Brogan (8/5): - We stayed here for one night as it was conveniently located near the airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything met our expectations. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great option for a short stay after landing in bangkok, and we would definitely stay here again.
Lisa (1/5): Very disappointing stay overall. - Nothing The receptionist was extremely unfriendly from the beginning. Instead of simply checking our booking under our name, she repeatedly insisted that we search for the reservation ourselves. That in itself would have been fine, but her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude the entire time. We were also asked to pay a 200 Baht key deposit. When we politely asked for a receipt or any proof so we could be sure to get the money back later, she refused completely and said she would not provide anything. Her response was basically that she would be sleeping there anyway, so we would get it back. Very unprofessional. The bathroom was not clean and generally felt unpleasant. The bed was okay, but the air conditioning barely cooled the room. There were also a lot of mosquitoes everywhere. The surrounding area felt very strange and uncomfortable, especially for travelers staying near the airport. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Lilija (1/5): Никому не советую туда ехать, ужасное место. - Кроме кровати, ничего, Фото не соответствует действительности, Сам номер тоже, сама хозяйка -это озвучила, я забронировала номер красивую студию, на первом этаже, с душевой и телевизор и диваном и всем остальными, а получила просто хостел без нормальных удобств, на 4 этаже с чемоданом 23 кг туда не поднимешься, без нормального душа, и без всего, кроме кровати, и полотенец, и все что на фото это обман нет там таких комнат.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The toilet did not flush well. I had to wake up the receptionist in the middle of the night to get a plunger. She first told me that I had to wait until the morning, but ultimately brought a plunger. We had to plunge the toilet after every 2-3 flushes. The internet that was listed in the room was 50 kbps. I needed to make a Zoom call, and the receptionist gave me a code for better internet access. As the name indicates, Loft 21 is meant to be used as apartments. The hotel function is set up more for long-stay rather than brief visits. It is probably not appropriate to use as a short-stay hotel.
John (5/5): Passable - Located where we needed to be. Good value for price. Enough space for our whole family in one room. The front patio worked well for a place to eat. The wifi didn't work the first night. Even after it was fixed, it only worked on our computers, not our phones. There was a terrible odor coming from the floor drain. The staff seemed inconvenienced if we asked for help.

Muhammad (1/5): Don't stay in this apartment - Nothing. The bed sheets had stains. The bathroom was smelly. There were no staff at the reception but a janitor who couldn't speak English. I tried to reach out to them via email but no response.

Tony (6/5): Basic but clean, no where to eat near by - This is a budget place, no facilities, only place to get food is 711 and street stall, told me taxi from airport was 100 but but no way can you get a driver to take you for that. Rooms clean and comfy bed but very basic. I suggest paying a bit more and getting a place that includes free transfer and better facilities

Not soundproof, I could hear what was going on in the hallway for next door. one specification for this hotel and why I booked there was : free airport shuttle''. But in fact there was no shuttle. Before arrival, I try to message many time the hotel regarding transport and no answer. I try to call as well and no answer. Before the place is not easy to find, my cab driver to to call and no answer. I arrived there and no one can speak English as mentioned on site. We managed to do check in with google translate. I asked again regarding airport shuttle. I showed the ''free airport shuttle'' specification as advertised and end up with negative answer from ''front desk''. the only thing they could do is ''call'' a taxi and customer pay for it. With how much I spent in taxi fees, I could have way better and nicer room.
