• Jenni (4/5): Huoneet erittäin siistit! - Check in sekä kommunikointi haastavaa henkilökunnan kanssa koska eivät puhuneet kunnolla englantia. Olimme tehneet ja maksaneet varauksen hotels.comin kautta, mutta henkilökunta oli veloittamassa meitä uudestaan. Ihan kuin eivät tienneet koko varauksesta mitään. Varasimme 1n huoneen 3 lle aikuiselle, mutta saimme 1 huoneen kahdelle (1 parisänky). Resortin sivulle ja vatausta tehdessä luki että lisävuode saatavilla pyydettäessä, muttei heillä ollut. Tarjosivat lastensänkyä 500b lisämaksusta vaikka kukaan ei siihen mahtuisi nukkumaan. Nukuimme siis kolmestaan parisängyssä mutta maksoimme 3sta ihmisestä. Resortti on erinomaisessa kunnossa ja ilmeisesti aika uusi. Kaukana kaikesta. Yllätyimme siitä että olimme ainoita asiakkaita. Samassa yhteydessä vesipuisto (lähinnä lapsille suunnattu) jonne näimme 2n päivän aikana muutaman asiakkaan menevän. Skootterit kalliita, 300b/vrk. Muualla 200b. Henkilökunta teki kyllä parhaansa ja oli ystävällisiä. Paikkaa tulisi mainostaa sillä huoneet oli erittäin siistejä sekä koko alue.
• Francois (8/5): Superbe mais loin - Établissement neuf. Mini épicerie dans la cour même. Location de scooter sur place. Piscine bien entretenu. Parc de jeu d'eau pour enfants à l'arrière ($). Plage de quelques km très peu fréquenté à près de 500m. Personnel parle très peu anglais. Loin de tout (scooter nécessaire).
• chuck (2/5): Was a nice hotel but not safe - Checked in and went into city but before leaving I pulled the curtains closed and locked the door. Came back to hotel after 10 pm to find the curtains open and the door was unlocked. Someone that has access to keys must’ve went into our room but never locked up not good called hotel and was told they were going to look at security tape from camera. Never heard nothing from them. BEWARE!!! Of this hotel. Nothing was taken but why go in camera???
• Maria (10/5): - Dejligt sted. Søde og imødekommende personale, men snakker dårligt engelsk. Godt legeland til de mindste. Kl 17 er ALT lukket ned og man skal have taxi til Sala Dan for at spise.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Nur für Tagesausflug geeignet - Der Wasserpark ist schön, das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten mit Kind gebucht - und gezahlt. Vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass für Kinder kein separates Bett zur Verfügung steht, und das Kind altersunabhängig im Bett der Eltern schlafen muss. Die Betten sind in eine starre Plastikfolie eingepackt (vermutlich zum Schutz gegen Wasser), was einen in der Nacht nicht schlafen lässt, da es bei jeder Bewegung knistert. Das Personal spricht KEIN Englisch. Sämtliche Kommunikation erfolgt über Google Translator (man spricht in das Telefon des Personals, und Google Translate übersetzt bestmöglich in Thai (und umgekehrt)). Das aufgeführte Restaurant ist quasi nicht existent. Abends um 19:00 Uhr macht alles zu (auch der kleine Laden im Resort, in dem es Kilometerweise Chips etc. gibt). Die Auswahl im Restaurant is sehr sehr stark beschränkt; nicht alles ist dann auch verfügbar (Chicken gab es nicht mehr). Das Frühstück war essbar, viel sollte man aber nicht erwarten. Das Resort ist sehr für einen Tagesausflug geeignet. Wir empfehlen keinem, dort zu übernachten. Wir haben uns entschieden, das Geld für die weitere Übernachtung abzuschreiben, und sind vorzeitig abgereist.
