable stay - Friendly and convenient
- Lisa (7/5): -
- Karina (5/5): I expected a 3 star hotel, so it met my expectations. Breakfast was very nice though - Breakfast, staff were nice The room wasn't the cleanest, and the facilities weren't great. But overall it was grand accommodation for work
- caroline (9/5): The baileys coffee ☕️ was lovely 😍 👌 - The breakfast was very good .
Lovely friendly staff. The carpet on the stairs needs a clean

- Tony (10/5): Always consistent and fine breakfast - Very welcoming and friendly staff
- Eamon (8/5): I really enjoyed my stay, staff were really nice and I will definitely be returning - Breakfast was good and location excellent, bar food was lovely. No negatives really,
- John (10/5): -
- Geraldine (4/5): - Went in for breakfast and not one member of staff came into the room for the 10 to 15 minutes I was there.
Musty smell off the carpets leading to the bedrooms
- Peter (6/5): bed was comfi - room was comfortable and clean refurbishment needed, it was dated
- null (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert. - Freundliche Gastgeber Alt, schmutzig.
- Teresa (9/5): Excellent hotel in a great location to Ashford Castle and surrounding area - The rooms were spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. It was lovely waking up to the view. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. The breakfast was a bit basic, not much choice and if there was a good coffee stand, where you could access it yourself, this would be a great and easy way to elevate the breakfast experience. But this was very minor and didn't reflect from the stay
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Coen (10/5): - Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good food. Quiet peaceful atmosphere. No worries about safety of car.
- Caroline (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay staff are so lovely - Easy and simple accommodation Nothing.
- Desmond (10/5): The perfect break . - It was just a perfect setting you could look out your window and the river was right outside our window will definitely be back . There was nothing i could fault it was just perfect 👌
- Ronan (10/5): -
- Maria (7/5): -
- David (7/5): Good location & friendly staff - Bedroom was nice, clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The smell of food/grease in the hallway and reception area was quite bad. The carpets definitely need to be replaced sooner rather than later.
- Rachel (5/5): - I liked the breakfast There was a smell of vomit in the bar and back door to the residence
- Eddie 121 (7/5): -
- Benard (7/5): -
- Noel (7/5): -
- Martin (5/5): -
- Eric (8/5): Quiet family run hotel in the centre of Cong. Close to the Old Abbey. Great spot! - Very central in Cong, near everything, pubs, restaurants and not far from Ashford Castle.
- David (8/5): -
- Murphy (7/5): love this Hotel ..Just disappointed this Trip - Friendly Staff.. Cold Breakfast was fine..The Hot Food was not nice All dried up
It was 9.30 When we came down But shouldnt be in that condition. Possibly little burners too high under food.
we would normally stay here when we can get a Booking so a little disappointed on this stay
- Eleanor (9/5): -
- Maura (8/5): Leisure stay - Nice hotel bed and shower great Average decor and basic breakfast
- Eoin (7/5): -
- Eimear (8/5): -
- Alan (10/5): Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms and great location. - Great room and huge bed which was great. Nice staff and a perfect location. Really happy overall and will come back again. -
- Breda (8/5): -
- Rob (8/5): - Simple family run hotel in a lovely village All good. No negative things
- Catalina (8/5): Tranquilitat - L’amabilitat Res. Està be
- Regina (9/5): Lovely friendly clean place to stay. - It was on the Main Street of a beautiful village. Off street parking. Staff very nice and helpful. Could do with a blind on bathroom window or door as a lot of light shone in. Carpets could be cleaned in hall and stairs as it gave a bad first impression. Bedroom was spotless and so was everywhere else.
- Linda (6/5): Great location but has sadly lost some of its sparkle - Onsite car park is a bonus in Cong.
Location - on the main street
Breakfast (albeit the buffet was a bit 'sparse') I have stayed in Ryan's Hotel on many occasions over 30+yrs. Sadly it has lost some of its quality. The 'Deluxe Double Room' was shabby. Tired/chipped furniture. Staines on the carpet. The ensuite shower room was unloved. Toilet seat loose. It's a great building, in a great location. Its onsite parking has always been a bonus. It just needs a bit of money invested in the rooms, a bit of TLC, and would once again be a great hotel.
- Griffin (6/5): -
- Katie (6/5): -
- Yvonne M (8/5): -
- Ben (9/5): - All good Needs a blind on the bathroom window or a solid door on the bathroom too much light comes into bedroom
- Suzanne (8/5): - Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Pub in hotel was fantastic, breakfast was very good. Beautiful town and location handy for day trips. Fire escape stairs need fixing!
- Susanne (8/5): -
- Flemming (10/5): -
- Fox (4/5): Breakfast was cold carpets piggie dirty - Cong village The hotel
- gérard (8/5): -
- john (6/5): - Clean
- Chris Mc Grath (10/5): - Lovely hotel right in the middle of Cong, beside all the amenities. Late check out after a lovely breakfast was ideal. We had the deluxe room with both a bath and a shower in it, so we were spoilt for choice. Great value for money.
- Ann (8/5): - Comfy bed, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location Small thing - it wasn't clear where tea/coffee was in room. It's in a drawer under the wardrobe.
- Margaret (8/5): Excellent - Comfortable and close to venue we had an event Nothing
