The staff were so friendly and welcoming the reception staff were so helpful and the pool staff were so attentive. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant staff were lovely and remembered our coffee choice each morning. The hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the town and the drivers were so nice and collected us whenever we needed to be picked up. Nothing it was perfect

This includes not only staff at the property, but also drivers the hotel assigns. Thanks to all the staff, including Stella and staff at front desk, staff at the pool/restaurant, and so on. I am looking forward to return trip to this property.

Jim (10/5): Excellent 5 star Hotel with exceptional service. - The welcome reception was very nice & relaxed atmosphere with a glass of prosecco on arrival. Our room was excellent with a wonderful sea view, nice comfortable sun loungers on the terrace. Clean towels were provided twice a day and the room was kept spotless. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with plenty of choice. The only criticism would be the plastic chairs at breakfast & dinner.
Joanna (10/5): - Perfect location to enjoy the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, Pompeii, Capri, Naples etc… but from a more peaceful and genuine vantage point. The resort is an immaculate oasis and nearby towns of Vico Equense and Castellammare di Stabia provide an opportunity to enjoy more authentic experiences alongside bucket list items. Breakfast and both dinner options are exceptional. The saltwater pool is incredible! Service is on point and on par with the resort quality which is not always the case in S Italy.

The pool, rooms and restaurants all are directly on the water and a staircase directly into the sea was a unique experience. While the food at lunch was delicious, we found the food at breakfast to be average at best, with our omelets actually cooked poorly. The coffee was also mediocre. We looked forward to using the fitness center during our stay, but it was outside, which is illogical in a hot and humid climate. The view and sounds of the sea while exercising in theory is lovely, but a liability for exercising in the heat.

We dined in the restaurant downstairs every day, where we enjoyed expertly prepared fish dishes — truly a culinary delight. Oh, and their wine is excellent too! This place is fantastic — a must-visit experience you simply shouldn’t miss!

Jana L (10/5): Gorgeous getaway outside of Sorrento - This resort was beautifully located North of Sorrento with breathtaking views and all the amenities. The sea view room was extremely cool. The open-air fitness center overlooking boats on the sea was lovely and the tasting menu at the restaurant was delicious. We only had a very short stay in early spring but would love to come back again.

Daily room cleaning and turndown service. An impressive infinity pool is one of the highlight as the property itself is just breathtaking. Downtown is about 5 min drive, the hotel provides transportation to the center of town. The shuttle runs all day, no reservation needed. Shuttle service until 11:00pm. Which is really nice to not have to plan ahead of time. The spa offers many amenities at no additional cost that specialize in wellness. Body treatments services can be added at an additional cost if interested. We had lunch at one of the restaurant/bars and breakfast every morning. Both delicious. Overall our stay was superb, I would recommend to anyone. And thank you Stella for the warm welcome upon check-in! You made us feel truly special!
Nadjeda (10/5): - This hotel has the most stunning views of the water and mountains. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was really good. And the staff was so helpful. They have a shuttle that takes you into town by the train station, which was very convenient. They even arranged a ride to the airport for us. The location is perfect, it’s not T the center of everything, it’s a bit remote, but still accessible and near the town. I would definitely stay there again.

The amenities of the hotel were amazing, including the restaurant, pool, direct sea access, and the MOST incredible views from a gym that you will ever experience. The cuisine at the restaurant deserves special mention, as it was absolutely fantastic. We had breakfast, lunch, evening cocktails, and dinner at each of the dining options, and we loved the 6-course meal (the chef's choice option) at the Maxi restaurant. My wife and I have been to well-over 30 countries, and this was also the most professional, courteous, and personable staff we have ever encountered. The individuals as a collective group set the gold standard of what a 5-star location should aim to achieve. Finally, we loved the Vico Equense area. The town itself was cute, with great views and restaurants and a more quiet nature in contrast to the overcrowded nature of the rest of the Amalfi Coast. However, the hotel does offer a complementary on-demand shuttle to the Vico Equense train station (about a 4 minute ride), which is then connected to Sorrento by a 15 minute train ride. From Sorrento, you can access the remainder of the coast quiet easily. The hotel also helped us arrange a day-trip boat excursion to Capri. The cost was 149 Euro per person, and while Capri was rather hectic and somewhat of a disappointment, the hours on the semi-private boat were breathtaking and well-worth the experience.

Kyoungwook (10/5): the Best of the Best hotel during our honeymoon - Located right in front of the beach, this hotel allows for a private and beautiful seaside experience. We could enjoy the sea directly and also comfortably use the swimming pool, which was very well-maintained. The sound of the ocean from our room was absolutely fantastic. After being disappointed with breakfasts at other Italian hotels, the breakfast here was astonishingly good, providing a delicious start to our day. The staff were all friendly, and even those who did not speak English well did their best to help us, which was very touching and helpful to us. A particularly memorable moment was when we first entered our room and found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine, prepared in recognition of our honeymoon. We made such wonderful memories at this place and frequently share stories and photos of our Italian honeymoon with friends. Everything was perfect, and it was an incredibly satisfying experience. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the parking area. We needed assistance from the hotel staff to park and retrieve our car. However, the hotel operates its own shuttle service, which made getting around easy and more convenient than driving ourselves. Given the parking situation of town, using the shuttle was actually more comfortable and easy.

Ross (4/5): A quirky style hotel in a very nice location, but food and service needs a lot of work! - The good is really basic, their website talks about the quality of their ingredients yet the food was VERY average. Suggest you eat in the to restaurants instead, far cheaper and much better quality and table service. The food.

Rory (8/5): Stunning location and beautiful hotel - a shame about poor first impressions - A stunning location right on the water front with easy access to Vico Equense as the hotel put on a shuttle service First impressions could have been better - the reception team we’ren’t overly helpful or welcoming (you expect better from a five star hotel), however the team around the pool and bar, in contrast were brilliant. Missing some of the smaller touches that make a stay in a hotel like this special - welcome drink, provision of water around the hotel, an iron in your room etc. The menu changes at night and it was a shame that the hotel didn’t cater for a more relaxed evening meal - pizzas, salads etc.
