- Verified traveler (4/5): Concierge INEXISTENTE! - La ubicación es excelente y la limpieza general muy buena. El "concierge" nunca dió la cara, el aire acondicionado de la recámara principal nunca funcionó en 10 días, y el de la estancia fallaba mucho, teníamos 2 departamentos y nunca nos dieron un control del estacionamiento, tuvimos que estar con uno solo, una persona de seguridad no dejaba entrar a mi hijo porque según él el condominio era para 4 personas, cuando en realidad era para 6!! Total desinterés del concierge en todos los sentidos.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to 5th Ave but some noise around - Nice apartment (no hotel). No hairdryer, no soaps for bathrooms. We were 5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 keys. We have to go back together becasuse there is no concierge or door man and you need the key to get it to the building. We didnt have the remote control for the garage and we had to figure it out how to open the garage. Daily Cleaning was ok but it had to be before 11am because the housecleaning people leave at 11am. It was ok for a big family. A Few blocks from famouses Beach Clubs and Nightclubs, and half block away from 5th Avenue.
