• kei (9/5): 広い客室でゆっくり宿泊できました。 - 夕方のチェックイン時もタクシーを呼んでいただいた時も男性スタッフが親切で丁寧な対応で安心。 アダルトオンリーであり、ビジホと比較して客室が広く造りが豪華。 アメニティがたくさんあり豪華です。 トイレの機種が新しくキレイでした。 空調設備が「強・弱」の切り替えタイプで細かな温度設定が出来なかったこと。 客室面積が広いためか、今回訪問した季節では在室時に何回か空調の設定調整が必要であったこと。 個人的にバスタブの大きさでホテルを選んでおり、ジェットバスではあったものの、バスタブが大きくなかったこと。

We only stayed one night while passing through Nagoya but enjoyed the brief stay. Aircon was loud the whole night even when on low. Weird step down into the room that I almost tripped on during the night.

• Giuseppe (9/5): 名古屋へ行く際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。 - 清潔で広い部屋、リーズナブル。フロントスタッフの方も親切でとても感じが良かったです。連泊で予約していて、部屋を変えずに荷物を動かさずに済んだのは本当に助かりました。 すぐ近くにイオンもあり、買い出しも便利でした。 部屋の中の段差が夜中にトイレに起きた時など危ないと感じました。 あと部屋の中に身だしなみを確認できる全身鏡があったら便利だと思いました。 それ以外では照明コントロールがもっと簡易だったら良かったです。 他には餌付けされたカラスかな？

• hikaru (4/5): いつも通り期待があったのに、少し残念でした。 - 何度も利用させていただいており、部屋の施設が？？を除けば、通常通りの状況でした。 テレビが正常稼働してない。具体的には ①ホテルチャンネル（VOD)が見れない。結果、関連するサイト利用ができなかった。 ②持参したfireTVを使用としても、HDMI回線が上記①同様に正常対応しないので利用できなかった。 ➡なお、安易なことのため、フロントへ連絡しての対応依頼はしてないため、スタッフの問題ではないです。 宿泊そのものは従前通りで、問題はないですが、上記①②は初めてのことであり、少しショック！ 割安な予約単価だったから、仕方のない部屋になったのですかね？

• Christian (4/5): Uncomfortable and outdated hotel - We enjoyed the bathroom and the space in the room was larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Everything felt outdated and old. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a cigarette smell at the door of our room which would be filtered out by the air conditioning system once we entered. The elevators are dodgy and small and the hotel layout is confusing and feels like a scary escape room as allllll the lights I. The hallways are turned off The bed was made badly and I worry that we slept in unclean sheets. And the location is far from tsuramai station.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - ベッドのマットレスと枕が固くて腰が痛くなりましたが、それ以外は綺麗で受付の人も印象が良くて過ごしやすいホテルでした。 ただ、事前予約をして当日受付に行くとフロントに利用者と会話をしていてすぐに対応が出来ず、受付を待ってる人がいるからと名前を聞かれ待合室に案内されました。その時、受付を待ってる人や待合室で待ってる人に名前を聞かれてしまったなと少し不安になりました。プライバシーに関わってくると思うので対応していただけたらと思います。 待合室に電話が置いてあったので、すぐに受け付け出来ない場合はその時点で名前を聞かずに待合室に通して、準備が出来たら待合室の電話にかけてフロントに来てもらうとかに出来ないのかなあ。

• Rafael (8/5): 8/10 will stay here again! - It's a great accomodation for the cost if ever you're in Nagoya. Concierge when we came in don't speak english but translated through Google. Also no english in the tv channels. Still overall tasteful for even a love hotel. Bath is nice and spacious, and room is incredibly clean. I'd stay there again. Wasn't able to figure out the wifi for our room since nothing was in english but not at all a deal breaker.

There is no dead bolt to lock yr door to yr room. So the staff or anyone with d duplicate key card can come in anytime.

• Sokty (3/5): umm, we are not going back. - i love the size and softness of the bed. it was really comfortable to sleep on. the tub was great too. the shower room facilities were a bit rusty and hard to operate. we also encountered water dripping issue from the ceiling in the toilet room at 6 am which interrupted our sleep. the staff was busy investigating instead of offering immediate solution. about a little more than an hour later, we were offered a transfer to another room. the entire room, especially the bed, had strong cigarette smell (we don’t smoke). it was really uncomfortable on top of interrupted sleep.

From panty liners to hair curlers to face mask to face toner and even cleansing oil. Theres even a microwave to use. The food menu is extensive and surprisingly cheap (below 1000 yen). We had a good night sleep as the bed was so big and comfy. Will definitely come here again. The location quite a long walk from the nearest station. Not recommended for those with heavy or many luggages and no car.

• Thierry (4/5): Bad Hotel - You need call the reception for open you room door (from inside the room call Number 3) when you go out, for close your bedroom door you need ask too the reception. I dont understand why they give us room card. Almost nobody can speak english. I going in hotel every week over the world and it's the first I see that. It's look more motel than hotel, you can go there if you have an affair but not for buisness trip ... avoid it ... they say they have restaurant but when you ask where is the restaurant for breakfast they just bring little tray on your room. in my top 5 of bad hotel around the world
