I’m touring SE Asia and this as been our favorite hotel so far; the most sophisticated, luxurious, and accommodating one yet. The hotel is conveniently located and has a nice lobby with well equipped snack shop. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, modern features, tons of windows/light, gorgeous bathroom with nice water pressure and very hot water, huge mirror, two desks, mini fridge, safe, closet area and lots of hangers. The staff was equally amazing. We couldn’t figure out the tv but they quickly sorted it out. In addition, I love for the room to be an icebox so Mr Sophen even went so far as to find me an extra AC unit! I could almost see snow in my room! :) The breakfast was also very nice and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

- Ondrej (1/5): A complete disappointment — unprofessional management, rude staff, and zero sense of hospitality. - Nothing There was a complete lack of professionalism at the front desk. After a small misunderstanding, the staff member became arrogant and rude. Even though we clearly refused an upgrade, he still called his manager. The manager — a lady who arrived much later — didn’t introduce herself, ignored us completely, and spent over ten minutes talking privately with her staff before addressing us. When I finally had to interrupt and ask her to introduce herself, she was dismissive and defensive instead of helpful. Their communication and attitude were shocking for a property of this supposed standard.

The hotel staff has been very helpful although we arrived and departed at odd hours both times. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms quiet and very clean, the amenities sufficient. Capri hotel is well located in a relatively quiet but centrally positioned neighbourhood of Phnom Penh. The breakfast is perhaps the only minus, the choice of dishes of the non-western breakfast is a bit limited. One more good thing about staying in this hotel is the good choice of restaurants that can be found nearby. A special thanks to Mr. Sophea who at the reception desk has been particularly helpful and friendly.

Front Office staff couldn't explain the reason for not being able to return my deposit transaction during my checkout. No guidance map available as this was my 1st time in Phenom Penh.

Quiet. - Brand new hotel, big room and very functional....superb view from the 13th floor...very clean ,no noise( htls in phnom penh often have thin walls). Many parking cars blocking the entrance of the hotel. The convenience store in the hotel is pricey!

My special commendations goes to your front reception staff, Chamnan. She is friendly, patient and hospitable in a polite manner. She helped to arrange the car transfer for my wife from the new airport KTI on 19 Sep. Checked us in an Executive room and added her to my room last minute. She is an asset to the organization. The staff also assisted us, the four couples, with the booking of restaurants and massage spa. We felt the hospitality and kindness shown to us throughout our stay from 19 - 22 Sep. Thank you!

- sharinahc (10/5): Best rooms - One of the best hotels rooms I’ve ever been to in Souteas asia. Very affordable stay as well. Room has a kitchenette. It feels like a smal apartment and very homey. There are nearby local restos around the area. Walkable to the riverside and tourist areas like Papacr garden. Definitely will be staying here again when I come back to Phnom Penh.

- 58jonp (10/5): Modern Comfort - A newly built hotel that won awards in 2023 still offers modern comfort and fittings. Chamnan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. After the first night, she gave us a great deal on an upgrade to a larger room. You can easily walk to the Independence Monument and surrounding sights.

The highlight of my stay was the most caring and amazing front office staff - Chamnan. She was a breeze and most helpful. She speaks fluent English and goes out of her way to assist patrons. She helped me get a room when they were out on inventory and ensured that u was taken care of everyday. This is exactly what you look at when you travel. Like Chamnan, Ta was equally amazing and most helpful. They are genuine people and an amazing set of officials at Capri. Next time when Im going to Phon Penh, I am staying at Capri by Fraser because of Chamnan and Ta. Best wishes to both of them and I wish Capri all the good luck in the times to come. - Wing (9/5): Superb - The room is very spacious and gives a cozy feeling, hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean, with good amenities. The location is strategic, as it takes only 20 mins by tuk tuk the most, to the main scenic and tourist spots. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread has a very limited choice, and this is not on par with the room's high standard and hotel's level of service. The taste can be deemed as just fairly ordinary, definitely there is room for improvement. On one occasion, the food was not refilled and it was only 9am at that time. Another concern is the greens turned yellowish due to the confined heat, kindly take note of this.

- EDR68 (10/5): Fine stay at a very pleasant well located hotel - Everything was as expected on this second visit to Capri by Fraser Phom Penh. Good attention and a good value for money. The location is very good, in a quiet area but near all the interesting destinations.

There are options of various types of pillows, so I'm spoilt for choices to ensure I got a good night's sleep. The service provided at the front desk was also very helpful and amicable - Sovann, at the front desk, even allowed a late check out for my last day to accommodate my late flight home. The food at Caprilicious was also fantastic. The location is very accessible to many good spots and very cheap to get to those places by tuk tuk. I highly recommend this place.
