  The self-contained studio apartments were fully renovated in January 2017. Each studio has a kitchenette, a Smart TV with cable channels and a bathroom with a shower. There is a king-sized bed, heating/air-conditioning, alarm clock, hairdryer, ironing facilities, a wardrobe, opening windows and free WiFi. There is also a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs plus a small table and chairs outside your room. Please note that the maximum occupancy for the room is 2 adults. Please note if you wish to have two single beds please notify the property at least 1 day prior to your check in date. You can request your preferred bedding configuration in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking. Single beds cannot be requested/accommodated on same day bookings.

My wife and I found ourselves unexpectedly stranded, so I called ahead to ask about an early check-in. The manager didn’t just accommodate us — she went truly above and beyond. Not only did she arrange for us to check in early, but she also offered to pick us up herself as she was nearby. This level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. We were genuinely impressed and incredibly grateful. We’ll absolutely be returning — highly recommended!

Quality TV, Fridge, cooktop, dishwasher - not Chinese knock-offs! More TV channels than I ever remember in a hotel Hard-pressed to improve on near-perfection!

• Anjali (10/5): - The hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed there for 7 days. Becky was really sweet and she made sure that my room was neat and tidy every single day. Huge thanks to her!! The location was peaceful and calm which made my stay even better.

Staff come in daily and make your bed, replace towels and replenish tea and coffee. Booking is always easy and communication via text. Will definitely book again and highly recommended Nothing

• Sandra (9/5): Super Clean, very quiet setting with a complete kitchen if you prefer to cook on longer stays. - The space- the rural setting. No traffic sounds and all the ducks in the morning. The unit was so clean and the king size bed so comfy. Appreciated the nice tasting cold water in the fridge. Disappointed that we didn't get the time to have a good look around the Inn as we were only really there to sleep due to attending a wedding. As seniors we deeply missed the human touch. No face to be seen anywhere. everything done by computer and one phone call when we didn't have our code to get into the room. No instructions given on the code. We learnt the hard way that you press the code numbers slowly otherwise the code doesn't respond. The paperwork we received on the room before we left home gave us a room number and a code that was incorrect when we tried the room, thus the phone call. New room, new code.
• Jennifer (10/5): An older motel which has been beautifully refurbished. - The location was excellent for our purposes and just a 15 minute drive to the centre of Tamworth. Even though the motel's on a main road, the building's located quite a way off that road so there was no traffic noise to be heard. There was absolutely nothing not provided in the kitchen which had top class appliances including a small Smeg dishwasher. The cleaning lady was very friendly and did a great job. The motel is in the very final stages of being refurbished with just the installation of the new guttering to be finished. We travel to Tamworth regularly and will most definitely stay there again. There was really nothing not to like except that this was the second motel we stayed at on this trip that didn't appear to have an on-site manager. It just felt a bit impersonal. However, when we had trouble getting into our room with the code on the second day, we were able to phone and get a new code immediately. Turning right out of the property wasn't a problem for most of the time but this is a main road so at busy times it was a little challenging!

• Michelle (10/5): Wow fabulous stay - Wow, meticulously cleaned, everything that you need. So very comfy mattress, like sleeping on the clouds. Get for a couple nights stay. Even though it is on a main rd you certainly don’t hear the traffic as it is set back from the road (I’m a light sleeper). Bathroom was big, water pressure was fantastic. Small draw dishwasher was great just enough for us both. Full size fridge, 2 hot plates. Was a fantastic stay, thank you just what we needed. We will be back. We had to leave!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the curtains wrap right around to block as much light as possible when needed, large tv wall mounted in the perfect spot on the wall across from the bed for comfy movie viewing, the shower was large with plenty of pressure and hot water, full fridge and cute kitchenette with everything needed for self catering if wanted. The apartments are set in off the main road making them very quiet with a feeling of privacy. On the outskirts of town but it's a quick straight drive back in for shopping and there is a supermarket along with a variety of take away foods just minutes down the road. Nothing to dislike at all!
